Clean quiet pocket park to take a break from bike riding along Venetian Waterway trail

The park was named after a gentleman that worked for parks and recreation department of the county. What a cool guy! I never spoke with him without smiling and laughing. He could light up a room. So glad the county recognized him by naming this park after him. He was a great guy.

Stop here often when Im on the Venetian waterway trail. Nice little neighborhood park with a small pond and benches to relax in. Very clean and well kept.

Great little park. Helpful for games like Harry Potter wizards unite and Pokemon go. Also in highschool I once made out with a hot girl here once. So all in all great park

Nice for walking

A wonderful stop along the Venice waterway path.

Small park on the intercoastal waterway. Not a lot of parking. Good spot to park and start your walk or ride on the bike path.

Lots of birds and turtles. There was not many fish through. Beautiful view and lots of places to have a picnic or nature watch.
