This location is awesome. We was there to celebrate my birthday there. The games and food was great. The manager even gave me a mini basketball. The only not so good thing was that the restrooms were closed so we had to go into the mall to use the restrooms. Overall it was a great experience.

The food was delicious. Perfectly seasoned absolutely the first time no salt or pepper needed. Craftsmanship excellent. The atmosphere was enjoyable and fun. The games are so much fun some definitely bring my childhood back. Definitely enjoyed!

Some of the worst service Ive ever had. We arrived and got a pool table, and stood there for close to ten minutes waiting for a server to come up to us. When no one did, we decided to go to the bar and attempt to order. At the bar we were told we couldnt order any food from the bar, and we would have to wait for a server. We went back to our table and waited another 20 minutes. In that time not one person came up to us. We could see a group of staff all sitting around on their phones chatting and laughing away. At this point, my friend and I were pretty upset and went to the bar again, where they tried to tell us again we couldnt place an order, until a manager or someone came by. The food was good, but the poor service honestly ruined the entire experience.

Next year on summer vacation, Im looking forward to going to the 2021 The Secret Life of Bees Meet and Greet. Im going with my friends from FACT.

Steak came out under cooked then over cooked, so they took a little off the check. Love coming to this place though. Fun time with the family!

Imagine being a functioning adult with a job and not be able to wear a mask or keep a distance properly. Screw this place.Update: I forgot to mention that most of your employees cant put their mask over their noses. Also, everyone in the bar area that was just hanging out, werent forced to wear masks. Dont give me a number to call.

DnB is not worth the money! The card charging kiosks hardly work, it didnt even want my cash, and the games are overpriced along with only getting 1 try. Any game that is supposed to send balls back to you to throw again takes forever therefore wasting time and making the game not worth the credits it takes off your card. Always disappointed when I leave there with my son, fortunately its not that often.

I understand you are running a million dollar business but at the end of the day its ALL about family.....and if you TRULY want a great Overall experience Lower the food price... Great place as always, but my last visit during the pandemic was disappointing. Commercial ads and posted signs as you walk in suggest wearing a mask as a mandate, but it didn’t seem to be enforced at this store which made me uncomfortable with my kids and not wanting to return. About half the guest in the store weren’t wearing a mask and no one was stopping them. Please fix this D&B.

Food and service were great. Qr code menus. Masks required except when eating. Half the games are closed for distancing. Only downside to our visit was that the bathroom was having extremely bad sewage issues and half the stalls are closed for distancing already so total open toilets was down to 1/4.

Overall...D&B is the best. Great food. Great atmosphere. My only issue is SOME, not all, Some of the managers, wait staff & bartenders have a really bad attitude. If you dont like your job...if you dont like people or what you are doing, please dont damper others mood with your poor attitude.

Many attractions here were out of order. Im not talking about the half that were closed for social distancing. I get them. But another large quantity were out of order. Shame really. We still had fun though.

Disappointed this go around Dave & Busters we still had fun but quite a few of the games were unplugged and it was not due to social distancing. One of our favorites is the Star wars pod game and it was not working along with quite a few others. They have shut down quite a few of the games to space people out due to social distancing policies but you can still have a fun time in light of that. Papa shot is every other one though so if you wanted to go side by side dont expect that. Remember when it opened a few years back I was very pleased with the variety of games they had available. Maybe after covet passes if that ever happens theyll ramp back up but a bit lackluster for your typical Dave and Busters experience.

Came here yesterday and had a BLAST. I feel like theyre taking all the necessary precautions for distancing and sanitizing (gloves and sanitizer provided). Not mandatory but nice to know theres that option. My daughter hit the jackpot for 1,000 tickets! Well worth the trip. And I would like to shout out Vanessa who was a HUGE help in explaining the loading and reloading process of cards and just providing all around great customer service. She was awesome!

