Stay away. I went here to buy a $3,000 mobile home with cash in hand but they said no because my credit is below 600 so dont even apply or go to buy a mobile home hear unless your credit score is above 600. Sun homes only requires 515 and their parks have brand new mobile homes. All of these here are 1970 and older mobile homes. Smh its such a shame that I cant even buy a mobile home because I need good credit to live on the lot smh.

Park has a perimeter fence. Security patrolled. Nice neighbors. Reasonable management. Shady trees. Playground. Nice landscaping. Good upkeep. New homes available. Lot rent could be lower, but then it might not be as nice.

It really has changed over the years good environment and a super awesome community.

The home I worked in was nice.

This park is decent except the huge rat problem and constantly being harassed by the manager they expect you to have a flawless house but sold us a place someone had died in 3-4 months prior we had issues with blood urine n other fluids they attempted to hide with carpet instead of cleaning /removing when the issue arose they claimed no one lived here in at least a year but we later found out from the neighbors they had to enter the home n remove the deceased man and animals. So much for a NEW TRAILER I PAID ALMOST 13000 FOR do your self a favor do no come here

Personal opinion they over charge the residents on lot rent these are mainly older retired residents on a fixed income. Kids that do live in the mobile home park run wild and destroy other people property the park does nothing about it. The streets flood to the point that some can not park in their spots.

With the security they have its a great place

I would not recommend this to anyone with kids or animals they make it impossible for your children to be kids and make friends outside the lady on the front office is not to friendly

Its a nice trailer park

I lived and worked here in the past. Things were run differently more strict on the rules. Curb appeal is #1 with this company. As far as other comments about rats this is a city wide problem, due to the decay of Detroit.

Shortly after I moved in my furnace went out, which I had to pay for. People always park in others parking lots which is rude and very inconvenient. They let peoples animals run loose in park. Since summer has started, I have at least 3-5 different cats on my deck touting my animals inside every day. When I purchased this home the under pining was open in several spots, I asked the office if they would help me seal it up, he said, Im not allowed . I pulled a dead rat from underneath the trailer larger than my cat, I could go on for days. I have so many complaints about this place, I regret purchasing a home here. Im counting down the months that I get to leave this place ( had to sign a 2 year lease) they couldnt even afford to put new carpet in my house, it looks terrible, has many stains, and smells like animals.
