The best of times I spent here

Very Secure pleasant community. Great Management, and Owners. Low Rent... I like it.

I tried to buy a trailer for $4000 but was told I had insufficient credit and it took me several days to meet the manager farheen because they spend all their time at Twin Pines trailer park.

If You know what is good for You. You should stay far away from this place! Management does minimal work as possible. I lived in that mobile home park for 5 years. After moving into my home I found out that I had moved into a home that was bed bug infested. I have seen roaches rats bed bugs ants flea infestations. Stay far away from this place not a place for children got a place for somebody who wants to live a quiet life

Farheen and Cass are both amazing management and people in general they always work with me no matter what it is whether its payments. Or work needing to be done they are always there making it happen. I am blessed to have them and live in a beautiful trailer. I am a single mom and able to have my own place and not be flat broke all the time the rent and bills are all accomodating and id reccommend it to someone looking! The park itself isnt as glamorous but it is getting better and major improvements are being made.

The landlord is the biggest slum landlord you will ever come across he lies he abuses people on disability he makes up his own prices then throws you out. There are 1,000 cats running around rats ants and cockroaches. The trailers are ready for the scrap yard dont ever rent from hin

The lady that showed the trailers was nice, I found one I really liked but cass wanted the whole thing down on it, he wouldnt even do rent with option to buy, then I found out he rented one out to a friend of his, he sells them as is and all of them need major work on them, I would not recommend this place to anyone

Really dont look good anymore. Used to be nice but....

It could use a bunch TLC & definitely needs to be kept up better then what it is & it really needs nicer mobile homes!

He is a liar and a thief he will take your money but not take on his responsibilities remember a few things if youown or want to a mobile home he would have to produce a title bill of sale and purchase agreement....along with this and likely hood youll get the title is extremely low...everything under the trailer is his responsibility if he says otherwise he is lying as usual... water... Gas all that needs attention dont let him fool you if you were smart just stay away

They are very nice here. IF YOUR RESPONCIBLE THEY WILL HELP YOU. IF YOU LIE AND CHEAT THEM BASED ON LEASE INFO THAN, GUESS YOUR NOT A GOOD OWNER OR LEASE HOLDER. MARINE STAMP OF APPROVAL.

BEAUTIFUL LOVLEY PLACE WE LOVE OUR BEAUTIFUL HOME. THEY TRULY DO WONDERFUL BLESSINGS FOR LOTS OF OF US. THE PREVIOUS COMMENTS CAME FROM BAD PEOPLE WHO TRULY DONT KNOW MANAGEMENT. THEY ARE A TRUE BLESSING TO MANY OF US. THEY ALWAYS HAVE GREAT HOUSE. AND DO A WONDERFUL JOB !

Its not a good mobile home park by looking at it but when I lived there everybody was like family and I absolutely loved living there

This is a BEAUTIFUL RELAXING FUN PLACE. THE STAFF IS AMAZING AND DO WONDERFUL AT ALL THEY DO. THEY HELP YOU WITH ANYTHINGAND ITS AWESOME TO OWN A BESUTIFUL GIFT OF A HOMEMOST OF THOSE THAT ARE TALKING GARBAGE ABOUT THESE TRAILER PARKS ARE EITHER ONES THAT HAVE BEEN EVIVTED BASED ON BREAKING RULES OF PEACEFUL LIVING OR CAUSED DRAMA IN THE PASTGOOD RIDDENS ICKYNESSWE HAVE TONS OF KIDS AND THERE ARE LOTS OF GOOD PEOPLE THAT LOOK OUT TO HELP ANOTHER IF NEED BEITS A REAL BLESSING AND I LOVE ITIM GREATFUL FOR ALL THE STAFF THAT MADE IT POSSIBLE TO OWN MY TRAILERITS A GEM. WORST and i do mean WORST trailer park I have EVER lived in!!!! The original trailer they showed me and were trying to get me to rent was at their park on 11 & vandyke. The day before I was supposed to move in I went and looked at it again and saw roaches EVERYWHERE! I told them I wanted my money back and they refused, saying they could give me a bigger trailer at their park on 8 1/2 & dequindre. Looked at that one and liked it and moved in. Less than 1 month later both my son and I broke out with bed bug bites all over our bodies and there were city size rats coming IN my trailer through the bottom of the trailer. I moved out due to this situation and because the owners did not want to do anything about it. Now I am dealing with an eviction on my background because of their FILTH. They WILL be hearing from my lawyer very soon. DONT EVER MOVE HERE RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN AND NEVER LOOK BACK!!!
