We went there for the first time with my kids ages ranging from 2.5-12. Even though I feel that the price is way too much for the amount of time you get, my kids had a great time. My 2.5 was able to do everything my 12 year old could do and it really wore all of them out. I would definitely recommend this place, I will be bringing our grippy socks to save money next time. I also want to send a special shout out to Renae, she was very personable and interacted with both adults and kids she seemed to really enjoy her job.

Took both my kids here for the kid time they have from 10 am to 12 PM. Its such a great price $8 per child and the parents jump free. Kid time is only for kids 5 and under which is great because my 2 year old wont get trampled by the big kids. You also have to buy sky zone socks but you can keep reusing them once youve purchased your initial ones. It came out to $21 for my and my two boys the first time we went (with the purchase of socks) but after that itll be cheaper. I really recommend it for children with autism as they are very accommodating in opening up other spaces for them to play if the large area is to loud or they are shy.

GLOW is so much fun! The kiddos had a great time and we cant wait to do it again. Employees are ALWAYS helpful and kind, snacks are so tasty, and the parent area is so comfy. The parents can go upstairs and watch the whole place and just in case, there are massage chairs for a relly nice price!

I had my sons 8th birthday party here. It was structured and fun. We had the extreme air party room and I had two team members help host and they even took my decorations and set up the room. The whole experience was professional and fun. Hands down best party hes had at an establishment. As a parent birthday parties are stressful and they made is so much easier! Thanks team!

I have a one year old and I brought him here to have fun. Needless to say, he had a lot of fun. They do have a toddler area and a military discount (go figure). So if youre looking for some quick fun, this is the place to go. Its not the best trampoline park Ive been to, but it is a good one.

Went to this location for the first time with two teenagers and it was fantastic. Did the 8:30 to 10:30 jump and the place had plenty of jump space. There was a worker there by the name Renae who was absolutely amazing. Saw her engaging in a game of hide and seek with a young special needs child. Highly recommend this establishment.

We went for a Birthday party. Check in was quick (we did waiver prior). The party ran smoothly they get everyone to wish the Birthday person happy birthday over the intercom. Room attendant was friendly, helpful and patient.

My daughter and i come here whenever we can to jump for toddler time. We always have a great time ! Staff is the utmost helpful, friendly and informative!Although, once, i was going to do my usual and head up there to meet my sister and my daughter and i would have been sad that there was no toddler time! Someone had rented it for a private party. BUT it was posted to their website before they had even opened that day! So they definitely made all efforts to inform. I have no complaints thus far !

Yesterday was our first time trying Skyzone! We went for the toddler Time and it was so much fun! Satisha was so nice and played with my son, stacking up the blocks from the foam pit and letting him smash them down! He really enjoyed that! We will definitely be coming back for the toddler Time again!

This place is a rip off. They wanted us to pay 65.00 for an hour for two people for some glow night. There was also too many people in there to have fun 65.00 for my son and I? What the heck?? Why is this so expensive?? A RIP OFF

Had a great time here for our sons 5th birthday, the staff was amazing and very helpful with setting everything up for his big day as well as putting any items in the fridge that we needed. Have been to this location more than a handful of times and everyday the people on the courts all the way to the manager are nothing less than polite, helpful and always smiling.

My daughter and I always have a blast here. The foam pit is a lot of fun for both adults and kids! My daughter loves building castles out of the foam pit blocks and when its not busy the staff is accommodating. Morgan is always so nice to us whenever we visit, we always feel welcomed.

Great place for kids to blow so steam and energy off. They have a toddler area specially for 5 and under so your extra little ones can bounce at their own place. When I went it wasnt too busy. They have bottled and fountain drinks slurpees and food. You have to wear the socks they provide cheap only $2 and reusable of course. Theres always at least 1-2 employees overseeing each jump zone for the safety of your children. Very friendly staff with a good attitude. And they actually care about your childrens safety. Definitely would return again. They had dogeball too which my children didnt partake in but probably will next time.

The best jump park in the Virginia Beach area. They have great packages for year long passes and deals if you are just looking to go once. The new challenge course and redesign of the facility have made it even better.

My four year old loves coming to toddler time when Satisha is working. She always plays with him and remembers his name. She always makes our jumping experience enjoyable!

