Parking, well kept and orderly

Its a good spot

We live here and like how quiet it is at night. Everyone is pretty good here. The management is really nice here too.

The towing policy is aa double edge sword. After 11pm on the street you get towed. Keeps the streets clear, but hurts residents doing remodeling work and cant pull in their driveways. You can see it also by the number of cars parked on 1300 West as well blocking and hurting traffic on that road. Semis even park out there and have caused accidents or blocked school buses making kids walk through the road into traffic.

Love the place. Coming here for 30 years! Getting super crowded..

Management is always on top of things. Easy to get in contact with and always willing to help. Very quiet and clean.

Kind of junky looking

Semi quiet place but no maintenance of grounds especially when it snows so watch out during winter.

So if you like senior living this is your place

Dropped off a co worker. Management is upgrading the park.
