We have attended the Christmas Eve Lovefeast two years in a row now. It was beautiful and near magical. Special thanks to Rev. Ginny Tobiassen for her 2019 Christmas Message of hope, in these troubling times. It was just what I needed, and probably many others too. ️

We always go for the Moravian love feast on Christmas Eve. They actually have four services. For each of them you need to get there about an hour early to get a seat! There is an overflow area that shows the service on a TV. We love our yearly tradition and recommend it to anyone interested.

Very cool place to visit! What a page from the past... beautifully maintained and not a lot of ground to cover with regard to time spent out of your day. A look into the past, very cool architecture and an educational spot for any age. Enjoy walking around for free as we did, or opt for the pay for tours.

Very nice historic church on the square. The interior is interesting and they offer concerts from time to time.

Interior and exterior are beautiful. Ive been part of the Easter sunrise service. I usually play in band four. There are as many as six bands. The music is a both beautiful and haunting as it echos through out Gods acre and the adjoining church and buildings.This annual event is only part of what makes this church worth visiting. Come to a Sunday service. Itll leave you with a wonderful feeling. The congregation is large and welcoming and the church band is wonderful.

The Sunrise Service in Gods Acre cemetery was very moving. I have wanted to attend this service for almost 40 years and because of my service in churches of another denomination, I was not able to. I am blessed to be in a unique time of sabbatical to do things that bless and renew me...today s service was certainly a special moment.

Beautiful historic church and active congregation. Visit on Christmas Eve for Christmas Eve Love Feast. Also, the Great Sabbath Service, and Sunrise Service at Easter are amazing services to visit.

I am a member of this churchYoull find is very open and welcoming. Since were located in Old Salem were open for visitors Mon-Sun from 1:30 to 3:30.

Old Salem is the best place in Winston to visit. Stop by the bakery.

Very special place I am in the 9th Generation of Moravians. So History and kinro just about everyone from the beginning the first leader of the band and the One who made the bigTea Pot. I would have to make a book. I miss the old days when it was not a tourist place. Lived to see my Aunt making the candles and precious memories made there.