Fantastic place to play games and grab food. Prizes arent the best, but the real fun is grabbing some pals and playing the arcade types

Out of everything to drink except water, lemonade, and unsweetened tea. I dont think it would have been too hard to make sweet tea, especially as you were out of just about everything else.. but waitress said no. Had to wait a while for silverware so we could eat as well. Otherwise good time.

Service was trash the games were good the food was ok but they threw my food away after i told the waiter we are comming back she didnt inform me of the policy. I spent over 200 dollars and was very disappointed with my experiance today hope next visit if i go back is better.This the second time during the pandemic i been back and it was horrible.

My visit this time was horrible.... the service was terrible.... so bad, they had to get the manager. The manager then provided us with a waitress by the name of Iliana, and she did her best to take care of us.... as you can see in the pictures, the chicken is dry.... and it went down hill from there.... at the end the manager, and I guess the person over him took care of us.... Im not out to get or try to get free food.... but it is what it is..., when things are good.... their good, but when things are bad..... their bad.... as you can see by my post, I go all over.

This was my first time visiting a D&B locally. All previous experiences were in the DC area. By comparison your location was HUGE! Very clean and nicely laid out. Our waitress was wonderful and checked on us often. Booth and table were clean. She even had the music turned down so we could relax more.The only complaint/critique we had was the wait for the food. I realize it was Christmas Eve, but it shouldnt have taken so long for the food...nearly 40 minutes.Wasnt looking for any kind of benefit. Just wanted to be honest and help management improve their product. If you want to offer something, please contact me privately.

I loved the food and the games were sooo fun. My only complaint is that the games are all different weird points. Some were 6.8, 2.9, or 14.3 points to play. All different amounts.

Had a excellent server Theodour. I ordered buffalo wings that were amazing, my girlfriend ordered mini burgers and ribs cause we always split the ribs. The burgers were delicious but the only issue with the whole outing was the charcoal they tried to pass off as ribs. When we told our server he said he would let the kitchen know and he did they sent out the second plate you see here. I dont know what they had going on in that kitchen with the ribs but they were horrible. But outside of that everything was great! But stay away from the ribs

We got our food thirty minutes late then was forced to order something that I didn’t want due to the change of the menu. I ordered chicken wings fried hard and they were barely cooked. I work in the restaurant business and know that there are buttons on the menu where you can change out things. The waitress was inexperienced and didn’t know the menu at all

The games are great, the food is good, but it takes way too long for a server to even acknowledge you.

My husband and I came here on vacation and had a blast! We enjoyed happy hour and walking around playing the games. There was a nice selection of games. Bartender was very nice and attentive even though she was slammed and taking care of multiple people!

Fun place that takes the Chuck E Cheese idea and makes it significantly more enjoyable, especially since they also cater to adults. The food here is not particularly great and could definitely be improved on. One of my friends really likes the dog treat vending machine that is a little ways into the mall from Dave and Busters.

Best place ever if need a big arcade go to Dave & Buster’s

Amazing place for both kids and grown ups to enjoy a wide variety of games including video games and some manual play games. Worth spending time for a rejuvenating experience. The gift shop is good as well, you can pick up real good things if you score well

The food was cold when we got it. Had to send 2 peoples order back. Still couldnt eat it when they got it. I dont know what they consider a large party. We had 4 people and they charged us 18 percent for a large party. My bill was $162 an change. I will neaver go back or suggest them. Had to ask for steak sauce, ketchup and silverware.

The atmosphere and games are good. We had so much fun. Issues came in when trying to order food. The waitress took a while to come over and was rude when she arrived. Barely checked on us. Never refilled our drinks. The servers spend alot of time socializing. Food was just ok. Definitely not worth the money.

This franchise started off as an adult only environment to play games and drink alcohol. Yet somehow there are literal children and toddlers running around unsupervised, way past their bed time, wandering in a sea of unfriendly drunk adults. Maybe Im missing something here, but the last thing any parent should want is to expose their children to drinking and adult language at such a young age, not to mention that they could get lost or hurt because their parents are off at the bar or ignoring them for a game. If bars can set a 21+ rule after a certain time, that should apply here too. Dont waste your time coming here unless you want to spend the night tripping over kids. Games are cool, drinks are good, and the bartenders are nice, but entitled alcoholic parents ruined this place.