I took my three-year-old here on a chilly Thursday during the toddler time hours of 10am-12pm. Only $8 for my daughter to jump for an hour, free for me, and I paid $2 to buy us two pairs of socks. SO WORTH IT! We were the only customers for the first half hour or so, but the two staff members on duty were incredibly friendly and helpful, and we had a great time. I recommend prepaying online and digitally signing the waiver before you arrive. Super fun!

I had my son party her it was great, took my boys back tonight and let them jump by themselves . Renae was very helpful with my autistic son and also shared info about certain days of the week sky zone has days just for autistic children . This is definitely a place to take your children

Sky Zone gets a 1 star because of the way the employees there are treated I went in recently and spoke to a couple employees and the feedback was quite interesting I can believe that they treat the people that are the face of their business this, forcing scheduling changes to conform to the business instead of making a schedule that works to keep their employees happy working these guys to death. I don’t know who the Franchise holders are but someone needs to be checked in terms of Equal Opportunity their morals aren’t aren’t as the company states and these teens are being treated unjustly. I hope this changes ASAP

We love toddler Time at SkyZone. I paid for a 90 day pass and its well worth it to burn some energy! Satisha is our favorite! She always helps and runs around the obstacles with the boys!

A chain trampoline park thats not bad. The facility is clean, the staff was friendly, and the children seem to have a good time. The biggest issue I have with sky zone in ggeneral is the lack of sitting/waiting room for parents. Also, Im not a big fan of the relatively small individual jump space. All things considered if I had to choose between sky zone and Defy, Id probably go with defy.

I threw my wife a birthday party here because she was feeling “old”. It was a blast the staff was great, Maliq was a great party host. Although they definitely cater to kids parties they provided an awesome time for everyone. Everyone had a blast at the park from the toddlers to the grandparents. The park was immaculate and everything worked like new (great bounce in every trampoline)! I would highly recommend!

Took the kids quite a few times. The staff is generally very nice, the dodgeball is everyones favorite. Prices for drinks and slushies that are never slushie are a bit expensive but overall always a fun time.

My boys and I had fun $14 an hour per person which is more than enough time to so everything..3 hoops, a mini parkour, dodgeball, ninja course, launch into the foam pit

Went to a three year old birthday party there, my son had a great time. There were other children that were not as adventurous as mine and the staff took the time to help the get over their fears so all the kids could enjoy the time.Overall very friendly staff and felt safe with them helping look out for other larger children and adults to keep it safe as possible.

I have to brag a bit about this place. Toddler time is thee best. My kids loved it!! With it being spring break, well be going back. I had the honor of coming in contact with Navaeh. She made sure not just my kids but all kids were not only safe but enjoying themselves. They have great staff. If you havent been stop on by, you wont be disappointed.

I can’t rave enough about this place. My daughter and I come here often. Every time we arrive we are always greeted with a smile and helpful team member! Their toddler time program is awesome for kids 5 and under, I always have peace of mind knowing my daughter will be safe jumping during this time. Another program we haven’t been to but I’ve heard great things about is their sensory night for those with special needs. I love that they look out for those in the community that might not have another outlet for fun like this. We will definitely be back soon!! I’m even thinking of planning on having my daughters next birthday party there.

Very nice facilities. My lower score is for the lack of organization on the field. The leaders arent doing much, if anything. No interaction with the kids whatsoever. I think they assume all visitors know the rules of the place. Big kids which are quick and heavy jumping with little kids!! Not a good recipe. Separate those two groups before a little one get seriously injured. Way too many people on the mats simultaneously. The place is overcrowded. I think you can do a better job on this.

Purchased a birthday party package in June. I was told I had caught a free year special for the birthday girl. Went for the second time in the same year and they tried taking the pass I was specifically told to hold on to. I was told to show this pass until June 2019. I offered to get a refund for my pass and go home to show proof. (Weird I keep things like this)I was told she shows in the system but not me. ..duh...i fully understand I have to pay to jump. Later I was told the GM says its good until the end of this month... go figure. I honestly have had a poor experience each time Ive been here, including the birthday party. I didnt think anything of it because its ran by kids. But to offer me something, and when I finally use it...oh no weve gotta take this away...has me disappointed. Our jump time was 5:30 until 6:30 great.... at 6:24 some little guy comes and tells my daughter her time was up. What???! When I look at him, he asks if we were with the white couple we befriended.... No. (She had been jumping since 5:45 but her time said 6-7.) Why hound one kid? Not a race issue, but an ignorance issue. I know many that read this will think maybe she had a bad kid .. nope. Most polite and understanding kid youll ever meet. Im sorry but I wont be recommending this place to anyone. Jump is a little more organize as well as polite.

