This place is nice. The service was fast and friendly on a busy night. The atmosphere was playful and inviting. We had a free game night coupon when we went so I dont know what their prices are. The lanes were clean and there were plenty of balls to choose from on the racks. The music was a little loud for my taste though. Overall, a positive experience.

We made a reservation for Halloween and our service was the best! Everyone greeted us with such an upbeat and amazing attitude and the precautions they took to ensure everyone was safe was great! The staff is just amazing! My boyfriend bowls on a league there, and I feel just as welcomed as he is (maybe even more lol). The environment is also just as great with updated technology and plenty of room to sit, walk, and bowl.

Ive been playing it safe and staying home since the pandemic, that being said Pinboys has been my second outing. I had an absolutely awesome experience! They sanitized, sanitized, sanitized! They really make you feel comfortable. I did bring my own hand sanitizer for when I used my bowling ball. I was definitely impressed with management and their employees!!

Was given a free game of bowling between two people and still ended up having to come out of my pocket for over $15 because after playing my one game of free bowling they tried to tell me that my second game was not free. Extremely displeased with the customer service that I received from this establishment will never be coming back here

A little hard to find if youre not from the area. The staff was great- really friendly and helpful. They were beyond accommodating for our large group of 14. They also have good food but the drink prices could be better. We will be back for sure!!

I went here with a group (9 of us) and I wasnt really sure of all that was available for foods. I did look at the menu and thought of something to get, however when I walked up to order I was cut off when I was trying to explain what I saw on the menu, and she did not even listen. I tried to describe again and she cut me off and said You know we have a menu right on the table? AND rolled her eyes and said do you know what you want?. And I tried AGAIN to tell her about the list of items under Snack and theres were curly fries. And she must not have heard me ONCE AGAIN... Because she said Oh you want just an order of fries? Its a whole pound.By then I was done. So I just said never mind and walked away. As I sat down with my friends, I started to tell them what happened and I did not know they actually heard the whole thing. They couldnt believe it either.And I was sitting there as others ate and I kept thinking DID I DO SOMETHING TO PISS HER OFF? All who heard her said I did nothing wrong and that is why they wondered why she would talk to me that way.I was disgusted and hungry, but I refused to order anything after that experience. And I wont be going there again unless Im just going for a short time with friends and leave. I will not spend my money there. Hopefully if management reads this post they will retrain or catch her in the act and let her know how rude she was. I never wish malice on anyone, but she needs training in people skills.

There was an issue that bowling pins wouldn’t come down. They couldn’t fix the problem ended up refund some of the bill. Overall it’s a good place.

Went here with my neighbor Scott because he is on a bowling league here on Monday nights. The manager was so nice, he allowed me and my caregiver to bowl with Scott although we are not members. Boy! We had a great time. I recommend this place to friends and family who want to get out and have some fun.

Pinboys is a favorite local spot that has awesome hospitality. The facility is clean, the lanes are pristine and the best part is knowing you are going to have a good time. The instructions to setup the game is simple, but if you have a question dont hesitate to ask the staff as they are more than willing to accommodate. They do not have duck pins but that doesnt prevent younger kids from making spares or strikes as they have the bumpers and the bowling ball slide (unsure of the technical term) in order to asisst the mini bowlers. Overall its a great time and the prices are highly reasonable. Another awesome perk is kids 15 and under get two games free a day for the entire summer so be sure to go onto the site and sign them up!

This place has league play and also walk in play. The staff here was awesome and it was so simple to get in pay and play. The bar also has a great selection of both draft and bottled beer and the food is quick and convenient

The place was really busy but that was fine but one of the ladies was missed informed bout her job and told us wrong info at check in long story short told us we couldnt have bumpers cuz we were adults 2 adults and 3 children we always have gotten bumpers no questions ask she then proceed to tell me that the bumpers are really expensive to fix so be careful..really I dont care how expensive they are ...really dont care ...talked to the manager after that and he was very helpful

They have redone the place to make it even greater than before. Before was really nice. The staff is very nice. Had a fun time.

From Allentown Pa. Shoe rental is free or one dollar in Allentown. Lanes are great and so is the food. We will stop in again after the new year. Our Son is on a bowling league there. Thanks for a Good time.

Hands down the best alley I’ve been to (including lanes out of state and overseas). Friendly and accommodating staff, we’ll maintained light oiled lanes, and some of the best wings I’ve ever had. Pro shop is on point and does quality work. Would highly recommend to league bowlers looking for fun or competitive leagues or families looking to beat the heat in the summer.

Oh where do I start!! We had our sons 5th birthday party here, it was hands down an amazing experience. To start off, the booking and planning up to the event was easy and seemless, their down payment is simple and allows you to have more control on what you’re getting the day of. We had a total of 14 children and 6 adults, we had 3 lanes which were party themed and very high tech! I loved the updates on the lanes as well, the food was great! And their many options to add were great as well! Timing was wonderful, and our coordinator did an amazing job! She was always helpful and very calm, as I was all over the place and very hectic! I appreciate that. I was probably so annoying to be honest, I wanted everything to be perfect! And she made sure it was but gave us our privacy so that we could celebrate his big day! All in all we spent under $250 for the children to bowl, shoes,food and drinks and for the adults to have food and drinks as well, we brought our own cake and ice cream and they had all the plates,napkins, forks,spoons, knife, lighter,cups and even balloons! I can’t say enough good things about this experience!!!! Thank you Pinboys!!! We will be back!!!

