Cute park, had a nice party here. Quiet. Only complaint is the bathroom location to the shelter. Otherwise nice facility

Jane is great! She helped us book this location for our wedding ceremony. Everything was beautiful! My husband and I are so blessed to have had the experience here that we had.

Well behaved dogs are welcome. This is a beautiful and well maintained garden with something to look at every step. There are plenty of little hide away spots, benches, gazebos and alcoves to spend some quiet time reflecting or just being peaceful.

I had never been to this place but went for wedding photos and was absolutely blown away. This place is beautiful, has parking, and is easy access

A wonderful garden, tranquil, sometimes a busy setting, but with the many varieties of beautiful flora, its understandable! The coy (sp?) pond, by the sheltered deck, is great!

Very nice, Easy access. The pavilion was very nice nice open field for kids to play and with a bounce house. A small playground. Running water and plumbing. Good for family outings

The park is beautifully arranged and tranquil! It has a gazebo and benches to rest. Important if you are physically frail!

Nice park for families.

Forest Park is absolutely breathtaking! The weather was perfect to show off the natural beauty the park has to offer everyone in Valparaiso. The flowers are very stunning and colorful. The bushes were very well maintained and nicely trimmed. I would definitely come back here again. This park is also very peaceful and quiet to relax and take a load off from walking around Valparaiso.

Best gardens!

Super relaxed and beautiful. The only complaints I have are it needs a little up-keep and its kinda smaller then expected including parking. Other then that its a great picnik spot. And super relaxed.

Nice place for a walk. There are some nice places for photos as well if you are a local photographer. Very relaxing with some nice gems. Very limited parking. If you cant find parking then there are other spots nearby. Also it cant tend to get a bit over crowded during lunch hours.

Very beautiful park

Great location, very clean. All the flowers and landscaping are very beautiful. There are bikes to rent, and downtown Valpo is just a few blocks away. Several trails to walk. Such a beautiful park that you forget you are in the middle of Valparaiso. Highly recommend, we visit as often as possible.

This is a beautiful park for a short walk. The gardens are well-maintained and the playground park is well shaded. Valparaiso parks have done a great job. This is a great place for pictures.

Rotary shelter is great for events

Its a quiet cute little park, nothing super fancy. But it does have a huge shelter and fireplace. It also has a huge open field great for flying kites, soccer, football, etc. You can even walk the path to Ogden gardens where they have beautiful nature scenery.

Went for a wedding not enough parking. Close to gazebo. For elders and people with Walkers.

We had carryout and noticed this park. So happy we ate a park table. 100% will return.

Course is awful. No bathrooms on the course except at the clubhouse, no garage cans on the course and no cleaner to clean your ball.

This is a beautiful place, and my kids love coming here just to walk around and look even though there isnt a playground. Its our favorite place for a picnic!

STUNNING!!! The lighting her at sunset is spot on for pictures, and its lovely to just walk around in! The Japanese garden is to die for as well!!

Bunnies! Bunnies! Everywhere! So cool! Birds chirping, smell of hundreds of beautiful flowers feels the air all through the park... You cant not see the biggest surprise from the street, let your legs take you deep inside the park to discover Japanese garden with Koi fish so big that you may think they are hundreds years old, lol... All is peaceful until frog jumps from under your feet and greet you with an attitude! I almost dropped my phone... .... Trees will catch your eye as well, so many different trees from many different places... Take you take, look around. See if you can find a statue of of a mama turtle with a baby . One more surprised waited for me inside Japanese gazibo... In Valparaiso people paint rocks and hide them all over town...the point of the game is to find them, and post on a Facebook...then rehide them! Some keep them...... I took a pick of one and left it in the gazibo....