I went to Dave and busters in Jacksonville Florida in 2017 or 2016 from what I remember, I really wanna come here.

Very impressed with the service at D and B on Sunday. The manager and the waitress who worked our party were very prompt and professional. We thought the food was pretty good too, and it was totally worth the value of the birthday party for my friends daughter. I am going to book my sons birthday party there next year. It’s nice to get nice service with the experience for the celebration of a seven year old.

I absolutely HATE Dave & Busters!!!! Im sorry to have to say this, but every experience for me here has been negative!!! I always leave unhappy and irritated, wishing I chose to spend my money elsewhere. I should be clearer about my expression. For me, its really the service, the people they have working there. My waitress last night was Alexis. At first I cut her so much slack because they were busy, but I kept my eye on her the whole time and I realized it was her!!!! I respect honesty but she lies, makes excuses, and blames everyone around her for her mess up! She told us our food would take 45 minutes to come out and thats anything including appetizers, so we didnt order appetizers just placed our food order. I asked her will it take 45 minutes to get a drink? Or can we order that and receive it right away? She assured me that our drinks would be at the table right away. We received our food order from someone else that said it was sitting after 20 minutes but never ever received our drinks she came to the table twice saying theyre making it now after an hour I told her to remove the drinks from my bill and bring me my check. She even got a bit sarcastic with me but I let that slide. I told myself just wait until you write the review! Im not even going to waste more time writing her excuses or her sarcastic comment. I will be fair though and say its the staff and the service thats the reason I hate Dave & Busters. Every visit its the Staff! They should have better organization running a business this size.

Took the kids here for News Years Eve. It was a great event just a little pricey for what you got. The food was good and every one had a great time.

Well this was one heck of an experience. So its Saturday so I expected it to be busy. But it was packed. There are lots of games but still way too packed for younger kids to really enjoy. Couldnt walk one step without bumping into people. One of the games malfunctioned a few times.The wait for food was horrible. It was supposed to be 35 to 45 min it took an hour just to be seated. Took a long time to get our food. Appetizer came out long after the entree. My chicken was dry, the appetizer was soggy. Now my wait staff was excellent, though the other staff I saw was terrible. Whatever the issue was had nothing to do with my waiter or hostess. Most other workers seemed disinterested in the job or untrained. It was a train wreck.By the time we finished eating several security guards were posted by the door. Not sure if this is standard or what. Further into the game area I witnessed an female employee having a very animated discussion with someone. I was started to get concerned for her safety. The guys face was inches from hers and he seemed to be the agressor. My kid is an optimist so he still had an okay time. Id never do it again though. Especially on a Saturday.

Food was alright what hurt them was putting a pound of salt on everyones fries. My burger was cooked perfectly though appreciate that. The unlimited games kept my kids occupied on a rainy day.

A great place for kids and parents to go. Very crowded and very expensive though. I wish it wasnt so expensive for them to go play or be so many tickets to get prizes. Other than that its a fun place to be.

Went with my son and my mother we had a lot of fun playing the games and the food was really good to we had Burgers and Fries everything came out hot and fresh will definitely be coming back

Wow ok this is the second time weve given D&B a try and again Im not impressed as the first time in Kentucky wasnt that great either. I think if we want to play the games thats all well do. We called to make reservations and were told you dont take reservations, so all over YOUR website it says to call. But being that some of us are in the restaurant business we called in advance to let them know we were coming in with 22 people!!! The kids I guess are having fun playing games however it took our waitress 45 min just to get our food order then one was forgotten and we were done eating before my husbands food arrived and no apologies were given. By that point he didnt want to eat. 3 of the other meals were not correct and we havent even seen a manager. We have been here now over 2 hours and 4 out of our party havent eaten!!! I will not be returning to eat food with this place again!! We are spending hundreds to be this disappointed its not RIGHT! And unfortunately the two who wanted to celebrate their birthdays now feel bad for choosing to come here. Well be glad to take our money elsewhere from now on!

