First of i wanna thank our host the manager Jamie she was amazing. She made the whole chuck e cheese birthday experience fun for the kids and a breeze for the parents! The place is clean, the food was served fresh & most of all the price is very affordable. We will definitely visit this chuck e cheese location again and recommend it to family and friends! Kudos to the crew!

Extra polite employees. Super clean. Going through extra measures to keep it as safe from corona as possible including temperature checks at door. We had a great time.

Crowded but surprisingly orderly.Parents and children all did a good job of complying with current health rules.Staff was polite and helpful.

Staff is great, Jamie ( a manager) knows all my kids by name! The food is always good, the salad bar is clean. The birthday party I had there for my 3 year old was so much fun my twin boys want their birthday to be there this year too! The host was very energetic and great with kids!

Very clean environment, great streamlined system for playing games. Food menu has a legit appeared and selection. Surprisingly good quality food that i would rate just above little ceasars. Prices are fair but not cheap or to expensive. Would visit again.

Facility was clean and the staff were very kind, smiling and helpful. The pizza seems better now that they have a garlic crust. I do wish they had the play tubes for the kids to run off more energy. Overall we really like it.

Kitchen staff was super rude. A kid knocked my sisters fresh pizza off the table and when I brought the picked up pieces back up, I was asked 1000 questions and got eye rolls. Then when my order was up, it was missing half and again kitchen staff was super rude. Basically made out to feel like I was lying. And this was after waiting almost an hour for our food. We were never given new plates for the salad bar, after standing there waiting. When it was time to cash in their tickets, we were left waiting while they took care of people behind us 1st. I have 6 kids and we frequent here quite often. But this last visit makes me rethink that. I was trying to have a fun night with my kids and help raise money for my nephews school. In a profession where you work with children, many of the staff were quite unprofessional.

Wasnt much for the kids to play with Covid going around. Staff was very nice!

This is a much more impressive version of the Chuck E. Cheese if my childhood. It’s clean, has tons of games and the band characters don’t look as scary. My kid wanted to hug them but 20 years ago they were the thing of nightmares.I do like the change of using a cash card instead of tokens to play games. I bet they make more money too because just like credit cards you keep on spending.Great deals for birthdays and for military. I’ll be back.

Weve always enjoyed taking the kids to Chuck E. Cheese but this visit was quite disturbing due to the fact they were super busy and only had one employee checking people in and out. She was not checking to see if the adults matched the kids when they were checking out.It is my belief they are not responsible for peoples children but I do believe if they are providing that service it should be provided competently. Im certain there are parents who rely on that sense of security.

First off, Jamie is a Superstar. From the second we walked in she was on the case, she also had a second party to host next to ours and did a stellar Job. If corporate wanted a training on a Chuck E Cheese party host, Jamie should be the example. World class service and she engaged with the kids, both my wife and I, even with our guest parents.I have been to countless Chuck E Cheese birthdays at several locations and this was the second we have thrown for one of our children. I went in with a fairly lowset precedent and I thought I knew what I was in for, man was I wrong.We arrived a bit early and we had to wait as the outgoing parties were wrapping up and the party room was being turned, someone immediately appeared and offered to take our ice cream cake to the freezer.(this was an issue last year at another location) The wait was significantly shorter than I have experienced.We were in settled, Jamie reviewed our order and got to business. The GM Tim then introduced himself and apologized for the wait, and handed me a credit for a future visit. I was taken aback from that alone and the bar was raised.The entire party was just smooth, from the structure of the timeline and the delivery of our food, which again they apologized for the wait, and it was perfect timing, We never had to go find a member of our party the structure just works fantastically. Jamie was simply on point, got our cake from the freezer put the candles on for us.In the game room and general food areas, other staff were not only present, but they were engaging and professional, I have never seen this in any Chuck E Cheese. The game room was a bit more crowded for its floorplan than most locations I have been to, but the employees were there refilling tickets into machines, helping to guide kids, patiently, no running please, always remember to take turns”Jose, another party host caught my attention a few times from the other side of the room, he seemed super fun and engaging, when my 3 year old birthday girl followed the costume Chuck over to his party, he greeted her by name, let her get her hug in and skillfully guided her away as to not disturb his party’s turn. It was fantastic and the fact he knew her name and was hosting 2-3 parties of his own at the time.Tim, Jamie and Jose are superstars and they should be proud. I hope that they and the entire staff are commended and are deserving of a location of the year for all of the 7 locations from Richmond to Virginia Beach. I have been to them all and this was night and day from any experience I have had yet.

They are totally awesome here! I love how everything comes together to keep your children safe and happy. On top of that, they really do make a great pizza.

Absolutely the noisiest place on the planet. Everybody is having a crazy good time. Especially when Chuck-E himself comes for high fives. Child security at the entrance and exit remove 99 percent of worry if the little darlings get out of sight for a second. And mom and dad can have an adult beverage if they like!

