Beautiful place to relax in the Suburbs of Wheeling. Park is well maintained throughout the year. Fountain - is a pleasure to watch. Even in a busy four way junction, this park creates happiness, fun time with family and beautiful memories. The winter light decoration is my favorite time to visit the park
