I have been nothing but impressed with Mountain view. Their office is clean and efficient. I always get a call back when I need something. I get my monthly email from the park that lets me know all that is going on. I can pay my bills on line. Everything is all in one spot, on their website. As an investor I appreciate the convenience of that. I am thankful for Chastity who works hard to help me whenever I need her. I wish everywhere we did business made my job this easy.

Chastity has been great to work with and is very helpful. The park is good, you will love the community, and there are amenities, that you dont find at a lot of parks like this.

The management is friendly and very helpful. The community is nice and seems well taken care of. I would recommend this community.

Its a pretty pleasant place to live, but do not park on the road or your car will get towed so fast it breaks the laws of physics. Nice sunsets here, I can also say that about it.

The manager is dishonest and petty, power-tripping and self-important. She has no business managing anything, ever. She practices blackmail, and theft by fraud. Shes going to prison if she doesnt leave very soon.

I don’t live here, and don’t you ever live or park outside of your own mobile home if you live here or someone mobile homes, because they work with Legacy Towing and they said that they have all the right for towing your car because you left your car outside your own place for less 10 minutes, and they don’t care. You will pay so much money and they don’t care about their residents or future residents. Seriously this kind of administration is horrible and repugnant.

This place is a joke. Visitor parking is limited and you have to tell management when someone is coming to visit, what type car they are driving and take a picture of their plate and text it to the park manager, otherwise they’ll tow your guest. Makes having family over to visit very difficult. Plus it seems that the rules don’t apply to everyone. Rent is increased every single year. I don’t recommend this park. The owners really need to reel things in with this park.

Worst place to live in. Really. Not a recommend place to live.

I used to live here, moved due to multiple times had my cars towed out of my drive way and multiple friends had cars towed. The parks rules are always changed and the owners and managers will lie to get you in then take back your home to make more money.

With it being as hard as it is these days to find a place to live I appreciate chasity so much!! Ive been on the search for somewhere to live for 2 months! She was so helpful and kind! And as of today we are approved for a place!

SERIOUSLY DONT LIVE HERE, YOULL REGRET IT ...YOUVE BEEN WARNED!!!The worse place to live at. Management its at its worse ...I lived there for many years but the new old lady manager is a racist. Many in the community including myself have had problems with her. The people is not the problem ... SHE IS THE PROBLEM ... everything was awesome with the old manager James. Thanks to her I had to move out cuz I could no longer handle all the problems she created not just to me but also to my family ...Dont live there while she is the manager. Always grumpy, bad attitude, never lets you finish talking ... Screams when she talks. They tried to tow my truck just cuz the back it was sticking out on my parking space ... They called the cops cuz I wouldnt let the tow truck driver get to my truck ...

Worst place to live the MANAGEMENT sucks if I could I would give them a Zero for everything dont live here honestly Run for a different direction. Theres better places then this trailer park.

Pretty typical mobile home park. There are some people who really try and take care of their places and then you can tell the other people who really just dont care.

Having guest over was a pain due to parking structure (or lack there of). Never felt unsafe but more street lighting would probably be beneficial. The space fee is steep (my guess is they are trying to squeeze people out so owners can sell the land). Erosion near the spill out for Decker Lake looks like it could eventually cause land instability for some trailers. Watch for kids when you drive around the complex for they jump out of nowhere or are in the middle of the road.

They have a ton of parking spots but nobody can park in them. People have to Park across the street from the mobile home community, and even the whole street gets filled up. Alpha Towing vigilantly checks to tow cars. Its bull crap that they pray on people that obviously cant afford much seeing as how they live in a trailer court. They have one sign when you pull into the trailer court that is hard to notice that has a lot of words so it would take you at least two minutes to read and it says nothing about parking in visitor parking after 10. It actually doesnt say anything about not parking in visitor parking at all. In the middle of the sign the only thing that it says is vehicles parked on these streets, ( keep in mind it does say on these streets not in parking) may get towed at owners expense. In the winter time when it snows the sign gets completely covered in snow so you dont even know it exists. They changed all the parking spots from open parking to reserved parking. It must be expensive because nobody uses the reserved parking. They want to make more and more money every year and they keep trying to find out ways to do so. I got towed and it costed $270 to get my car out. Lot space rant is $635 it has been going up every year thats not including water and trash and if you dont own your own trailer you have to worry about payments for the trailer.

Close to work and home great place not over crowded, friendly people, location really works for me.

We have movie nights love it we are going to have a a party on oct 28th going to have a cake walk ect thanksgiving pot luck Christmas party summer partys enjoy living here just live by the rules and you will be happy and the manager is a nice person she has to enforce the rules people

Pretty nice place, a few of the speed bumps are a little rough but nothing to bad.

The management is rude and not professional ! I had a complaint about Alfa Towing my vehicle (which is currently registered and insured) and both management and Alfa Towing blamed each other for the towing. If there were zero stars I would have given. BEWARE DO NOT LIVE HERE!

Get everything in writing cause you are doing business with a horrible management company. Even the things in writing you are going to have trouble getting them to comply with. If you complain about it they start in with retaliatory compliance issues. Climb up the chain of command you think, well that is a waste of time if u submit the complaint in writing they ignore u, when I told the higher up about the problems in person he accused me of fabricating complaints I will upload a video of the encounter so u can decide for yourself if this is where u want to live. Also the 5 star reviews, 1 is from the company itself, the other is from the manager. Seriously talk to the residents b4 you move in, they will tell u its a terrible place to live because of the management.

And they are rude obnoxious and they have their pics they dont care about anybody elses feelings they need to really get rid of the management get new management I think they need to have an investigation done especially on their books they let drug addicts and everybody in there I do not recommend this place to nobody