What a wonderful experience. Video games everywhere. A little noisy for my taste. It was my 6 y.o. grandsons birthday. He couldnt get enough. The whole family can enjoy. You can eat too.

The kids loved their trip to D&B after a big win. They enjoyed playing games and eating food. The customer service was great. The only negative we encounter were how expensive the games are prizes are.

Games are fun. Worth the money. Only drawback is the food. Need to work on the correct ordered food and bring it fresh. 3 out of 4 times we ate there we received old food or the wrong order. If they can work a bit at that, they would be a 5 star.

Well... I have plenty of time to write this review because they sat us and the waiter took forever to come over. First thing he told us was that the section we are in should be closed because its to slow.Gary our waiter barely spoke to us and had attitude the entire time. Not sure if he was having a off day or what. But we came here for our sons 9th birthday and ended up playing games until he was off shift then going back to eat.Real bummer. Feel free to check my other reviews if you think I normally leave bad reviews.

The go to place to play video games and watch sporting events (MMA, boxing, etc.) because of all their screens. Food is good, but not the best. They changed up their nachos and now its just a cheap sloppy mess. I had a turkey bacon sandwich once and had it sent back because the inconsiderate lazy chef decided to put bacon crumbs in my sandwich. The waitress agreed that it was garbage. Overall, its a good place to hang out, but Id rather eat somewhere else.

Super great experience here. Great games, great food and an awesome atmosphere. The only reason I rated it 4 stars is because a few of the best games there were out of order, so I didnt get to play them :( Other then that it was very fun and would recommend it!!

I went for their $19.99 all you can eat wings and all you can play games special. My server Chris was super attentive and made sure we were well taken care of during our entire visit, even after we were done dining! A lot of times for all you can eat wing specials there are long waits between rounds but our server made sure we were able to keep on enjoying ourselves without skipping a beat. After that we got all you can play “cards”. The cards only work for about 50-75% of the machines, none of the games where you can win tickets to exchange for prizes, but I figured that was super reasonable. Normally this place is a little on the expensive side but if you go on one of their deal days or promotional events (which they seem to have a few of every week) it’s extremely good value for money.

It was a good event! Watching the game and enjoying unlimited wings and games!

Usually I love this place, unfortunately the lady at the bar was rude to my husband. We’re at a table now and have been waiting and waiting and no server yet.Update: Tried filling out the form using the link in the reply and the site was not found. Our server did eventually show up and I ordered alcoholic drinks. The first drink took nearly 30 minutes to come out and our server said she was having a hard time with the bartender also. Unbelievable! The woman at the bar I am complaining about was a white woman, on the chubby side with brown hair that was in a bun on Friday. The time was around 11 or 12. Hope that helps.

This D&B is located in a mall, and the difference between it and the stand alone versions are very apparent. We can for dinner and some games on a Friday night. The place was dead at 7:00pm. We approached the counter to be seated for dinner and the hostess rolled her eyes at us as we made our table request. Then the salmon salad that we ordered came out with the salmon raw. Sent it back and requested a new salad without the fish only to receive what we believe to be the same salad with just the fish removed. Food poisoning ensued after. Our server was great and handled the situation well, but no manager visited our table to apologize and only $3 taken off our bill. Come for the games, eat somewhere else.

I just love this place! Maybe even more than the kids. A bit pricey compared to Chuck e Cheeses. But its fun for the WHOLE family, not just the children. . . And the food and drinks are better of course lol

This location is fine but not fantastic. Its super loud and the machines are expensive. That is pretty much par for the course though. The servers are nice and I didnt have any issues with the staff.