The kids love it. They’ve recently made a few positive changes to the layout. The staff is all teenagers, who constantly seem distracted and aloof. They’re never rude, but they should probably learn to be more customer oriented. Idk, old people will get what I’m saying.

Fun for kids of all ages. A special type of socks are given with rubber grips on the bottom for better balance. Love that they made a large toddler area for the smaller kids to jump without the bigger kids. They have a big kid section, obstacle course type of room, dodgeball court, and a foam pit.

I had my sons 7th birthday party at Sky Zone today, and it was a fantastic experience! The staff was friendly, helpful, and extremely professional. Weve had parties at other places, but this was by far the best! Nayo was our host, and she cheerfully tended to our every need. She kept the party organized and made sure there was a smooth transition between activities. I was impressed with all of the staff from start to finish. This is also a super clean place for kids to play (play areas, bathrooms, and party rooms). I will definitely have birthday parties at this facility again in the future.

So fun! Me and my cousins went and had tons of fun! Good food, a little over priced. The claw machines are really cheap, but i wouldnt try the ball machine, tried 3 times, at a certain point it drops the ball and you do get anything .

Toddler time is a great opportunity for littles to play without being overwhelmed by bigger kids.

Highly recommend the Toddler time! My kid is 2 and love jumping - he wouldn’t be as comfortable if there were older kids/adults jumping at the same time and I would be worried he gets hurt. The toddler time is perfect, because it’s for little kids and their responsible parents. We go very often and are never disappointed

This is the best skyzone Ive ever been to. Theyre not too strict and I was allowed to jump with my daughter during toddler time. They have a lot more activities than the other skyzones. Im very impressed and will be back!

This place is Awesome! Highly recommend!!Staff in particular is Above and Beyond every time we come (and we’ve come here dozens of times now) they’re high energy and excited and enthusiastic with the kids and always polite and respectful to the grown ups.

Fun place to take the kids, but in my opinion, if youre taking the kids be prepared to have to pay an arm and a leg to jump. (If youre jumping too) over all it was fun, just dont go on Saturdays mid day. Crowded as can be, kids running all over the place.

Way way too expensive just to jump around in the dark on trampolines and glow in the dark clothes on. Not a fan at all, strongly suggest adjusting the price to a more realistic rate for normal working class families wallets to absorb.

We usually come for $8 toddler time on Saturday’s. For a while they had the same great team of staff. It seems that a whole crew of new people have been hired and they are definitely not as nice or friendly as the older crew. But that being said we’re happy with toddler time and the facility.

My autistic daughter and I went here often. Its one of her favorite things in the whole world.Today, they turned us away. The manager literally just stood there while I carried out my screaming and flailing disabled child without a word because she didn’t get to jump. No one so much as got the door for me. The staff just didn’t care.Ok, sure. She is now technically 2 months too old for toddler time...even if she is developmentally half her real age.I told them that she is severely autistic and cant really jump with the older kids. They told me to maybe try when it wasnt busy, like I can just know when that is before I get there.I told them that even if its a slow day she cant handle the full volume music anyway. They told me to try the sensory sensitive time. Even though of course, they still allow big kids then. Plus its only one day a month and really too late for her to be out at her (developmental) age.I told them that I would be happy to pay full price. That didnt matter. Its policy they said.It didnt matter that she has already been there and jumped twice in Toddler time since her birthday with no issues.It didnt matter that I have literally seen TEENAGERS with much more visible disabilities there before during Toddler Time.It didnt matter that there are several extra empty areas she could go to if the kids were afraid of someone taller than them or something.It didnt matter that I told them that she would be melting down for maybe hours if I had to leave without letting her jump. They said I could come back in an hour when toddler time was over..like that would help somehow. Did they expect me to just sit in the parking lot with her screaming for the hour or something?Fail. Utter, epic fail that was avoidable a half a dozen different ways.

I go for the fitness classes. Our class was held on the open jump side instead of the back corner as it usually is and kids came jumping through. Im a bit bummed the price went up for the summer and they now have less evening classes to choose from. Since the kids are home from school Id have to take them with me for a morning class and it wouldnt be feasible to have them go off and jump and I not be able to keep an eye on them and my youngest would be too young to join the class.

