We had so much fun today!Laura our instructor was amazing! So nice but also amazingly talented! She gave us a little show, it was so graceful and beautiful. I could have watched her for hours.We will definitely go back!!!

We went to celebrate my husbands birthday. It was a group of 7 of us and we truly enjoyed ourselves. It was our first experience and I would definitely go again. Jake was an awesome instructor and made our experience a memorable one.

Ryan was a legend. Made it easy and relaxed, instructions were clear, he was patient and precise. Made my 7 year old enjoy every moment and kept it safe. I couldnt have asked for a better experience while we were in VA!

The reality of what I was doing didnt set in until the class lol. This was a wild experience, definitely try it. Nate tries wayy too hard to be cool but otherwise is a great instructor

I took my teenage son here a while back & we loved it! So clean & they have professional & well informed staff. Everyone there is so friendly too! The instructor was awesome & nice enough to take our picture when we were done. The price is a little on the high end but you get what you pay for & I can’t wait to go back!

The staff was super kind and made sure everyone had a fun experience. We had Ryan as our instructor and he kept everyone safe and made sure no one ran into walls while making sure they got the most out of their experience. I would go again if given the chance and as Ryan said my only complaint is that it messed up my hair haha.

Was a really fun experience. Instructors were great and everyone was really friendly. It really is a little harder than it looks.Parking was a little hard to find. There were a couple of lots within a block.

My son had a great time at iFLY. I want to thank them for having a clean facility and respecting everyones social distancing. The instructor was very helpful and the class was very easy. The only reason I gave it a four star and not a five. Is cause I thought for the price you pay they would give them a little longer flight.

The guys here are great instructors. They were great with the very young kids in the group. Even the guy at the service desk and souvenir shop had a great attitude. We will definitely be back!

The experience was really fun and everyone was nice. But, the cheap sales tactics like $15 for flying high was a joke. Then, the company takes advantage of peopless endorphin levels being by asking if you want to go high for an additional $15 (per person) after the first flight. This is a cheap trick and it takes advantage of people. Keep in mind, too, that the higher flying is literally for thirty seconds.Lastly, they wanted $80 for pictures and videos done with a cheap old Sony camera!!! What a joke!!! The pictures were cool, etc, but $80!!!!I cant in good conscience recommend this place because of the way they treat their customers. Obviously this company sees their customers as nothing more than a money call.

Not so sure about the light skinned woman at the front desk as soon as you walk in, (Sara) she acted like she hated her job and acted as if she was forcing herself to speak (barely) but boy let me tell you. As soon as you walked upstairs, the energy up there changed TREMENDOUSLY! You could tell these men absolutely LOVED their jobs. Each and every one of them was full of smiles!!!!! Nothing but good vibes. EVERY. LAST. ONE. OF. THEM! Even the guy sitting in the booth that controlled the air had a wonderful attitude as he looked on. Upstairs staff was the only reason I gave this place a 5 stars. Thank you for making my visit super fun.

I’m afraid of heights and my boyfriend surprised me with the opportunity to go to iFLY VA Beach today and I walked in so scared and apprehensive. After meeting our instructor Jake, the short prep class and getting into the tunnel I did not want to leave. I had so much fun and definitely will come back. Will highly recommend. Thank you so much to everyone. Jake was especially awesome !!

Not everyone here was friendly and positive. Every customer should feel comfortable and welcoming.The instructor’s instructions were confusing during the experience. The instructor reflected I was wiggling too much and started mocking me by dramatically wiggling. It was embarrassing especially I know I wasn’t wiggling like he reflected, I was actually doing my best to remain still. Also they want you to smile but the staff don’t respond with a smile.I wasn’t a fan of the videos and pictures. Good thing I had a guest who was able to get a video with my GoPro camera and record me going up in the air. The instructor literally grabs you and pulls you up in the air, I felt like a rag doll posing. Also I don’t recommend 5 flights, I did them and I was exhausted especially the instructions of my instructor were confusing. Also, I struggle with carpel tunnel and having my hands against the wind was definitely bringing back my symptoms as I was instructed to use my hands for most of the experience. IFLY is not something I will try again especially at this location, I’m all about great customer service and positivity and it wasn’t demonstrated during my visit. Before I experienced IFLY, I thought it would be like the real deal (flying) but its just a bunch of fans keeping you up in the air (it looked dusty I hope they clean the fans) and having to look at and smile at staff that don’t want you to smile at them. I wish I had more realistic and pleasant things to look at, like tree tops. I will give my overall experience two stars for holding me up in the air but realistically the more you weight is the more difficult this will be, that’s the reason there’s a weight limit.

