Honestly, this is a great place to live. Its a mobile home community & we have a few of the obligatory oddballs that tend to be present in trailer parks, but even theyre nice, harmless people. Mostly, this place is just full of families with young children & retirees. The staff organizes all sorts of fun things for the kids to do & theres a very warm community feel. Michelle, the regional manager, & Alexis, the landlady, are both friendly & always willing to help residents. When we moved in 3 years ago, I didnt expect to like it here as much as I do. Its a nice place to raise our children.

I have lived in the park for 30 years. I was raised here, and am now raising my family here as well. Everyone has their own opinion, but I love it here. The new company is making changes!

Nice area but needs repairs around the park and asking to much for some places

Police and ambulance here all the time. A lot of overdoses. A lot of people walk around with a gun in their belt and drunk. Poor management and drama. You can do whatever you want as long as the manager likes you but even if you pay bills on time and stay to yourself if you arent liked they do whatever they can to try to get you out including advertising financial services to get you in but its false advertising, my son had cash and established with a job for 3 years and she wouldnt let him even look at trailers. At night you cant check the mail because you cant see but the office that is closed is well lit up and no where near the mailbox. Most of the people are nice but you have to hope you get by those people. The trailers are overpriced and fall apart easily. Call the local sheriffs department before moving here.

Pay your rent on time for almost 3 years cant pay it till 2 days later due to when I get my check and they wanna get you for $50 bunch of money hungry people!

New Management over charges tenants for water regularly, speed limit 10mph through the park. Cars constantly being ransacked!! Do not recommend!!

Nice trailer park everybodys friendly have a couple friends that live out there so Im out there quite frequently very quiet for the most part

BLUE WATER MANOR SELLS HOMES UNDER FALSE PRETENSES, ASSAULTS, TRESPASSING, INEPT MANAGEMENT, MENTALLY WILL ABUSE YOU AND CHILDREN.SEX OFFENDERS, YOU GOTTA KNOW OR BLOW SOMEONE TO HAVE ANYTHING DONE. 4 MONTHS I HAVE BOUGHT MY HOME AND THE CEILING IS FALLING IN WHILE MY FURNACE IS RED TAGGED. NO ONE HELPS, SHERIFFS CONSIDER THE PARK A NUCANCE CALL AND MANAGEMENT VICTIM BLAMES THE ONES IN NEED OF HELP. EMBEZZLEMENT, LOOSING MONEY ORDERS AND DOUBLE CHARGING PEOPLE TO MAKE UP FOR THIER ERRORS. REPORT THIS PLACE TO THE BBB, DO NOT MOVE HERE! A MAN WAS MURDERED FOR HIS DOG POOPING ON ANOTHERS RENTED GRASS. THE MAN WAS MURDERED OVER POOP..YOU LIVE HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT!! HORRIBLE PLACE TO LIVE, HORRIBLE PLACE TO RAISE CHILDREN, FOOD AND HOSPITAL WAY TO FAR. INEPT LAW ENFORCEMENT. BAD PART OF OHIO!

DONT EVER MOVE HERE!!!!! The park manager is a horrible person who only cares about her few friends in the park. One of which is my neighbor who harrasses and threatens my 6 yr old and 8 yr old kids. The so called manager has never done anything but harrass me as well when i complain. The owners know too and have yet to do anything either. Im having to sell my trailor and move because i cant let my kids live like this. There are numerous drug addicts in the park as well as a child sex offender and they do nothing. I would rather live in a box on the side of the road then here. There are over 20 open trailors here because everyone keeps leaving because of the manager.