Its not the best. Staff is friendly but they switched up their prize system and it just went from bad to worse in the prize department. The machines also arent giving as many tickets as they used to. I dont see us going back to this location.

We had a blast! Games are actually really cheap 1pt vs 4.6 pts. Pizza was great too! Where a kid can be a kid, AND A PARENT CAN HAVE FUN TOO!!!

What kid doesnt love Chuck E. Cheese. We had a small birthday party there Saturday and was thankful they werr even open considering places were starting to close with the virus spreading around. The staff was very friendly and professional. We didnt get somethings that were in our party package which were highlights for why we booked there but the staff did give us a free pizza for the trouble. Balloons and personal appearance of Chucky was the main disappointment of us parents but the kids loved the unlimited game play and the Birthday girl even enjoyed the ticket blaster. Again considering the current situation they did great! Our host Jose I believe was very entertaining and energetic so bravo to you sir. We had the Mega Birthday Party package in case was wondering.

We celebrated a Birthday there for our Niece it was a fun atmosphere the food was great as well as the staff being friendly and helpful...

Its Chuck E. Cheeses, there isnt anything special about the menu or the prices that I think are outrageous. The employees are friendly and make the time an adult must spend there, a little bit easier to take. We threw out own B-day party together and an employee lit the candles on our cake and led a loud rendition of the birthday singing. They even gave us a knife to cut the cake. Most helpful!

Waited 40 minutes for a simple order. Was treated by staff as if my presence and purchase was less than their standards.

The food is okay but the games are great. Good mix of games for all ages. Excellent place to take kids, after several days of bad weather, to burn off energy.

Great place to bring your children or yourself if you want to have some cheap fun. They have pizza, beer, wing etc too to eat.

Brand new location when we went. The atmosphere was great for younger kids...grandkids loved seeing the tickets come come out of the games. The food was good...pizza and fries. Drinks were refillable. And ice cream was available for purchase. There is a salad bar. The grown kids got good prizes for themselves and their kids.

Average experience over all. Employees were overwhelmed, no one to serve dip-n-dots, and no one to serve beer (not a huge deal but why offer it if no one will serve it?) So I stood at the front counter until I decided its not worth waiting 6 minutes for a $6 beer.Kids had a blast, pizza was chuck-e-chessey.Was I disappointed? Not really. I got what I expected.Would I go back? Only if I had to. But yes.Im glad to see C.E.C. is still around.

Kids had a lot of fun. The ticket person rolled up the tickets since we had over 3000 and about 8 kids. The food was hot and fresh. The wings took a lot longer than the other food to come out but everything was really good.

Everyone was great. The gentleman that was helping with my grandson party did a wonderful job. He and his guest, family and friends had a great time!!

We had so much fun with my kids and their friends. I love the new system with the cards because it allows you to play repetitively and not have to purchased more coins. I will definitely be returning with my little ones.

Zero stars if I could! Here for my daughter school fundraiser night we ordered a medium cali alfredo pizza and waited one and a half hours for nothing!!!!!!!! The manager was not attentive at all, just gave us a refund but no pizza!!!!! No food and we waited all that time. Were starving here because this was supposed to be our dinner. If they werent prepared to handle a fundraiser night then they shouldnt participate. Can you believe it?!?!?! Youre playing the games with your child order pizza and get no food that you expected and paid for after nearly 2 hours of waiting because the first time they said they are making it. So now my family is leaving starvin . having spent a great amount on games and waiting for food that was never being made for us.NEVER coming here again. And mind you, we used to come here once every week. This is the worst experience but not the first that we have gone thru at this chuck e cheese. DONE with them.

The place is a little dated, but the games are fun and the staff is very friendly. One game ran out of tickets and it was immediately attended by an employee. I suggest that before you go there, you look for a deal on their website and there plenty of good stuff over there. I was also there for couple of birthday parties and it was fun. Kids enjoy it, the stall plays along. I would recommend.

A few months back I threw a birthday party for my daughter. Thankfully it’s very easy to do. I set everything up a week prior to the party. The staff was very accommodating, they called me a few days before the party to confirm everything I ordered which I’m so happy for the confirmation I had ordered extra things that I really didn’t need on accident. They request that you arrive at least 15 minutes early so that you can be briefed on the party particulars and assign you a party host. Our party host was a ball of energy! I don’t know how he does it... he must not have kids lol. He got all of our utensils and food and beverages on the table, played games with us passed out tickets and wristbands and even sang happy birthday . I enjoyed the experience and for under $70 it’s well worth it for a 5 year . My daughter still talks about her Chuck E Cheese party. 5 stars for sure!

Was there for my grandsons 3rd birthday party. We had lots of fun. Made me feel like a kid again.