We are on our third year of toddler time with our now five year old. I love that he can have fun without worrying that hell be trampled by bigger kids. We got a membership this year and its working out great. Staff is mostly teenagers and weve always had a good experience.

Attended here for their Spectrum night they have once a month. I was very impressed how clean it was and the staff was very friendly. I thought the socks were free but they are $2. Also I had to pay for my 1 year old which I thought would be free. So I paid a little more than I expected but my kids still had a good time. Overall I would recommend any special needs parents to at least come here once to check it out. It also had no music playing so that was nice as well for kids who are sensitive to the noise.

This place USED to be a lot more fun, however since they reorganized the setup and added the jungle gym thing it just feels like the place lacks a sense of unity in what audience theyre trying to attract.My biggest gripe (as someone who actually went often before the change) is that the flow of everything you can do is all but completely dead. The obstacle/parkour blocks are in their own separate corner instead of in the free zone, so youre limited in what you can actually do, you cant keep jumping on it any more than one time since it isnt surrounded by border trampolines, and the trampolines in the corner are not equally balanced in tension, so while one trampoline is nice and 50/50, the other is strict and makes it hard to get any air out of it. And as a result of this part being on its own, the free jump area is extremely boring, theres essentially nothing to do there anymore beyond jumping in one block or going in a line back and forth.Dodgeball in this establishment is pretty mediocre, the staff dont really seem to know what to do when two people start getting a little too upset and in terms of rules... Seldom have I seen them properly enforced or balanced when in a game. Not a big fan regardless (admittedly), but I honestly think it could be handled better.The most odd part of the establishment is the jungle gym/obstacle course(s). It honestly doesnt even feel like it belongs there, if I can be completely honest. Theres virtually nothing it has that fits the skyzone theme, as there isnt anything that bounces or even feels like it goes with the other attractions. Very odd addition and I feel as though the place would be better off just gutting that section entirely (or putting it somewhere else at the least).The second best part is the trampoline pit, basically you can try flips and tricks without worrying about injury as much. Its simple, and its fun to use as a way to practice tricks for use in free jump or parkour.And the most entertaining part is the basketball hoops, its fun, it can be used by pretty much anyone (when there isnt a group hogging it), and it actually makes sense where it is.Overall, I feel as though this place just lacks unity in what audience its trying to appeal to. Little kids are always a part of it but they were fine in the old setup, and if anything they have more safety issues now that the jungle gym is next to the parkour area. It killed any enthusiasm for flowing parkour by separating the parkour from the free jump, essentially neutering any fun you could have in either section, and it added a jungle gym, which doesnt belong there and makes no sense being there.Would give 4/5 if they went to the old setup and 5/5 if they found something better to do with the Dodgeball court.

My son had a blast today at Sky Zone celebrating a friend birthday party. He said, Dad were going back to this place. It was nislce to here that. Staff was awesome with all the kids. All around great place to bring the kiddos.

Phenomenal experience from start to finish. Very professional front desk staff who made sure I was taken care of throughout my 90 minutes(forgot to get your name bro, but you were training new staff). Management was actually training and leading from the front line which is very rare to see; over all great work ethic and an outstanding team leader. Last but not least, thanks to beat box in the trampoline area. He wasnt scared to interact with me and my son(and others!), had a personality and was easily approachable if needed. I honestly would have zero issues leaving my son under his supervision.Ill definitely be returning. We went there for morale and got exactly what we wanted. Most certainly was a pleasure and I didnt feel like I was a burden to any of the staff. Thanks for everything!

My kids (12 and 16) and I do Sky Fit classes here and its an amazing workout experience. Zack keeps the classes challenging but fun. So much better than a boring trip to the gym!

I am really upset and think that their customer service is lacking. My Girl Scout troop had an end of the year party scheduled and 24 hours before the party and on a Holiday they called and said that their construction was not going to be finished so they were cancelling the party. Most places were closed because of the holiday so it was hard to find another place to have the party. Anyway - Sky Zone should never have scheduled a party if they knew there was a chance that they would have to cancel or at least they should have told us at the time we booked the party.

Why is “the best non-lead” (boker)able to call someone who goes everyday a big baby when he hurts himself? But Armani is an amazing lead, he does his job well. Jaden is always helpful with thinking of new dunks to try. Michael is also really helpful when it comes to doing flips hes gives me confidence when I usually do have it in myself
