Just want to say that the manage Kim has been helping me out with a tree that fell on my carport and shed . She has been a very big help to me and want to thank her so very much. Gave me a name for a Construction company to fix my carport. Every body has been very friendly. Thank you couldnt have done it without you.

They have new people in the office now. Kim is great!! She is super kind and helpful. Its a pleasure talking to her. She makes me wish i had more issues just so i can call her more often. Lol

Managment here is a communist dictatorship, their harsh to us. Who forces their renters to keep their pets on a leash in their own fenced yard? Also they towed my car out of my own driveway and said it was expired registration which it was fully legal, still is. Not to mention they need to practice what they preach with yard work, watch me get evicted for speaking the truth to!

I have been coming to this community for a long time to visit my friends and I have noticed a huge change lately. The place looks clean and the homes look orderly. It used to be so messy and dirty. I dont know whats happening but I like the change. It is looking homey!

The new owners of this trailer park are terrible. They only care about money and not the residents. They are really strict about people taking care of their yards. But they don’t practice what they preach. They don’t take care of the landscaping throughout the park or even in front of the park. During the summer it was just a bunch of tall weeds and grass right in front of the park along with a bunch of cars forced to park on the street because management has strict Parking rules throughout the park giving it the appearance of a dump as the first impression not to mention the high increase in lot fees. None of these things were issues with the old management. Also these people are greedy they upped the rent just so they can buy themselves a bright shiny new truck. That’s why they take there time making any improvements to the park. So glad I moved.

Nice cozy community to live in. Management is a bit strict. Takes a bit for improvements to be done. But all in all a nice safe family oriented community.

Management needs to post a big sign at the entrance of their mobile home community (by a stop sign so people can see it and read it) making emphasis in not parking in certain/most places after 9pm. Lots of visitors keep getting towed because no one is aware of it. I was almost towed just because I was 12 mins passed their rule which I think is unreasonable (I wasnt over 2hr to make it fair ) so I had to pay their minimum fee to get my truck unhooked. . I was helping a resident remove her homes fencing since they dont allow that anymore when the tow truck came and hooked my truck, the driver pretended to not see me when I approached to stop him since I was about to leave but seems like they dont listen and you must comply to their rules even tho you arent from the community and dont know of such rules. It truly was the worst experience visiting there and I can understand now why people are leaving that place.

The management here is fantastic. They really care about keeping the park clean and well maintained. They have done so much in the past 6 months since they took over management. It looks like an entirely different property. Its a quiet, family community.

When we moved in over 20 years ago, it was the place to live. Then it went through some bad managers & it went to the dumps. Now its under new management, & their fixing it up again.

My husband and I are very angry due a towing situation that occurred this evening. We have been to this park one other time to look at/ purchase a sofa set we found through KSL. As far as the residents went, they were extremely friendly and very nice to do business with. However when my husband went back tonight to pick up our furniture, within 5 minutes my husbands truck was towed and then made to pay a fine when there were no visible signs explaining the parking situation for the park itself, needless to say we aren’t happy and seems that the mobile home park has a contract of some sort with Alpha Towing especially with the short amount of time it took to tow our vehicle and the lack of visual signs stating no parking.

I moved there about a year and a half ago and I love the new changes that have taken place under this new management. The park is looking so much nicer and everyone cares about how their yards and spaces look (which wasn’t the case before). It’s quiet and safe for my little ones too!!

We have lived here about 2 1/2 years . We appreciate the improvements since new management has been here. Hopefully it will continue.

Some people complaining about the towing. The towing has made the park safer and better looking. Only people upset with the rules are the ones that abuse other rules as they are very average parking rules. The new managers have been amazing amd caring. I couldnt say enough good things about the park and its new team of elite staff. Thank you for what youve done for us.

Don’t park here you will get a ticket, if not just haveYou’re vehicle towed, there are no signs sayingYou can’t park on this side or the road,I argued my ticket and they waived the ticket ($79.00)

I been looking to buy a home been here for 2 weeks and office or manager no where to be found, i be seen a maintenance guy only i had cash, but now i purchase a home in other park, the howner should, stop by and check to see where the managers, i really love meadowbrook park to bad i didnt ended up buying there i hope the howner takes care of this and have office open during business hrs...

LAAAWD! I lived next to a wild woman here at Meadowbrook Estates. Thankfully (and tragically for her) it all came to an end when the FBI raided her dwelling and discovered a meth lab inside! I cant do the sight and sounds justice (in words) of the scene that woman made when they drug her from the property.

Went there to turn my application for residency today, before they closed for the day, and no surprise, NOBODY was in the office, and nobody even tried to contact me, I called them and they just took my name and number down, is this how these places treat future tenants? I have 3 wks to find a new place and Id like to not get the run around.

The new manager has has a towing service that has literally followed people entering the park and towed vehicles the minute they get out of their vehicles who are unaware of the rules not to park in the road . My daughter came to drop off something to my aunt and the minute she stepped in the home the neighbor came rushing over to say the tow truck waited for her to walk away from her vehicle and proceeded to tow the vehicle. Over 30 vehicles had been towed that late evening most with the same sinerio. My husband is a cop and said that these practices by towing companies and Im pretty certain saying the manager is getting a kick back.

The managers can park there white truck on sidewalk landscape and they dont get there truck towed .Whats up with that

I have live in this house for maybe about 13 yaers now and alsomst 6 yaer now we have the wrost manger to ran this park he is an no gooder stick up pin haed halter he only think about himself i anyone rember the last magner that we had she ran the park ever good it did not look so tashey but now you can walked in the park and see poeple not clean up thing around there house and if you miss just one day with out paying rant he kick you out with out another chase and when it come to wrinter time i cant even go out side for an walked becuase i have high funtcion aumstin and its very hard for me to go outside and walked in the snow and icy they would shovle the raod very bad snow and icy dont mix well with me they need to shovle super while as anyone would do on any other raod he is not frienly with any one he is rude to fat and snilkey people the young or the old or with disability and with out or refurgse or not illegal immingration or those whom are bron in this counrty or those whom are illegal immigration he is just rude to all kind of poeple. then when it come to him haveing the tow poeple to come tow car away if they are even just an few inch hanging out of the diver away or if they prak there car in an empty house lot or on the side of an house or in the vister parking there are singed all over some of them are some what coverd up by trees or brush and there is no light to see them in the dark he doesnt tell any one about the rules so everone is just breaking alot of the rules

Not allowed to have fences in backyard. Its been hard on us because we have a border collie, but we have to keep him locked in the house now. They tow cars without a warning and they tow them in under 24 hours. Its not a good place to live in.

This has to be the worst place you can ever live I just went visiting a friend and the tow truck tried to take my truck away because they say I was there for too long just as a tip if you ever come to this place dont even take more than 40 minutes or you will be walking
