Awesome cinema, nice, clean, & great staff. Not a big fan of assigned seating for every single theater. If its not a luxury recliner I shouldnt be getting assigned seats.

I had a great time with my Wife there tonight when we went to watch/see, just mercy. Weve been consistent clients/clientele, of Regal Cinemas; i.e. specifically the Regal Cascades [#16] Location, for nearly fifteen years! Great, great, place, people & service! Were also considering obtaining and/or purchasing, rather - their (unlimited) card options, as well.

Me and my friend were going to see the movie grudge. my friend got there before i did and she paid for her ticket and went inside. once i got there they wouldn’t let me in because i was too young even when a parent said it was okay for me to watch it. they let my friend who was the same age as me in but they didn’t let me in. it was a waste of time.

RPX auditorium is awesome. Reserved seats are great...in a way but it seems people bunch up too much, more than they would otherwise. Not sure why yet because its a fairly new trend to have reserved seats. I bought seats online days before hand, fairly empty showing people right next to me, right behind me.

Sweet theater. I like the comfortable seats.

Easy to get to. Fair prices. I would have like the seats to recline, but it didnt kill me.

Awesome place. Seats are okay, don’t think any of them unfold or expand. Love how the arm support goes up, not all theaters do so we always bring a blanket to cuddle!

Concession lines were long and slow. I ordered a small popcorn and bottle of water. As I waited for him to get my popcorn I noticed a sign near the counter of a special of Free Small Popcorn. I asked the cashier about the special but he said you need to order a drink. I assume he means a Fountain Drink. I think he should have explained it when I ordered a popcorn. Anyway, the movie was GREAT and seating good!

Plenty of parking and 16 Screens for great movies.Concessions are reasonable.If you love movies. Join Regal Unlimited$21.00 a month and you can see all the movies.

Amazing theater!! Its always super clean and its our go-to movie place! They have amazing seats too and amazing people!! I definitely recommend it to everyone

The theatre was clean. I would give more stars except they have made changes. Now you have to pick your seats when you pay. It took forever to get up to the Cashier and the line was not that long. Ill try getting my tickets on line next time, maybe Ill be able to avoid the hassle. Why do I have to sit through 30 minutes of TV commercials prior to the movie?

Nice theater, good size screens. Seating is a little tight though and could be more comfortable. Other than that, staff seemed nice and helpful.

Why? Now you buy your ticket inside at the food counter! Pick your seat, if theres 2 or more people together it takes forever, where do you want to sit? I dont care wherever! No thats too far up! No thats too close! I like the aisle! I like the middle! Ugh! And then you get your snacks! You have to go at least 45 min early... Even if you buy your tickets online you have to check in at the counter!!

Clean, great staff, organized, and a please overall experience. Would give 5 stars if a fountain sods that costs them roughly 34 cents wasnt almost 8 dollars. The prices are ridiculous and they wonder why they are being beat by Hulu, Vudu, and so on.

The best place to watch movies and hang out!

We came here to watch 1917. We used to go to the lloyd center regal but a car next to us got broken into and that was too close for comfort.This place is ok. There were no reclining seats and the theater was kinda small (#4). Weve only been in that one so well see how the others are.Friendly staff and typical inflated concession prices you find in army theater. All in all good spot.

IMAX is OVERPRICED! Sure the screen is curved and the sound is great, it is not like a real IMAX experience. The Sony IMAX in San Francisco is Awesome!

You have to buy your tickets online if you dont want to buy your tickets at the concession stand. So arrive early or pay the $3 convenience fee online. Disappointing if your late to the theater and theres a lot of people.

This place is nice with friendly staff but remember they dont have recliners. This is a big bummer since they have RPX and IMAX here. I would love to have recliners in IMAX.

When you go and see a movie like Star Wars, you need to experience the movie at its full potential. The IMAX experience especially in 3D is just that. Regal Cascsde gives you that grsnd option. The one lost star here is for Regal itself. With such a special release, special events/giveaways happened on opening night. Various theater companies ran different promotions, but I chose this location for the IMAX option. The opening night pin, lanyard and popcorn deal was to be a bonus. However no one knew of it. How can a company offer special deals on their website/ticket sales pages to customers and not follow through? I saw other people asking for the same. It is frustrating when you spend premium money for movies on a fan event night and dont get what is promised. Oh well. I didnt let it get it in the way. The movie was AWESOME.

Staff is friendly, the place is clean. The popcorn was fresh and they really layer it. Definitely a fun place for a family outing. The volume in the theater isnt going to blow your ear drums out. The bathrooms are clean and operational. The location is nice, and parking isnt too bad!

