Office staff is very friendly and efficient. Got in to do my tour&after that everything went quickly &smoothly. Very clean&quiet community cute homes!

The best subdivision Ive ever rented from.

Applied to rent a week ago. Spoke with office staff same day I applied and was told it would take 24-72 business hours to hear back regarding status of pre application. Here we are a week later and I have yet to hear anything back. Called and got vm . Now I see the home I was interested in is no longer available and NOBODY notified me or called to see if I may be interested in any other available property. Not a good look in regards to professionalism. Had the same issue months ago when I sent online requests for info, where I was never contacted about my several online inquiries.

It used to be a nice place. But not anymore. They charge u outrageous rent. Then dont want to fix it when ya call. Its not safe after dark anymore. An when u make complaints to them theres no response. An if ya call corporate to complain then ignor u to. Love this place when i first moved in. But now i see the truth for what i pay here i can rent a real home. And are looking to. Move

Ive lived at Lafayette Place for 3yrs. My experience has been excellent here . Its Peaceful,Safe and they hold Everyone to a certain standard on the Cleanliness around your home. But one of the Best Highlights is the First Face you see (JOELL MOZA) . Shes very Professional & Always has a smile and will help you with questions or concerns you may have. I honestly dont understand any of the bad reviews about this community. They take care of everything efficiently and convenient for their tenants. In the rare occurrence that one of your appliances are acting up the ladies in the office put a work order in while you are on the phone and the maintenance man arrives at your home immediately after. But, if hes busy that day he will be there early the next morning. I would recommend this complex to anyone looking for a solid starter home, or someone trying to downsize from their home. Keep up the great work Team Lafayette. Living there was definitely a pleasure! ( the only reason I dont live here anymore is because I moved out of state.)

I actually like it here nothing’s perfect but Communication and Honesty will iron out the kinks..HOWEVER the office staff have been cordial for the most part ITS A BUSINESS Vicki from maintenance has been a BLESSING through her work and conversation thank you Lafayette Place:)

Great management and welling to work with you

This beats out living at Warren Manor Apartments. They fix stuff in a timely manner and I was having a problem with neighbors parking in my assigned parking spot (after I told the person that was my space) and they were on top of it right away.

Nice trailer park for the location! I have a 2 bed 1 bath for $759. I feel it’s over priced. Rooms are super small, hot water runs out before 15 minutes in the shower, I have to keep my heat on 80 for my living room to be warm enough to relax in. The worst part yet: starting the first night of being in this trailer in November 2017 We have heard rodents under our trailer & what sounds like in the vents. Something was in my home the 1st night. Ate part of my trash can towards the top IN my kitchen. Also just last night I have a banana eaten from on my kitchen counter. By the remains of a banana I can assure you it was a rodent smh. Called the office & left a message so hopefully they will find where they are getting in & fix it or lower my rent bc this is NOT okay.Edit: office had me fill out a paper explaining what happen. After that not a single thing was done. Not a phone call, nothing.

My fiance wasted time applying running his credit and giving us the run around for 1document and I felt it was discrimination or maybe not him to get the place, but wasting money on a motel room depending on this process so dont depend I even calls the corporate and they rude but things happen for a reason Im glad it worked out the way it I wouldnt want to call this place home and after all that I hit the lottery to buy a house .

This place CHEATS people out their money. I should have went by the other reviews that warned people NOT to move here, but I didnt. The same reviews that have been posted a year ago, actually just happened to us in November. Been going on since June.

I love living here its a great place police patrol the area at night its very quiet I dont know what others are taking about BU IF YOU pay your rent/water you will notices I dont see any racism my neighbors are nice and friendly everyone around me mind there business I know a lot of people dont pay rent and move out. Its a safe quiet place and management keeps the groundsVery clean and maintain

I absolutely love living here. Every time I put an work order in managment respondes promptly its very quiet and clean. Ive lived here 2years and haved renewed my lease for another. Long as you pay your rent on time you shouldnt have and problems. And Alice has always been nice to me.

Ive only been living here 3 months and its already a horrible experience. If it wasnt for my unit being brand new I wouldnt have rated this place 2 stars. Their whole system is designed for you to owe them money. Please if you are considering moving here do your research everything that glitters isnt gold. The management team are snotty and very much inconsiderate. I cant wait til my lease is up so I can move. This is the type of place that will leave you broke and homeless. There are fees for this and fees for that its just not a pleasant experience.

Been here almost 5 years and I have absolutely zero complaints...never had an issue with anyone...the people complaining either didnt pay their bills or they were the troublemakers

I was the worst experience of my life I was stuck in there for 5 years because they wouldnt approve anybody for my trailer ended up owing $5,000 that Alison is a liar a backstabber she will tell you what you want to hear and then stab you in the back if they had 0 Stars I would have gave it that that place is infested with cats I would not recommend anybody to live there they dont do the snow in time the roads are covered in snow and it takes them 5 hours to even start pushing the snow ridiculous worst place ever
