I really love it we just found a great new home there the community is safe for kids to play outside and dogs to be around. The people who work keeping the community clean and safe really push for the rules to be met. Love it!!!

Nice calm place

Very friendly staff the park looked well kept good activity area no noise quiet

Clean, great neighbors however lots space is getting more and more expensive. Damn near a house note to pay. Easy access to i15 freeway. Luckys and Smiths near by. Vally Fair Mall is about 2 miles away. UTA Max 35 is very close, which takes you to Traxx( Blue & Red Line. Green is at Valley Fair Mall). Plenty of kids to play with if you have children.I would give 5 stars but lit space is expensive.

I live here,its a good to live

I currently live here in river side. Ever since they switched owners to janet Martinez I have never been so disgusted in my life the way they treat people here. I wouldnt recommend any one living or stepping foot in this place. She will not work with you or try to fix the solution, sad to say I have a 4 year old daughter that lives with me. I dont even want her going out side cause of her and dont feel safe here with her in management .poor place to live.

Lots of trailer

One of the nicer trailer parks here in west valley. It has a nice park in the center with a playground for the niños.
