Lived here now for 13 years. A very nice and quiet place to live. They are doing a lot of fixing up around here. Great new owners.

I was not happy and now that we have new management Ms.sarah in the office she is a sweetheart I love how quit it is in here I love that the old trailers gone and the maintenance guy is friendly. Im loving how the park is turning out cant wait to see what elses is in store for this parkVery happy they have Sarah in here some one who knows what to do

Just moved into the newly owned park, sarah in the office is amazing and this place is a total 180 from what the last owners left it at. Id reccomend this place to anyone!!! Thank you all for my new amazing home!!!

My sister and b.f..mom. daughter. lives heres with their pets and this place is clean upgraded often.residents friendlt and quit..and they are pet friendly..for both pets and ferals..not like my trailer park..mine is alful..i live in willow park in harrison twp. And you DONT want to move here..they are petty. And raises rents whenever they want..and do alful things to their ferals and dont care for their elderly either...wish i could move here...

They are changing the rules. Charge for pets, not basketball rims, no little pools, dont like older trailers rent is getting to high and water bill is up

They say they are going to fix some thing and never do or say they have already fixed it. Said rent was one amount and its another. People drive fast and dont watch for kids when there playing outside. Not enough parking.

Don’t live here. Try to take a loan on a place or live with friends, do anything to get somewhere other than a trailer park. Cause trust me you will like any place other than this place or any trailer park. Go on welfare and buy a place in Allen Park, or just look in Allen park. Go on Zillow, if you don’t have access to the internet go to a library, don’t have a mode of transportation? Take a bus, WALK, a good library to go to would be Troy Public Library (in Troy). But any option you have to not live in a trailer park or here is a better option, and if you have a kid you can’t support, the best option would be putting him/her up for adoption, no one wants to put they’re kid up for adoption. But if they’re in foster care you can get them back, only If you are stable enough to support one. If you have a boyfriend or husband who is abusive, go to the police station at night or when he isn’t around, and tell them you want a restraining order and for them to arrest him for domestic violence and child abuse. Some people are scared to go “tell on” their abusive spouse or boyfriend. But the worst he can do is yell at you from 250 feet away or from the jail cell. If you are in need of help, get help cause it’s the only option.

The park is questionable but the rodents & poison ivy is not great. When you complain about the problem they do nothing about it. The rats are huge. Ive never lived there. But a friend & co worker did I took her home & seen the rats someone needs to do something about it. My friend moved out knowing she still has to pay

I have been living here for almost 4 years and I love it!! There definitely is some rude people that live here but is they dont seen to last long! The office is amazing shes so nice and friendly! The kids all run and play together and its very quite and calm! Definitely feel very safe in my home..they will do anything to help you if they can! I have nothing but great things to say!

Do not rent any of the newer homes. The walls are buckling. They are not on correct foundations. The city of Warren has posted on most unsafe buildings.

Warren estates is a trashy place to live. Ive lived here for 1 and half years. Its full of durg users. My stove, dishwasher, and all the screens to my house have been broke since i moved in. Me and my mother has told the land lady more than once about the issues we have been having. We call her and she never answers. When she does she is RUDE and she straight up LIES. Her favorite LIE is i have pictures. Right now im going month to month trying to get out of here. I would NEVER suggest anyone to move in here. Who ever owns warren estates needs to rethink her position. You are trying to make the park nice and with her being in the position shes in its going to continue to go down hill. I am reporting this place to the B.B.B oh and one more thing about the liar is she trys to charge the tenets for the home repairs that were broke when we move in. She just tried to charge me $100 to have my grass cut when i moved in i was told its $10 a cut. I think she is scamming people. ONCE AGAIN WHO EVER OWNS WARREN ESTATES BETTER COME ON AND TAKE OUT THE GARBAGE.

If you need something repaired after time it takes quite a while I had to wait 3 months to have a step replace

A horrible place. The streets are a mess and the tenant is in need of several repairs that are not being done.

Management is incompetent as well as the maintenance people are very rude and disrespectful i rent and still fix every thing myself in this poorly made manufactured home that is falling apart

This park is a dump

Trailer park is never kept up on. Had 2 flat tires from nails on the street since I been here. Neighbors always parking in my spot had to complain multiple times until something got done weeks later. Cops are always in here looking for somebody. Waited months to get my unit fixed and it should have been done when I first moved in. And let’s talk about all the rats that are under your house and the mouse that is still currently in my unit.