Dark Phoenix was a good movie. A little darkGood action. Did expect better though.Regal cinemas is more why the lower ranking. Seats are too close together for a 62 person like me. Felt very cramped. Is a clean theater and in good quality though

My husband and I went to see a movie here that was supposed to start at 11:20 am. At 11:40 am, we were still watching commercials. By the time the movie actually started, we were both too angry to even enjoy it. It took us both about half an hour to calm down. Well wait for movies to be available online in the future, and will pay $4 for the movie instead of $30, and $0.10 for the popcorn instead of $10.I was actually looking forward to watching a movie on the big screen, but over 20 minutes of commercials *after* the movie was supposed to have started was just beyond the pale. This is part of why theaters are struggling.I would strongly suggest that the movie companies stop taking *all* the door receipts and share some of that money with the brick and mortar movie houses, and the movie houses scale back on the 9000% profit margins on concessions and the endless commercials in order to create a more pleasant experience for everyone.

I like the fact they are offering a membership now. A little late in my life, but great for the next generation movie enthusiast.

Bought candy from the concession stand and the guy was distracted almost the whole time while we were trying to order, asked us to hold on for a minute and than kept asking us to repeat ourselves because his ear peice was distracting him. The total was $15.12, I handed him a $20 and said here is .12 cents so I could just get a 5 back, the guy said oh its to late before he even put the $20 in the til. And looked lost, didnt tell us our candy was behind us on a display rack as we stood there waiting for him to hand it to us. Had to ask where our movie was also.

Really love this theater. Its clean and they have great screens. They could turn the volume up a bit in IMAX but thats just me being a little picky.

Customer service was fantastic, food prices are high, but thats expected at a Theatre. IMAX experience was suburb!

Had to buy ticket in the concession line, so waited for all the people buying popcorn and drinks just to get my ticket (about 20 minutes). Try to buy online and they want to nail you with the convenience fee. Just let me walk in, buy my ticket and move on to the theater.

I love discount Tuesdays! 3D movies cost extra, but it beats paying full price. The ticket lines move fairly quick. I like the popcorn with extra butter. I miss the days when you would get some sort of coupon towards a soda or popcorn after you get so many points.

Great theater though they still charge too much to see a flick...

We enjoyed the RPX theater for viewing Endgame. The theater was clean, the picture was great, the sound was awesome, and the leather chairs were in good shape. I was a little disappointed that you had to hold perfectly still to keep the leather from squeaking during quiet parts of the film, however.

This is a really nice Regal Cinema. They have large theaters with reserved seating and both RPX and IMAX. The only drawback, as always, are the prices for snacks. Do yourself a favor and join the rewards program to get some good discounts on popcorn, drinks and tickets if you go frequently.

Worst movie theater experience in years. I felt like Id gone back 20 years to cramped, uncomfortable seats. I dont remember the last time I had so little room for my arms. I sat at an angle for the entire movie. Fortunately the film was excellent.

I took my kids to see Endgame as our first visit to this theater. NOT opening night, but a Sunday for 6pm showing. We arrived about 25 minutes early as we travelled a ways to get there. Wanting drinks and popcorn, we got into one of the concession lines about 4 people back from the front of the line, and stood there for 35 minutes! There were only 5 people behind the bar working concessions, and they didnt seem to have any sense of urgency to work quickly so we could get in our seats before showtime. This was super stressful as we watched our 6:15pm movie time go by. The person in charge of our station disappeared to the back for some time, apparently getting more popcorn. THEN he went back again to put the popcorn away???? Meanwhile more and more people are stacking up in line. Add to that, a small popcorn, two bottles of water and 3 candies were $29. $5 for a bottle of water thats $1.89 anywhere else? We saw an RPX movie, which was fine, except for the loud squeaking noises of the seats around us. I get that leather is easier to clean, but its a very bad choice for this venue. Overall even my 13 year old son said it wasnt worth the extra trip in to see a movie.

This theatre is top notch for audio and video and the customer service is spectacular.

The line for snacks is ridiculous. I think waiting in line for 25 min for popcorn is unexpectable. Thank goodness you already have your seat picked out or you would be sitting in the front row.

Im bouncing from 4 to 5 stars. I mean it was clean, the movie was great, the sound was great. The lines were long, to be expected but I absolutely wouldnt get there on time. The prices are always high when you think back to our childhood, but right with others I guess. Its a shame that it has to cost so much to take the kids to a movie, really. It was over $50 for 4, some popcorn & soda. I hope I hit it rich cause a drive-in would be in my future. It was nice but the cost is something that makes it hard to do. We couldve gone out to eat at a nice place and spent less.

Theater seats were tight. Concession stand food was insanely expensive. Sound quality was not good. I expected better with it being a Regal theater

I liked everything about the theater except the seats. You really need to step up to luxury recliners.

If youre looking for an average movie experience, this place is perfect. There isnt much to brag about, but I cant say theres anything bad about it. The prices are one of the biggest downsides, but thats to be expected from a movie theatre. Overall, its the place I consistently go to for movies so Id say its pretty neat.

The auditoriums are very clean. The staff are helpful and seem to want to help you have a great experience.

I walked in the boys bathroom on accident and there was a worker in there and he got a good laugh about it. We saw two movies, Maw, and book smart, great movies. Great employees

Watched midsommar, enjoyed it. No noise, great showing.Only complaint is that employee forgot to add my student discount.

