This place is really cool and fun! Lots of vibrant colors and interesting messages! I took several sets of our photos from here because we had so much fun! Definitely a place to visit and add to your list of places to check out...The photos I added are straight from the camera, no edits, just so you can see all the beautiful colors!

Very good spot to have a grasp of Ohio river and Wheeling. Although, the overlook itself looks like abandoned, the scene was still very good. It is easy out-and-in from high way.

Love the view this place offers. Some pretty offensive words painted everywhere now tho. The old graffiti was wonderful compared to some there now.

I absolutely love the view that this place gives you looking over wheeling wv. Alot of people come here to have the best seat to watch the wheeling fireworks. If only some people would pick up their trash and respect this place.

Great place for photos or to hang for a few while you eat your lunch. The graffiti is actually quite pleasant and colorful.

The view, it is awe inspiring. The artwork can seem like a loud disaster until you come up closer and can see each individual work. The level of artistry is a very broad spectrum from 3 yo with crayon to flammable pieces that could be hung in a home.

I like the place because I grow up over there right over the hill from there all the graffiti on the walls makes it look terrible. 50 plus years ago never had all that concrete it was just a deep hole.

Its and interesting place is worth taking a look the view is amazing lot of kids doing drugs and drinking be careful going there

This place has turned into a make out/party place at place. The history of the overlook is great so make sure you go during the day.

The overlook has been a part of my landmarks for wheeling ever since I can remember and although the spectacular views have only changed slightly over the years by additions and subtractions the overlook area itself has had a long awaited much deserved uplift and recognition and is now actually a city park and is maintained like Ive always hoped it would be, Im sure the majority of my generation and others appreciate it just as well. I know many of us have some good memories and hard wired definitions of home because of the overlook and Im glad to see that it will and can remain as such and be a staple of wheeling and a place that can remind us whats and even sometimes whos important and how to put it all in perspective.

Pretty view but this place seems cursed. Every time Ive gone there something bad has happened later that day. Maybe Im too superstitious.. Wheeling does that to you.

There was a cat here and he was real cool. He chased a mouse to his doom. It was a valuable lesson about life and death. If you would like to see street words and stairs this is a place.

The foundation of a building long gone, this is a nice, quiet place to look over Wheeling. It may not quite be as Mt. Washington is to Pittsburgh, but its still a wonderful view of a beautiful river city

Its really nothing there. Basically a turn around spot or extra parking for the houses that are nearby. Its just a parking lot and grass spot with concrete what looks to be an old foundation.
