Nice place to take the kids especially when its hot, they put out the water fountains for the kids through run through and play. Nice and quiet. Basketball courts and shade.

Great nice lil park

Nice park ...too many homeless people asleep on the grass and near the benches ... :(

Pleasant day to spend the day at the park, with the family. I attended an event where they gave back packs to children. You can exercise, walk your dog or read a book.

Nice small park, clean . Some homeless people but they dont bother no one. Nice place for the kids to play and burn all there energy.

Clean park, good accessibility

I give it 2 stars because it can be worse. I watched a homeless lady on drugs and a drug addict guy fighting in the park around 2 pm with tons of kids in the park. There was so many mean dogs in the park (which isnt allowed) and the city does nothing to come and check on the park often. It needs gates so its closed at night and the playground was all broken.

Its clean but none of the splash pad stuff works. Not enough places to sit. Good for a short period of time. Homeless folks hang out around the abandoned splash pad area.

Nice park to take my grandkids. Just down the street from us.

Have you seen the homeless people living in the water park.

This park is nice during the day, but dont go after dark their are drug users. And also this park doesnt allow dogs unless it a service animal no matter what the sign says.

A good place for the kids to play basket ball in the evening as it has a lit court. you do need to be there w/ your kids as there are vagrants hanging out in the park and drug sales are often reported there due to all the rental housing in the area...

Nice park, but a lot of the padding around the playground is coming off. Not great on sunny day when metal is exposed and kids sit on.

I would come on 2015 and the water park would open, this year 2016 Ive been coming and the hours for the water sprinkler side says from 12-5 pm but its never on. In Whittier its been about 85-98• and they still dont turn it on. A lot of homeless also around this park.

My daughters loved it. Its clean and well maintained.

Ok park to spend a little bit of time,playground for kids,a water playground for the summer,tables and benches,and restroom facilities,it has a fence all the way around it,thats what turns me off about this park but street next to it does have a lot of traffic and I guess it keeps people out at night when its closed
