Course is short but fun

Lots of shade for picnics and its big enough to play football or soccer. Toss the Frisbee. Quiet enough to take a nap there is parking and red rooms

I give this park a three mainly because it is a small park. Dont get me wrong it is a nice clean park. I try to be fare when I right my review s. This park is nice. It is small.

This is a great little park that you will need to look for since it is tucked away in a great little neighborhood. If you want a shady (from the trees) place for a picnic, this park is perfect. It has the tables and grills you need. The only reason it doesnt get the fifth star is the bathrooms need a cleaning and a little TLC.

One of the older parks in old Town Victorville.. just a basic quiet park that you would miss if you were driving by because you cant see the playground from the road and there is basic restrooms drinking fountains a playground and has handicapped accessible parking

Its pretty peaceful unlike most parks my family has been to in the high desert. Its always clean my only concern is its adults that just go there and watch children that arent theirs not often but it makes me a little uneasy.

This the spot in the cut and u feel safe for the kids

Amazing park only problem tend to get a lot of homeless people there but its a great park!

I like the big park its clean and has less drug traffic then most parks here. The parking lot is way to small in my opinion.

It is the most relaxing place outside .it is in a nicer sub division near me . Great for a little meditation or reflection

I had a great time with family and friends. It was for a good cause. I hadnt seen so many people in years. The park was nice and clean.

I like the park as it is directly behind my house. It can get a little creepy as there are plenty ty of unwanted people such as homeless or questionable people.i usually go during the day.

Peaceful clean huge nice grassey area basketball court restrooms clean lots of covered pink c benches and skate area .. very accessable for hadicap lots of paved paths all the way around. My pup loves it will go again

Nice park had a picnic here once with a few friends. Looking at my surroundings, I quickly realized its not the place to be alone though.

Avalon Park is a good spot for both adults and children.You can enjoy here by having a picnic while the children can play on the various swings,slides,see-saws etc.There is a pond nearby for feeding the ducks.You can also play golf or cricket in the park.There is a mini train for children to ride during holidays.On the whole everyone can enjoy.

Clean park, Great to bring family and friends for summer gatherings. The city has been doing a great job at maintaining the park. Restrooms are fairly clean. There is Disk Golf course at the park as well as what seems to be a roller skating concrete rink? dont quote me on that, am not sure if that is the purpose of it. There is also enough space for a friendly game of soccer or flag football, as well as a 2 minuet trail around the park for jogging or brisk walking. As far as safety is concerned the authorities do their rounds. As always be friendly and kind to one another, enjoy the peaceful environment that Avalon Park can offer and lets keep this park clean for generations to come. Thanks.

I love that this park allows you to forget that you are in the desert. I would highly recommend going mid afternoon and definitely not at night. Bathrooms are not clean, so make sure you take some toilet paper and soap.

Its cool place

Usually a pretty quiet park. There are a few picnic areas around the park with BBQs.There is also frisbee golf, a playground, basketball court and amphitheater.

Great place to bring the family! LOTS OF SHADE! Well kept. Bbqs. Covered tables. Frisbee golf course.

Lonely and quiet

Wonderful place for family gatherings or smaller events. Avalon park isnt too big nor to small. Shade, basketball court, playground, skate park,disc golf.

It is a nice place to relax but since I have a husky. It gets really boring because there is nothing their specifically for dogs. If you want to meet new people and dogs, this is not the place for you because its very empty and you will get bored easily. I will rate it 5 stars if their was a area for dogs could play at separate from basketball players and BBQs because my husky gets disstracted very easily. PS, dont have the big dogs be with the small dogs because my dog doesnt get along with littler dogs.