If this had been over a year ago when I was last here, I probably would have given one star, but things are different now. They have always had good lanes, good environment, and decent food, but most of the staff back then was a bunch of deadbeat drug addicts who were getting high on the job. It looks like a quite a few staff members have been changed up and its actually a pretty decent place to hang out again.

Prices were decent. Friendly staff. After 9pm on friday it was plenty lanes available.

Always a great family environment and a fun time. Truly recommend this business.

Clean, family friendly bowling alley. Computerized and automatic gutter blockers for the kids (in all of us). Enjoyed so much booked my daughters birthday party there. My only suggestion would be to get better concession food.

My first time here was with a group of friends and we all enjoyed the setup and the staff. The systems worked great, well taken care of and a really nice environment.The food was also not bad for being a bowling alley. So much fun!This past weekend was my first visit though Ive lived here for over a decade! This is such a cute bowling alley!It really has a retro look - but is well-kept and felt like a locals joint. Staff were friendly and helpful and they have tons and tons of food on a large menu at the bar area with lots of seating around. I didnt see a lot of open seating as the tables are assigned for the lanes mostly.We chose to play as many games as we could fo $22 a person for 2 hours plus shoe rental. This turned out to be 4 games total for two people for $45. Not bad.We then played pool for an hour for $9. But I think the two pool tables are currently for sale for $350 but you have to come pick them up - looks like theyre trying to have them out by September.We arrived at around 4:30 on a Saturday and were able to play for almost two hours until the leagues started to show up and it got very crowded.

It was surprisingly fun! I havent been bowling since I was in high school, and Ive always said I wasnt much of a bowler, but... I actually had a lot of fun! My coworkers were a riot and the food was actually much better than the last experience I had at a bowling alley. Well done, Pinboys!

Great place to bowl with the fellas. If you get a strike with the colored pin in the middle they give you a free game which is nice. The food is about what you’d expect at a bowling alley but it gets the job done.

Came to play pool, which I know is not common at a place that is primarily for bowling, but it was advertised to have pool tables. They were SO bad the balls wouldnt roll straight...to the point of nearly going in wrong pockets being THAT uneven and worn.Staff was not knowledgeable about drinks, 2 basic drinks cost over $20-not worth the measured pour at ALL. Music was lacking and looked as though there was a lot of underage drinking and overserving going on, not that I understand how they could afford it. Slow service, overpriced and will never return. If you make the trip to this area-drive to Q-Masters Billiards. Fair priced, great food and quality everything.

Great place to go out with my family. Staff are very kind, and let us know if we needed anything they where there to help us out. I was very pleased.

It smells like cigarette smoke in here all the time. They have a smoking room, but it obviously seeps out underneath. It also has notes of a musty, damp or dusty smell. This may not bother some people, but for those with strong allergies or asthma, it is quite discomforting. The lanes here are set up so you feel like youre right on top of the people next to you. Sometimes, it is just so loud in here, you cant enjoy quality time with your kids. They seem to offer better pricing in terms of leagues and passes, other than the military lanes. You have to weigh out the gold and bad here.

Staff was very helpful! we had not bowled in some time but they made us totally comfortable.

I was there for a group celebration, they were very busy. The first encounter of customer service was good, friendly. Placed two intitial orders they came pretty promptly. The pizza was sub-par but the appetizer sampler was pretty good. But Im not judging a bowling alley for there food. We ordered another pizza which they made incorrectly, didnt tell us and only found out after we prompted them to figure out why it took almost an hour to get our pizza. Had they came and explained that I would be more understanding but to leave is clueless and when we ask about it they tell you itll be brought to you when its ready and then again tell us the same thing by the cashier, then find out the truth by the delivery person who brings you the pizza what really happened, thats not okay.

Great bowling deal for the family. $10 one time fee for the winter and two games a week for the family will only cost you shoe rental. Food is good and at a good price. Only draw back pitchers of domestic way over priced at $12.50.

This is a very dated bowling alley. Its small, which isnt a bad thing, however its cramped and old feeling. Ive been in leagues and bowling alleys around the state, and I would choose to go anywhere but here. Gave it a try after many years, and it still looks the same. Not a good ventilation system, surprisingly, since they have an indoor smoking room. Employees seem like they can care less, unless you are a regular. No one comes around to see if you need anything and their lanes broke down quite often. Not to mention it wasnt the cleanest place Ive seen to. Would be extremely disappointed, but honestly didnt expect much to begin with. Dont waste your time here. Go to an AMF bowling alley instead! You wont be disappointed!!

We received a very warm welcome from the staff. They genuinely made us feel like they were happy we were there. The place was clean with a large selection of house balls. The equipment worked well including the computerized scoring.

Pizza was not great but everything else was fine

We went when they were very busy and had to wait for a lane, but only about 7 minutes. Staff are very helpful and courteous. The burgers tasted amazing!

I will never go here again. We put our names on the waiting list for one lane, waited an hour and a half before deciding it was best to leave. I went to the counter where a very rude employee asked me what I name was so I can take my name off, only for her to tell me that someone already took my name off the list. That was unacceptable considering we didn’t have our name called at all the entire time we waited. The bartender never asked us if we wanted more drinks, just took our money and ghosted. Horrible customer service.

Im sorry but this place is not worth the trip at all. As soon as me and my family walked in, I instantly felt nauseous due to the stench of cigarette smoke. Trying to play pool there was a joke. $9 an hour for ragged 8 foot tables with messed up cue sticks was no fun at all. After just 13 minutes there, I could no longer tolerate the smell or the atmosphere and had to get out of there.
