This is a wonderful park. Fenced pond with water birds & at least one alligator, who was sunning himself right next to the fence today. Nice walk. Picnic pavilions & tables.

Small area, but plenty to do, right between Sharky’s and Brohard Dog Park Beach. There is a nice walking path, bathrooms and the gazebo was great for our large social gathering that day.

Nice pleasant green park leading to the beach, with a fenced off dog area, and a nice lake with pavement around it. Great for family walks after a big family meal, burning off the calories on a relaxed way ready for the next courses.

Love this place! Great place to get walk on, and the sun sets are to die for! A must see!

Very nice park - just after the Venice Pier/Sharkys. Very close to the beach. Plenty of seating. Benches and gazebo. Provides beach access. Also provides seating where you can see the beach. Good park for someone in a wheel chair who wants to view the beach. Picnic tables. Clean. Modern restrooms, outdoor shower and water fountain. Small playground. Sunny and shady areas. Plenty of parking. Very nice paved path around lake - good for walking. Dog Park is adjacent. Felt safe visiting in the daytime.

The view is beautiful, the area is clean, and theres plenty of space to have all sorts of fun events....and the grills are well kept/clean!

This is a nice quiet place to visit. I have been here several times and it is never been overcrowded. It is a great place to relax.

We went primarily for the swings. Great swings, but in the full sun. There was a pavilion right there so adults could sit in the shade while the kids swing. The park was overall very well maintained, nice and clean, with a short path around the pond (we saw ducklings but couldnt find the alligator). Its walking distance from Sharkys restaurant so its a perfect combo.

A very pretty Park in the Venice area which borders the ocean. Excellent hiking trail and good observation platforms.

A great place for family outing with the kids playground bathrooms and you are only a few steps from the beach. And sharkys or Finns restaurant for some fine dinning..

Nice and quiet! Usually nobody is around and you can have a picnic table for yourself and its covered in case of rain! Trash bins but not much else!

A gorgeous park that is full of Florida wildlife and gorgeous views of the beach. It has lots of benches, a 2/3 of mile walking path, a large rotunda perfect for group celebrations, and access to the beach. Highly recommend visiting.

Wonderful park for walking. Right on the Gulf with many picnic tables.

Great dog beach where we could let our dog run along the beach and play off leash. Theres also a water hose area in the dog park area where you can rinse the salt water & sand off before heading home. Just a eat experience where all the dog owners are pretty open to random wet dogs running up to play.

Great park very pet friendly.

Highly recommend checking this place out if you want to see something different, or if youre from out of town. Take the walk around the path and just enjoy it
