This mobile home park is very clean everyone takes care of what they have. Debbie did a great job with my wifes little dog.

Speed bumps are terrible, and the maintenance couldnt care less. Playground is unsafe for kids as it is constantly covered in glass, and I have personally found used needles there. Great community, but management changes frequently as well as the lot prices (very). The management is very contradictory, as well as bias. They will fine, threaten, and evect you for things that the other residents arent even notified are against the rules. (We were laughed at by the maintenance man [Glenn] as they evicted us with a sheriff, and only giving us 5 minutes of warning to get out)

Queen area quiet surroundings a lot of elderly people or children running around playing its and neighborhoods environment everywhere elderly people or households with little kids that seem to like playing everywhere in the street because I guess theres not very many places for a yard

Playground has glass beer bottles broken in the wood chips on the basket ball court and trash building up on the fence definitely not well maintained and people like to blair their music through the park at 1 am and nothing is done about it and ricer hondas over reving their motors going over speed bumps and are on top of you when they want money but take 5 days to fix a leaking water line on their end that sprayed on our trailer the whole 5 days with no water and a 8 month old baby in the place

Absolutely disgusting would not eat there again

This place features great speed bumps of differing sizes. You never know what youre going to get.

Horrible place to live, the land lords helpers consistently try and find something to do, even if it means hassling you for no reason. There was one time we were changing the brakes on our car and they came up to us and told us we couldnt do that there then proceeded to call a tow truck.

Close to freeway, junior high directly across the street, increasingly grown community...what else could you ask for??

Horrible place to live they are always after you for the smallest things they dont let u do anything its horrible the stuff is horrible not recommended to live here I live here and there are always after me for no reason