So I had my grandsons birthday party here. The price was good. I was unhappy that I had to wait for the hot dogs I ordered 1/2 hour before the show started so I had to miss alot of the first part of the movie. After spending almost $300 they could have been a little more organized for birthday parties. The staff was great too. They could have called and checked in the day before also to see if I had any other questions or concerns.

Good clean fun! Popcorn was fresh, staff was polite. Theater rooms were clean and consession lines went fast. I was excited to see Shazam and everything was streamlined to get me into the theater. No waiting and staff made sure things were up to par on service.Will return!

Decent theatre but always drastically understaffed on busy nights. No reason you should have to wait 15min to buy a ticket and then another 15 to buy popcorn. We see people give up buying food all the time and just go to their movie. If I was the manager that would drive me nuts.8/6 Update - Returned again tonight. No 5 star experience to report. Waited 27min for popcorn. The whole line of customers was complaining and half walked away. What a joke.

Saw Rocketman; I love Elton John & Bernie Taupins songs, and the film presents them generously. The theater is very comfortable; however, one must always allow plenty of time before ones film for ticketing and concessions procurement because these processes are quite slow here. Staff is pleasant and pay attention to each customer in turn, which is nice, though its another time-consuming factor to allow for. That accounted for, an enjoyable experience should be had!

Let me walk you through my experience. In the movie, you set plain coming from the right. It sound like its coming from the right. As it passes it switches from your right ear to the left. The sound is amazing and you wont regret going there. The seats are comfortable to and the place is very clean

Cleanest Regal Ive ever been too! Very nice staff! Went and saw a movie last night and my party left me after ordering snacks yo use the restroom, there were four of us and they left me to carry 3 large drinks and a large popcorn needless to say I was having a hard time.. I was walking back to the theater and an employee stopped everything he was doing (cleaning up & had quite the load himself) and asked what theater I was going to and took half the stuff and helped me carry it all the way to the theater, right to my seats! Super considerate of him to notice! Great place.

Used Atom app.for tickets. Process was smooth. Theater was good for the movie. floor in the theater was sticky, but that isnt uncommon for a theater.Enjoyed my experience as a whole and will go back for more movies :)

Drove from Portland for a new movie experience since this is the only RPX theater near me. I was sadly mistaken on the quality of this theater. Aside from the usual sticky floors the chairs moved with any slight shift in the chair. They squeaked very loudly, you wonder how I could hear this in a loud theater. The sound wasnt even working till the last preview. Then when the screen asks you to put your glasses on for the 3d that didnt work. Overall I had a horrible experience here and wouldnt tell my worst enemy to spend their time or money here. The screen and sound was nice but thats about it.

This is a large theater with multiple showrooms. Major motion pictures typically have numerous showings, so you never have to wait long.Staff are friendly, facility is well-kept, and concessions are tasty. Prices for shows and treats are standard for the industry (read: high).I inquired about a military discount on admission and was advised that they typically offer a military discount - just not on Mondays, which it happened to be the day of my visit... It also happened to be Memorial Day.Lets just hope Veterans Day isnt on a Monday too.

Not sure where the original review went, but well do it again. The fake leather seat squeaked every time someone moved, so during the quieter parts of the movie, you can hear every person that shifted in their seats. Also, too almost a half an hour to get the concession line. Yes, it was very busy because Endgame was opening, however, I think maybe getting rid of the menu of too many options and just offering popcorn, candy, hot dogs and drinks would help tremendously.

Theatre was ok. Definitely could use some more deodorizers and cleaning.

Decent theater with very good image and sound. The volume level was perfect. Only real complaint is that the advertising and promotions before the 15 minutes of trailers seemed to drag on for most of an hour.Oh, also this cinema now seems to require seat reservations in some theaters so the box office line moves more slowly than ever! I guess were expected to buy tickets online.

Great service, good prices and comfortable roomy seating.

It was so busy and they were to understaffed for opening night of endgame. Had to arrive 45-60 minutes early to get snacks if you didnt want to miss the beginning of the movie. Manager should overstaff for large openings and make sure staff can stay in front of popping popcorn and the like instead of waiting. Wasnt super efficient, at least that night. Slower times/not opening nights of popular films its alright. Clean and decent and not falling apart. Pretty average theater.

Theater I was in was smaller screen but seats were newer - consider how old this theater is I was impressed with that. Seats dont lean back any so my back usually hurts or very uncomfortable by the end of the movie.

With easy parking and a ready cashier at the ticket counter, I was able to get in quickly. At about 12.50 a ticket for Sunday evening, it is kind of pricey.I got a large drink and a new thing they have which is a Nathans sriracha hot dog... pretty good, if also pricey at over five dollars, the drink was 6.50...So for a grand total of just over 24 dollars I saw alita battle angel...The theater room was clean but small, with very comfortable seats.Overall I really enjoyed the experience.

Such great movies and food for cheap prices! I recommend this movie theater to everyone! The service is amazing and they will help you with everything like if your drink doesnt taste good, if your popcorn dropped, they will help.