Our family of 13 went here on vacation and had an amazing experience! It is a bit pricey but worth it. Our instructor was Jake and he couldnt be any more perfect for the job! He made the whole thing fun from the instructional video/class to every one of our family members flights! The videos and pictures you see online can be a bit misleading to have you thinking that youll be in the wind tunnel flying around with several of your family members but it is actually strictly one on one, new flyer to instructor. This is understandable as you dont have any experience and dont want to get kicked in the face (even though it would be an accident) by whoever youre flying with. It was still an absolute blast and wonderful experience!! We did upgrade to the high flying which was cool but not totally necessary to enjoy this experience. Definitely worth checking out!!!

This was my first time, and it was absolutely AMAZING!! I went with my Survivor Outreach Services group, and I loved everything about it from the friendly and helpful staff when you first come in the door, to the instructor (Jay), and lastly the kiosk guy. The instructor was very experienced, and informative. He also made you feel comfortable. The kiosk guy was patient, and didnt mind explaining to you verbally, and by showing you how to go about sending pics and/or videos. Will definitely be going again.

Thank you all so much for providing a fun and inclusive environment!! We came for our anniversary and had a ball. My husband happens to use a wheelchair, so skydiving was a bucket list adventure we didn’t think would happen. Everyone was so attentive to safety and his different ability, but never made us feel unwelcome. While he was flying, the wheelchair didn’t matter; and there are not enough words to thank you all for that experience in itself. The hi flight is definitely worth it, you won’t regret it. Nate, our instructor was excellent. Very friendly, attentive and definitely awesome in the tunnel! Thank you guys for an experience we never thought would happen!

They stated that they could give me a refund as one of our party did not meet requirements to fly when we went to the store, but would not complete the refund when I called. Very frustrating to tell a customer one thing and then go back on what they said.However, Natalie the customer service manager called me back and did attempt to solve the problem, but could not access the information to refund. She ended up calling me back a little later and said she was able to put in a ticket with corporate and they gave her the ability to refund me. I really appreciated the work she put into this. Great customer service in the end!

Ryan was my step sons instructor today& my husband& I were INCREDIBLY happy with the way he taught him& helped him during his flights! He makes the entire experience so enjoyable! & Natalie helped us in the store afterwards with getting our video purchased& buying some super sweet iFly merchandise! The entire experience was 10/10& I would recommend it to anyone! Thank you guys for a great time!

The youngest in our group was 5 and the oldest 67. We all were smiling from ear to ear. By all means extend your session so you could do the high fly.

Really fun, professional and well constructed place. Having done a tandem dive once before, I was excited to get a feel for what an actual dive might be like. One visit wets the palate and youre likely to get hooked, funding aside. Mike was a great instructor for the day. He was on top of everything, had everyone doing well and was generally just pleasant to work with.

My husband made friends with one of the instructors while we were waiting and he was very helpful and knowledgeable.We have to give a humongous thumbs up to the instructor who was actually flying with our kids... he had his work cut out for him with our massive 17 year old.You only fly for 60 seconds but it is a wonderful experience for the Daredevil in you.Thank you to all the staff for a great experience and a memorable family moment.

Awesome!!!!! Sam and the instructor with the cool hair (cant remember his name) were very nice. They made us feel comfortable and wanted to help us get the best flight experience possible. My first flight, I was scared cause I felt like I couldnt breathe, but I was not relaxed, in which I should have been. But my second flight was a lot better because the instructors help me to use the techniques they taught us earlier better. Thanks iFly

Had a great time flying at iFly. Our instructor, Ray, was very patient and extremely helpful in getting me to fly by myself.Such an amazing sensation to be floating in the air like that.I highly recommend iFly for vacationers, business outings, team building, and for anyone who wants to do something completely different than anything theyve done before.

Staff was AMAZING! They took the time to come over and introduce themselves, spent time entertaining my daughter in between flights when she was too young to fly yet and even took her in to see the flight area. Overall a great experience that my son couldnt stop talking about! (Birthday Present).

