I have lived here on and off for many years. But management is making it very hard to stay. Its time for new management is all I can say.

Dont give people chances

I Looked here at a trailer to buy. A resident told me they keep raising the lot fee. When I checked the records, she was right. She told me most the people living there dont have Social Security cards. Everywhere I drove there was garbage and junk. I wouldnt consider living there. Safety would be a big concern!

Not a Badd place but could be a lot cleaner

Its a trailer park, but not all wild and trailers arent all jacked up.

Family oriented park close to grade school. Reasonable lot rents, but some of the pads need a little resurfacing.

I was not impressed. The mobile homes were small, dirty, some falling apart, with tiny yards. The roads were compact and I saw trash in the gutters. In some yards there were broke down and unregistered cars, which turns me off from wanting to live there completely. Then I heard the lot rent was about 700.00 a month which was completely not worth it considering how trashy it was. I am sorry but this place needs help.

Parents lived there for over twenty years. Some of their rules were pretty stupid (the tailor larks rules,not my parents lol) even though you own your trailer, the rules are like living in an apartment complex. Cant e em work on your own vehicles.

Need a pool pass even if you live there can you just identify you live there like tf

Listen to previous reviews, this is by far the worst management I have seen. I do not understand why the manager boasts about him being elected for 6 years? I have seen him walking around at night with a flashlight, it’s useless stuff was stolen from our driveway. Rent did go up I lived here a year. Towing policies seem to be whatever they feel like that day. Please don’t move here you’re better off at a motel.

I thought this was going to be my place to live for the rest of my life, but I was mistaken the space you rent from the trailer park the MANAGER he was not very nice sometimes he would be then other times he would be rude and make up things that you didnt say.

Managment will tow your vehical for any excuse so be careful.

Didnt see anything that made the place stand out any differently than the other local communities as well nothing that made me want to stay away from the area either.

The neighbors are very respectful and respect your property and keep an eye in eachother.

I dont like it.They will tow your vehicle if you dont pay attention, they are so mean we cant visit any family and they sink because they are private property they can do what ever they want and their rent is going higher and higher I fill sorry who lives in that park its not park i can said its trash place.

Do not move here the management is horrible! The man running this place is on constant power trips and will make your life miserable.

No parking for the guests

We looking for place thought mobile homes be nice. Well with me I have service dog because of list she falls under they will not allow. Soon as I said ok I will call some ppl they will be fined for it they tired to fix it. But right off the bat saying that, take my money elsewhere

Is a quiet place in the neighbors are real good families

This place has hugs speedbumps n the white people are minority now mostly Hispanic

Westcrest residents are working to improve the areas around their homes. Now that the snow is melted and the weather is beginning to warm up, more time will be spent out doors to beautify the areas around the Park.

The place seems very calm

A friend lives here and any time I visit, it seems to be a pretty quiet place for how close the units are to each other (as with any park).
