It is a older park with a few beat up looking trailers.However most the residents are older retirees that are good hearted people that can afford to live and maintain monthly bills.

My current home stead

Lived here going on nine years. Had an issue with my home being shot several times this past May. Prejudice people live in here, in my opinion. For the most part people usually mind their own business.

I cant rate it, it needs work. I think the owners should pay attention to people when they need something done around there. The management doesnt listen to people. They never answer phones and thanks to covid-19 you cant talk to then all locked up. Its very sad the way the management take care of things, THEY DONT

Not very happy with this place. I paid $50.00 for the fee was told i would know the next day if i got approve an i would hear something. I call everyday an always get voicemall. No one answers their phones. I was told the same day i applied it would take a 2-3 day process an here we are a month later an stil cant get ahold of anyone. Never got word back about anything period. Management is very poor at their job.

I was there once to help a friend move. I was not impressed with the maintenance of the park.

Pretty decent looking place

Lived here for a long time and they let this place get run down and then sold the property. The new owners allowed nothing fun and ran this place like a 5 star Miami resort yet in a poor area of warren. They would even try and look in your windows. From my understanding it was sold again hopefully it was and its being run better.

So many holes in the roads so be careful with your car

They repaired the roads. But these folks didnt update the reviews. Now its really nice here. Very quiet. Ive been going on 11 years and Im enjoying my home. One floor. 2 bedrooms 2 baths. Got everything I need. Happy.

This trailer park is a very nice place to live, its quite, friendly people and well taken care of.

Maintenance man gets paid 1400 a month to play his ps4, his gf is the main person in charge who uses petty cash as her private atm. Was a good place to live until Karen took over.

You need to fly in if youre visiting or the potholes will swallow your vehicle. Also not well kept.