Booked flights for my daughter and husband, for his birthday. My son really wanted to do it as well, I was a bit apprehensive, as hes scared easily and gets emotional. We, thankfully, were able to add him in without issue close to their allotted time. After watching ALL the instructors with the kids, I was put at ease. They were all truly amazing with them, for me, as a mother watching them, that was very important to me. The instructors were fantastic and seemed like they really enjoyed their job.My family loved it, and the instructor (Zack Jones) was so understanding, funny, friendly, kind, and patient. This meant the world to me. I highly recommend. Thanks guys!

This place was on my bucket list. I wanted shake things up a bit and do something fun! My kids organized this on Mother’s Day. I was so excited to experience this indoor sky diving experience. After you checkin you go upstairs and you are assigned an instructor who runs you through some instruction in a classroom before you enter the sky diving capsule. There are seats where family and friends can view your flight. The location is one to two blocks street from the boardwalk. I would definately return! It was amazing for me. How can this Mother’s Day be topped?

My husband wanted to do indoor sky diving for his birthday, so i found iFly and made the purchase. I called in the morning before our appointment to make sure the experience didnt suck because of wardrobe malfunctions, or anything else I could prevent. Im so glad I called. I spoke to Natalie who recognized an error i made online and helped me fix the purchase. I asked her how we should prepare and she provided several recommendations, such as braiding long hair and getting the full face mask for a more comfortable experience. My husband didnt need his hair braided, hes bald, but me and the girls were good to go. We get there and are greeted by a very professional staff who pointed us in the right direction. We were able to watch other patrons fly while waiting, which was very entertaining. Then our flyer, Julia, provided our safety brief and got us ready for flight! She did a phenomenal job with the younger kids and my family. I was extremely impressed with Julias demo as well. Very agile and graceful! All staff members were very professional and helpful. Wonderful experience. Thanks so much!

The staff here is super friendly. I had overall great experience with iFly VA Beach. So the flight is timed and when I went in first time I was’t flattening out my legs(sudden response to old skydiving technique) and was unable to understand the instructor’s signal at first, he pulled me out and explained quickly without penalizing me for my time used, they restarted the timer once I understood. They provide shoes incase you are in sandals ;)For me open helmet was a better experience since the wind hits you in the face, and I love that. Great experience.

Love love love this place. Amazing experience, stuff is amazing as well. FOR SUREEEEEEE TAKE HEIGHT FLIGHT, it is the most amazing part. Plus we had fly with dragon 3d experience, would recommend it too. Paid 130$ for all three flights, and 25$ for all pics and videos.

Mike was our instructor he was amazing!!! I’m a scaredy-cat but he made me feel completely secure and comfortable!! Very hilarious with his demos yet super informative in the classroom. We had our corporate event here yesterday and we all had an absolute blast!!! Nate was our instructor and he did a great job easing our nerves, teaching us what to do, and guiding us during our flights. Everyone that worked here was very friendly! We all did the high flights which i highly recommend! It was amazing!! Everyone but 2 of us had never done any sort of skydiving before and they all did great! They take excellent care of you and guide you every step of the way. They very much focus on safety. Awesome experience and I am definitely going again!!

VA is Flying Lovers... Great place for people who want to skydive but dont want to take the plunge and its cheaper... Great for family fun day and group activity... I paid extra for them to take me higher and it was worth it... The instruction video and class was informative... Tip: They offer specials in trip books and online. A parking garage is behind the building. There is also meter parking on the side of 24th street.

I wait here with my wife on a date night and this was an extremely fun place we had a great time we took video in for deafly gotta come back here on a regular basis if youve never tried I fly you should definitely did as it is super fine weather here a kid or in a dog all the staff or super easy to work with and they really took their time to make sure that everything was very pleasurable

Amazing experience for my kids. I will admit I was nervous to let them do this at first. We went in and watched for a bit before their turn and it put my nerves at easy. These guys are amazing with the kids and everyone.

Their prices and package deals are not bad and their instructors are top-notch....very informative and patient.... My 3year old decided to fly too and our instructor Zach, was very good with her. Next time were in VA, were definitely coming back!

I took my 12 year old son Dylan to fly on Friday May 10. He had a blast and said it was amazing!. Mike was his instructor and had Dylan flying hands-free in no time. Purchased an additional 10 flight package with Mike and Dylan is super excited to get back. Big fun!!
