I have grown up in Howland most of my life. I truly believe that the schools are concerned about the education of their students on a whole. Academically I believe that education comes first, safety of the studentsis always a priority. The students care because the teachers care.

Very quite wonderful neighbor s the said thing living here howland trustees look at this park as trailer trash cause we are not high class with lots of money