I dont frequent these places, but it was the expected childhood pandemonium. That being said, the staff was amazing keeping the birthday party flowing and concessions and ticket cash out went super smooth and fast, and everything seemed to be clean at what Im sure is one of their busier times of the week. From a party guest perspective, I would definitely recommend this location.

Chuck E Cheese on Lynnhaven Parkway this year for my daughter’s 5th birthday was the best ever! Savanna was the absolute best!!! She wasn’t trying to just make a buck, I know because I was a seater, server, and bartender back in the days. She wanted my girl to have the best day ever! She was so attentive and kind, all the kids had the best day ever! If you are looking for someone who is this kind and fun, get Savanna, period! The rest of the staff are gems as well, I lost my keys and they all never stopped looking for them! I got them back the same day! This establishment has changed in the best way possible and we will keep coming back! Thank you so much for making my baby girl’s day soo special!!! You guys rock! Savanna, you ROCK!!!

I watch three little young boys no older than 9 years old gang up on another child and Rob him of their Chuck-E-Cheeses tickets so me and my two-year-old nephew gave the poor little boy are tickets. Im very proud of my two-year-old nephew.

Great pizza, great service and everything was very clean. The games are so much more interactive for smaller childrean and there were better age appropriate games for older kids to teenagers . byfar the best experience ive ever had at chuck e cheese as a mother of 2.

I always remember Chuck E. Cheese being dirty and smelly. Fast forward 15 years and I am now taking my own kids there and they love it. We go during the week and it is usually quiet - $20 for unlimited play for 60 minutes which is an awesome deal if you ask me. I have never had the food but the place is generally clean and a good assortment of games and prizes for all ages.

Very pricey to make kids happy

I usually take the kid once a month or so and he really enjoys it. Very kid friendly atmosphere and their pizza and salad bar is pretty good. I love the new changes as far as getting more points to play games and how things are upgraded. The staff was very friendly but my only complain or thing is maybe something different for the salad bar when it comes to getting plates. If the cashier has customers there is no one to give you a fresh plate until they are available.

Theyre understaffed. There was a long wait time even though no one was in front of us.They did give us free tickets, which was nice. But they need more staff. It was empty in there but they still struggled to serve the couple families that were there.The food was also gross and cold, which is expected from a chuck e cheese.

Andy made my sons birthday celebration come to life!!!!! Despite the fact that I was having a stressful day and my guest arrived late. That wasn’t a opsticle for my party host Andy..... In addition Andy made sure that my son was happy and communicated with me to make sure I was having a successful experience.

I have had both of my kids birthdays here and both times have been amazing. the party hosts were fun and kept the kids entertained. And to top it all off we had the entire place to ourselves. I highly recommend for anyone looking for a good deal for a birthday party.

I just CANNOT believe they took out the play tunnels. I. Am. So. Upset. Unfortunately for our family, we just cant afford to spend $50 on tokens every time, and before they took it out at least once the tokens were gone we didnt have to leave. Is that the game? Get out after all your moneys gone? We will def be looking for alternative activities. We were just there for a birthday and the food selection was much better than previous, however it was not very good. Except for the bread sticks which tasted like crazy bread - yum. Employees were all really great, only reason for two stars... Oh, and PS - the manager had my sister complete a survey regarding the birthday experience and he hovered over her, basically watching and guiding her the whole time. She was very intimidated and did not give a true, unbiased opinion because of him... Of course he was nice, but not very professional!

Be mindful when u put your order in and when they place it on the counter. I watching the nangee try to serve this mother a pepperoni pizza AFTER it has been sitting in the counter for almost 40mins.people have made different exchanges over it, no one had come to claim this pep since it had been placed in the counter. Another person came up to the counter and asked how much longer their pep was going to be ge tried to give it to that parent as well...the 1st mother warned the other that it had been sitting there for a while, the manager looked embarrassed and shocked that she would tell the other person that. He took it off the counter, and pulled it. Behind the counter waited for the 2 to leave then put it back on the counter! And buzzed someone elses pager and they started to take the pizza, but noticed it was cold. They asked them for a fresh pizza, the manager started to have an attitude and it was just an over all gross experience and then the manager called the police and engaged in a yelling and cursing match with the first woman over the pizza AGAIN!

My kids really like this place. More games would be nice. I like that they added a ultimate games during a certain amount of time. Workers keep tables clean and most games operating. I dont go often because its gets played out quickly but I have a good time with the kids when I do go.

Customer service was terrible nobody wanted to work the front counter. Then wen i asked for redound because the machine took more then what it should have on my card the lady lied to me and told me it would be refunded right back onto my card and i was able to still keep my card with the play-time up there. But only to distract me from now really handling the issue with my refund. 2 weeks later no refund had to call corporate smh !!!! Never again will i attend this chuckie cheese again!!
