It was entertaining for a couple hours. I spotted a Groupon deal and got $50 cards for less than half price. I figured, why not? I knocked off a star because several games we wanted to try were out of order. The staff were nice. We hit several jackpots. That had my daughter all excited. Wed go again. Hopefully some of those games are fixed next time.

Great little nook with just the right selection of games. Will definitely be back as an alternative to the big expensive places. This place is halfway between the big commercial chain amusement centers and the old fashioned 80s arcades. Its small and personal but the games are modern. Its just right.

Its not the biggest arcade but it definitely got the job done for me and my fiancee I would recommend this place to any one and the stuff is awesome

Visited here on an impromptu run away trip. I give it 5 stars solely because of the staff. They were incredible. I was gonna do 4, only because a few games we wanted to play were out of order or missing some items needed to play. It is kinda small as well. However, we still improvised easily and had a blast. The staff helped with an issue i had with a game. Oh and groupon has an incredible deal! Whats not to love? Thanks guys for the night, great mood lifter.

Honestly this was a crumby and overpriced arcade but the staff was so nice and exceptional that I cant bare to give less than four stars.

I had lots of fun with my 18 year old son. It was a small arcade located near the beach. We got a Groupon which made it half price. Most of the games were geared towards the younger kids, but we still made it fun! The prizes were the regular little kid ones that most arcades have. Would go again with the Groupon!

We enjoyed ourselves. Definitely not over priced you can get a card for 20 bucks and get 100 credit. The guys who worked there hooked us up. We had like 400 close to 500 tickets, so they rounded it up to an even 500. They were very nice and caring to us as customers. Will always stop here when on oceanfront with the kids

Small and rundown for a beach arcade. The good news is the staff at the counter were great with my son while he was using up his tickets to select a whoopee cushion and Pokemon stuff thing. Overall we had fun and would return but kind of underwhelming when compared to arcades at the Maryland or New Jersey beaches.

I would absolutely return to this arcade when revisiting VA Beach due to the fact that the staff was beyond friendly and there was one gentleman (whos name I cant remember) but he was the supervisor I believe and he took very good care of us. He was beyond nice to our kids and ensured they had a great time while playing there. There was also a nice Groupon deal I purchased for $23 that gave you $50 in arcade credit. The arcade is small but good.

We visited Beach Arcade while on a camping trip at the VA Beach KOA with our two kids (7 and 5). We had a wonderful experience. The gentleman who helped us cash in our tickets (I am assuming he and the others behind the counter were owners) was generous and playful with our kids, demonstrating some of the toys they had to choose from and rounding up when they were a little bit short. It was a very clean facility. I would recommend to anyone with kids for sure.

Easy checkout. Maybe a bit small, bit its clean and games are working. Keeping in mine I went to play one specific game...bit noone in my group had issues.

Was funny kids enjoyed themselves. Only problem was there wasnt a restroom. There is construction on site so I believe that is the reason why. Other than that its like a mini Dave and Busters

This arcade is so fun, I took my family here while we were strolling the boardwalk. My little brothers loved it! The manager, Derek, was super cool and friendly.Kids loved it, great family place, 10/10 will come again.

The place is great the staff was super helpful and even was upfront and saving me about 25 bucks what you dont get very often down at the oceanfront along with the fact that its not as expensive and much cleaner than some of the other arcades down at the beach like flipper McCoys. Its a place that I have before and will continue to feel comfortable taking my five-year-old to have a good time. Thank you to their staff for providing a fun safe and clean environment that people can take their kids down to this time of year.

What a great arcade! Staff was very friendly, almost all the games were functioning (some under maintenance since it was off season), definitely will make this a seasonal adventure! Happy playing!

Fun and the staff was very accommodating. There were issues with the point cards to play games but we were basically given unlimited play until the system was fixed.

You get parking tickets. Those who park in between the signs that say something about parking... You cant see them and who would even look at the end of the roads if you dont park right there????

A few of the games werent working. The arcade seemed really packed due to the layout. Many of the games were over priced compared to the other arcades in the area. Many of the prizes were toys you could by at a nearby sunsations. They did have a good variety of games and the prize counter employee was very nice.This place is a card based arcade, so you do need to purchase a card to play the games. The card is only a dollar, like many other places.

Took my 5 kids today and the 2 gentlemen that were there were very friendly! The arcade is very clean and we encountered 1 machine that didnt work properly and the guy working the counter immediately came and took care of it. Very satisfied and will return!

They have many good games and all levels of prizes for the kids to spend their hard-earned tickets on, even if they only played a little. All 3 of our kids loved it!

It’s a really fun place

By far the best place we could find on the strip. The prices were far for the games and you dont feel like you are being taken advantage of. Like most places the prizes were small and cheap. But all the games worked and if you have a problem the employees were quick to help and make it right. We spent both nights there and hours at a time. Highly reccomend you will not be disappointed!!

Supper bummed I got a VB hot deal offer and had my kids who are older go and it was very limited on games not at all what we expected. It was like they are not done with it yet the only reason I give it 3 stars was for the prizes they offer down side you lucky if you can play enough to get anything.

Pretty low end as everything is just ticket chance machines. I would have liked to see games like street fighter, tekken etc for the teens and adults.

4.5 real rating. My 9yr old son had so much fun! We bought a Groupon for $25 worth $50 of credits. So we had 200 credits. Many games are 2-6 credits per play and some are 8 credits like the walking dead crossbow shooting game. There is also a picture booth for 20 credits. Lots of these games are newer but not all were working.To play games buy a card with credits then swipe it in slot to play. There will be a display showing how many credits you have left. All games earn tickets that are saved in the card. When you redeem points, give the card to the attendant who will give you prizes and subtract points until you have no more points. Lowest prize is 5 tickets and it only goes up from there.

Overly crowded and no restrooms despite the signs indicating so.

Took my 5 year old son here while we were on vacation. He had a great time playing the Jurassic Park game.

If you come to Virginia Beach with your kids, this is a highly preferred place to come and entertain your kids with arcade and games

Ive stopped in here a few times and its a nice place if you have young kids that wish to enjoy themselves but to name it an arcade stretches things as I did not find a single thing that I would have played. I am a seasoned gamer who spent most of his childhood and teenage years inside arcades and I see them as a dying breed, so to label this place an arcade is a stretch.Its mainly a Ticket Game center that uses ticket games to entice players to win prizes. Doesnt sound too bad until you see the actual costs of the prizes over at the prize center.If I were the owner the center would offer more variety of game cabinets and pinball machines rather than rely solely on ticket gimmicks to make money perhaps then people of all ages would not mind stopping by and playing a game or two.

Most of the games are broken and they don’t do anything when you tell them the one you just played is broken. They just say sorry like that will give your money back. The games that did work were fun, some were very expensive though. I would like this arcade if all the games worked because they had many options just none that worked. Don’t play the claw right outside the arcade doors, it does not even try to grab. Also only 3 of the 4 skeeball machines didn’t work, my favorite one to play with a friend :(. No friendly one on one skeeball. The prizes were good though, lots of good options to choose from if you get up there in tickets
