Very nice and comfortable spent the day with two friends eating lunch we enjoyed ourselves very much.

We always enjoy it when we come here. We made a reservation but we was running late, hey were able to accommodate us outside. My Nieces loved it.

KEEP WHITTIER GREAT! Palm Park is one of the most beautiful and family friendly civic recreation areas in all of our beautiful city. It really harkens back to the halcyon days of the best things... that is to say the greatest things we share as Americans in our common heritage.

If you have dark colored skin do not go to this park. I notice a lot of people are always there with their dogs. the day I show up with my dog two cop cars pulled up immediately and park recreation’s had notified them that I was there. I guarantee later today not one white person will be told anything about their dogs. There’s at least 10 of them from 4 PM on every day running around the field Leashless. Whittier cops are very into profiling

Beautiful park lots of trees all around. Nice playground for the kids and lots of tables to have bday parties. Nice place to come take pictures for special occasions.

You know ever since they just took the calisthenics section apart the park is really dead. There is no life. Only runners. Hopefully they get to fix soon.

I got lunch at Starbucks and sat at the park and enjoyed the beautiful park grounds.

I like this place a lot because its right on the green way trail, has a nice sized play ground and tons of open grass spaces. They also have many tennis courts and a swimming pool. I come here all the time with my dogs and we always have a lovely time. The people who go there are also courteous too.

A lot of great features most parks dont have.

Beautiful public space with all the sports there to play.Went for tennis specially and so when I arrived parking was right there and easy.The grounds were so well maintained and green.Definitely going back.

When I walk my girls in the mornings, I never have a negative moment. I find peace and serenity there on the trail.

This is my favorite walking trail. If you go early in the morning, it is quiet reminds me of camping. There are other people enjoying the quiet as well.

Very nice park but they need to open the bathrooms

Love this park. Plenty of shade, tables, a trail around the park can be utilized for dogs on leash, walkers, joggers, bike riding. Bathroom is kept clean for public use. Playground area for young children ages 2_5yrs old. And another playground for the older children. You will need a chair or blanket to sit near the playground areas. They only have two park benches near the playground area.The picnic area has plenty of seating. Large groups can always find room in the picnic area.

Park is well kept clean and convenient...bike ride on the the old train path is peaceful

Place is beautiful and is very good for any type of celebration. Ive been there twice. Once for a baby shower and the second time for a 60th birthday. Its very nice and affordable.

Ive been going to this park ever since I was a kid. From pickup basketball to swimming lessons, this place has it all. Accessible to all types of sports. Great place to have fun with friends and family. Very spacious and versatile. A classic for hangouts.

Nice bike ride through Greenway Trail

We took our granddaughter here for the first time. We all enjoyed it. There was play area for all children. A large area of picnic tables. Benches all around the park. There is a nice size water/sprinkler area. The surrounding neighborhood is quiet and clean. Not a lot of traffic and is also right next to the Whittier trail area and community center and pool. We went in mid afternoon before the schools let out. We left just as middle school let out. A lot of teenager cut through the park. The park has wheelchair accessibility to water area, ramp to the top of slide area and a swing with a high back and 3 point seatbelt/harness. I was disappointed that 2 teenagers and their father were swinging on it as if it was a swing for 2 children standing and sitting on it.

Great park for the whole family. Playground for the little kids and a separate playground for the bigger kids. Basketball courts, picnic tables, party area, public restrooms, and tones of grass.

My first time at this park, I think its great! lots of lunch benches, place for a great barbeque, lots of green grass, a feel safe place. Theres a walking trail too. Enjoy. Take some friends, family, or both.

Its a nice place to walk because the Greenway Trail runs through the park.

Restrooms were stocked well and clean. Plenty of a safe feeling there so kid recommended place very nicely kept.

Its very clean, reasonably affordable to rent, staff are attentive, close to shopping ctrs., and in a nice vicinity. Only one down fall the parking lot is small.

Palm park is your typical classic park theres plenty of room for soccer or football. The play place are not that modern and quite small they dont offer the newer foam padding like some of the newer park play places. If your taking young children its small I recommend smith park in Pico Rivera they offer a bigger play places with different sections for children of all ages.

Great place to chill. Have large picnic area on one side. On other side of the park large public pool and nicely maintained public tennis courts.

Walking trail was good morning excercise before work day.

Grew up in this park excellent for kids during summer for Swimming and or free water sprinkler. That was fun....

There are two playgrounds, a baseball field, a basketball court, tennis courts, a swimming pool, and large grassy areas for free play. The Greenway Trail runs right through it.

My child did swim classes here. All of the staff is so nice and really seemed to care about the children.I also had a party here for my other son. It was great! Very affordable, and the room was great. Super nice staff

Great place to swim your laps. Pool is very clean and usually heated just right. Showers are hot and locker room is clean. Lifeguards are always conscientious and friendly. Wish it had a 2 hour block for lap swimming instead of 90 minutes. I read in WDN fee will go up to $4 but definitely should stay at $3 for only 90 minutes of time, especially when swim team takes up most lanes in evenings.

Wonderful park for kids.

The setting was small enough where I felt comfortable sharing my ideas. The staff was welcoming and friendly. I shared my ideas and everyone was great at listening and taking notes. I really enjoyed it and am kind of looking forward to the next forum, perhaps even getting more involved. Great session.

Nice open grass area, playground, basketball courts and a hiking trail.Park is not normally crowed. Also has public pool, nice! Note seems like Whittier is not pet friendly. No public area, grass area or park anywhere in the city that I could find allows pets.

Nice park, never felt unsafe or scared. But.... I try not to hang out at 2 am, all bets are off at that point :)We use this for a bathroom/water stop when on the bike trail.My son also had T-Ball practice years back.They have a great tennis court and pool area. Please stop in and get usage details before, they do have clubs and teams that have certain times spoken for.Maintained very nice, with large picnic table area and playgrounds for the kids.

Very nice park and so green. They have a very nice community-based pool and tennis courts. Also if you have nice family event to put together they have s nice all wsith full kitchen.

Since I was a little girl I would always go to the park with my hole family and get together and now Im 28 happily married with 1 handsome little boy and he loves it .

Nice place for run, do excercise or just a cute place for visit.

The park is always clean and has lots of green grass. Very well populated with the convienient walking trail right by it. My only suggestion would be to either replace or maybe paint the park benches by the parking lot/walking trail. Always like coming to this park.

Love it in the summer !
