Very good place to live. My neighbors are amazing and it’s truly a good community. The owner actually cares which is nice for a change. Highly recommend.

This is the most horrible place to live. Rats and roaches everywhere. Landlord is a crook. He gives out fake forms especially demand for possession. He never wants to put anything in writing. Thinks his word is good enough than goes back on it. They never repair anything. TO TOP IT OFF HE LETS PEDOPHILES LIVE THERE WITH NO WARNING OR PERMISSION FROM RESIDENTS. Stay far away from that place. Oh and the new management sign has been up for 5 years, total lie there. This guy will do nothing but rip you off and lie to you. If I could I would give this place -100 stars. Sells you horrible trailers at outrageous prices and you have to fix it just to live in it. Totally not worth it.

It’s cheaper to live here than renting a bedroom somewhere and you don’t have to worry about being quite bcz there is no one on the other side of the wall. Bcz it’s so affordable it saved me from going into another bad situation. My utilities are so cheap and affordable here, it feels good to turn the AC or Heat as high or low as I want and know my bill isn’t going to be higher than $70 a month. The guy that runs this place let me barrow his truck to pick up a shed for my lot, so he’s more than fair, he wants to help.

My first place! The people who lived here and ran the place were kind to me. we started a garden, had security where we lived, and community for me and all of my friends and family. My utilities and rent were very affordable. We got together to play horseshoes and the kids helped me with an art project once. Really fond memories of this place, ended up in 2 different units while I was here.

Great place to live!Very clean, there has been a LOT of improvements in this park. Of course people are going to have their own problems if they keep their home a mess, that is not managements problem, sadly they can not tell people how to live inside their own homes, they enforce it plenty outside. Everyone is meant to be responsible for their own lawn care but management and maintenance goes as far as cutting tenants grass for them as well as throwing debris away that tenants can not take care of themselves.Property is well maintained and cared for.Kass is a very friendly owner and welcomes new comers, he takes care of all tenants and will help whenever necessary(even if they own their homes) not one bad thing to say about him.The only people whom think otherwise have not paid rent on time or got evicted due to reasons that they think are Managements fault, that can not be helped, that is how ownership in properties work, you can not make everyone happy, they just try to keep a community with happy tenants, it is why they are at 100% capacity right now.

I have lived here in the park for over 21 years and have seen lots of improvements made to the park one of the most important one is the fact that management has taken the time an effort to install security cameras throughout the park in order to make its safe for everyone especially the children. Management at times in the past has gone as far as to having the entire park to a barbecue has also gone as far as to replace stolen childrens bicycles, and strongly trying to enforce speed limits throughout the park and control unwanted soliciting.

Park could keep the homes nicer. Park should be happy about the stray cats so should the people. They kill all rodents and that way you dont have holes chewed under your home also no rats in the garbage. Cats are smart animals so keep em around they will do there job. Please trap and nutre the strays so the cats cant keep having babies. All about animals at 9 mile and mound will fix them dirt cheap 10$ with a ssd or ssi proof!!!

They let there resident park anyway they want which means if ur coming to picked up someone u cant get thru or some of the trailers in the community is run down. Not a recommended place to live

My family and I have lived here for almost 3 years and we honestly love it here. The management has been amazing to us and treated us and our family so well. I couldnt ask for a better place to live.

Horrible place is ran by a pos crook name kass that has drug addicts and thieves working for him and the mobile homes there are infested with roaches

BEWARE: Theres a cat killer living in this park they butchered my friends cat over the weekend. Keep pets in and watch out for animals theres a animal killer living here.if anyone knows who is doing this report them immediately they are dangerous.

We live here and the new management is doing a wonderful joband the park is looking better every day...they have improved it alot, I would like to see a play area for the kids put in perhaps near the club house where the picnic table is, just a swingset climber would be awesome. we are still working on getting the window put in. but all in all it is a pleasant place to live. it is a very quiet park I can walk it alone and not worry about a thing. Our manager is great, fair, understanding and keeps the park clean.

Managment does nothing for the residents. Does everything for his people though. Uses the land next to my trailer as a dumping ground and complains that feeding the stray cats causes rodents but the overflowing dumpsters do not? Ill feed the stray cats all i want. Actully cleanup the park and there wont be rodents. They dont fix anything around here. They do a crappy job patching the road that it only lasts a few months before the holes return. What happened to the mayor wanting trailer park inspections?

If I could give 0 stars I would .... WORST and i do mean WORST trailer park I have EVER lived in!!!! The original trailer they showed me and were trying to get me to rent was at their park on 11 & vandyke. The day before I was supposed to move in I went and looked at it again and saw roaches EVERYWHERE! I told them I wanted my money back and they refused, saying they could give me a bigger trailer at their park on 8 1/2 & dequindre. Looked at that one and liked it and moved in. Less than 1 month later both my son and I broke out with bed bug bites all over our bodies and there were city size rats coming IN my trailer through the bottom of the trailer. I moved out due to this situation and because the owners did not want to do anything about it. Now I am dealing with an eviction on my background because of their FILTH. They WILL be hearing from my lawyer very soon. DONT EVER MOVE HERE RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN AND NEVER LOOK BACK!!!

THIS PARK IS AMAZING! Management always follows through with their promises. I have never felt as if I could not ask a question to the management. This park is on a rise, this is certain!

Twin Pines Mobile Home Park is one of the nicest places I have lived in. The staff are all very friendly and eager to help. I believe management has changed since the earlier reviews because I have not experienced any of those bad experiences here! A+ Service

Alot of awesome residents... Great place for families everyone has kids and is like one large family. Only drawback is the criminal slumlord of an owner who goes by the name of Kass.

The park is now a wonderful place to live, since the new management came in, the park is always clean, management is very organized, and all my questions are always answered very well.

Im only giving it 5 stars because I used to live here when I was a kid it was the last place I lived with my mother before she passed away a lot of memories here

STAY AWAY FROM THIS TRAILER PARK!!! My husband and I moved in thinking Yeah, it looks a little ghetto, but its quiet, we just wont talk to anyone. Weeks later Im dealing with druggies coming to my door looking for previous people who lived here, the people here are MEAN AND DONT FOLLOW THE RULES, THEYRE CRAZY, our neighbors blast music ALL night, There are stray cats everywhere that fight all night and will get under your trailer and fight and wake you up EVERY NIGHT AT 4 am, and the maintenance is horrible!!! When we moved in it didnt take but a couple weeks to realize everything in the place is ghetto-rigged. All the windows leak, the roof leaks, TERRIBLE insect problem, no insulation... I could go on forever. When you tell the office manager and maintence, they will tell you theyre right on it, but they AVOID you after you tell them. All in all, Stay the H!@# away from this trailer park.... yeah rent is cheap, but the cost you pay in gas(no insulation) and water (leaky pipes) is not worth it! Not to mention there are plugs in our house that we cant use, get REALLY hot if you use them, and a light switch that busts a fuse.... Just stay away!!!

When I bought my place I was told it had a new roof come to find out they only roofed half of it cast told me he would rough the other half and fix the inside from the water damage well that never happened he went on top and just did a patch job instead of reroofing it which I was promised and Im still waiting for the inside to be repaired
