Very friendly staff. Wine is tasty and priced very well. The food is good. We had the mustard sampler, pepperoni flat bread, BBQ chicken flat bread, and the brie with fig jam. It was a very nice time with good food and wine in a nice atmosphere. My only issue was the wasps, but thats not really something they can control. The wasps were very aggressive and swarming around. If youre afraid of bees like me, you will be flailing.

The wine was good. Servers were very friendly. I would not order food. Their menu for food, less than to be desired. Either under cooked or burnt. Just put a damper on the experience. This is the 1st place we did not buy bottles of wine from. And our weekend anniversary trip has been visiting many winery in the area. Its worth going to if you want to try the wine.

Lovely outdoor seating area complete with vineyard cat! The wine was good. They have a lovely Traminette. You usually find those in southern IN, so that was nice.

We were in the area and stopped here about a month ago. We picked up a bottle of the fuzzy peach bubbly wine and it was delicious! We also got a box of the slushy wine as well and have thoroughly enjoyed that! I cant wait to go back just to stock up on some more. So good. Highly recommend.

Such a cozy and rustic vineyard! Incredibly kind and knowledgeable staff. We sampled DELICIOUS wine in their gorgeous patio and strolled around the property. Perfect for a date, small group gathering, etc. Highly highly recommend this place!!

I was MOH in a wedding at Andersons winery and was blown away by the kindness and attentiveness of the workers and coordination staff. The food and wine was delicious as well!! It was an all-around great venue!

I am a sweet wine drinker and avid wine taster - I check wineries everywhere I travel and collect logo wine glasses. My current fave at Anderson’s is the Fuzzy Peach - bubbly fun and a very peachy (NOT artificial peach) flavor. Love that the flight tastings come in cute glasses on a wooden stand so you can take it to your seat or outside and enjoy at your leisure.

It was just ok. Sampled 8 different wines (4 red/4 white/rosé) Really just OK. Nothing stood out or had to get.

My husband and I got married in October of 2019 and decided to have our reception at Andersons Winery. It was a magical experience, and Denna was amazing to work with and thankfully so patient to deal with a bride that wasnt sure what she wanted besides a vineyard reception. The venue is gorgeous, the food was remarkable, and everyone walked away saying that was a damn good wedding! I want to especially thank Denna again for how hard she worked with us on everything and how excellent not only her establishment was but her employees as well! I recommend anyone in the northern Indiana area looking for a place to have their wedding to take some time to go over to Andersons and check it out! Many thanks and praises from the Spanglers!

We had the best experience at Anderson’s tonight! Both Hannah and Trey were incredible hosts, and we had so much fun with them that we stayed for two and a half hours. The knowledge and education of the wines, plus the conversation about life in general was simply wonderful. We enjoyed snacks and wine tasting and there wasn’t a single thing I would change. The atmosphere was lovely and it was refreshing to be able to step outside of the hustle and bustle and just enjoy good wine and great company. If I could give ten stars I would. We will be back!

Andersons winery is a hidden, under-discovered treasure of interesting and delicious wines. This photo is taken sitting in the pergola while sampling from a flight ($5). This winery has decisively chosen a diverse range of flavors, and offers discovery for even the most refined palates. The owners are friendly, accommodating, and truly appreciative of their customers. Not only was our Belgian Malinois allowed to accompany us in the outside area, they brought her water without us having to request it! If you enjoy dry reds and whites, this truly is the best Indiana has to offer in locally sourced wine.After meeting the new owner, the winery is branching out to create something completely different for Indiana.

I Love their Raspberry Kiss & Ravat51. This place just got an amazing make over! Its open for private parties as well as just tho come hang out. Im not gonna lie, I miss there cinnamon sugar donuts and kalazki cookies! But the wine is still delicious.

We purchased 3 bottles of wine on Saturday. We are traveling through the area so we left the bottles in our truck overnight, lying on their sides in the back seat (unfortunately on top of a decorative rug we purchased earlier in the day). In a position very similar to how they would be stored in a wine rack.Sunday afternoon as we were about to head out for the day, I noticed a strong odor of wine in the truck. Upon investigation, I discovered that apparently the person who bottled two of the bottles did not cork them before adding the capsule. These 2 bottles leaked all over my new decorative rug and into the carpeting of the truck.We went 30+ miles out of our way to return the incorrectly sealed bottles to Anderson Winery and are very dissatisfied with the outcome.In a nutshell, although they admitted their fault in incorrectly sealing the bottles, they offered absolutely no compassion or compensation for our losses except to replace the wine that had ruined my new rug and the carpeting in our truck.The owner was downright rude to my husband, refusing to compensate us or even apologize for their mistake. For a small local business with brand new ownership this very poor customer service will be their downfall.Too bad the customer service was so bad, the wine was ok. We wont be back.

Great wine, food and staff. This is a very warm and relaxed place to chill on a spring Saturday afternoon. Great destination for Chicagoans looking for a place on an excursion from the city.

Best wine I’ve ever had! Very friendly service!

Left a lot to be desired. Wife and I stopped in to taste the wine and see if there were any changes made after change of ownership. There was a young acoustic artist playing some nice music in the garden, but because of the live entertainment, we were told there would not be any tasting available. That’s strange but whatever, we thought. So we ask for a bottle of cab to go enjoy and relax. Nope, sorry, you can only purchase by the glass. Wow, at $9+ per glass for sub par wine, this place really needs to be rebranded and take notice of the abundance of local competition in the area. With so many exceptional wineries within an hours drive, Anderson’s will have to make some major changes to be competitive and produce a sustainable product in this ever growing market. I would try it again, but not anytime soon.

Friendly people, great music, great food. Anderson’s is growing and changing and the new owners are really bringing the Napa feel to Northwest Indiana. I can’t wait to see what they do next.

An average winery with a nice selection of wines. Nice people and a bakery located in the store. The wines that they serve during tasting were not reflective of the bottles on the shelves though which is why I dinged them a bit. Bought several of the sweeter wines like the blush and peach that had noticeable off flavors on the finish. Almost as if the wines had aged too long and started to turn. I did not get those off flavors during the tasting.However all is not lost. They have a very good ice wine and while it is pricey it doesnt disappoint. The sparking peach is also very good.

Hosted a wedding shower here and the staff was very accommodating. The atmosphere was perfect for the event. They even let everyone at our party have free wine tasting. Not to mention it was a fantastic price! Definitely deserving of a five star!!

The staff is friendly, the wines are tasty and fairly priced. The building has a classic look and they offer a decent variety of wines. You can actually purchase a glass or bottle of wine and drink it outside, there is a large sitting area. (The sitting area outside is in need of a little love). Wine samples are free.

So Im on a trip with my family and we were looking for a place to use a restroom and get some wine for a friend. When we walked up we found out they were closed and almost walked away-before the very kind owner came to the door. She let us come in and use their restrooms and buy some wine, DESPITE being closed! That was so kind and Im really grateful they did! We got to try some wine slushy too-SO GOOD!Thank you for such a great experience!

The wine was alright. Me and my fiance arrived and wanted to wine taste. We were the only ones there and the woman who helped us made us feel like we were a bother. When we pulled up she was sitting outside with a few other people, so sorry to make you get up! Then during the whole wine tasting she just stood there and starred at us. Not personable at all! I wanted to get out of there fast. Will never be back to this location. I would hope someone working with public would at least give a smile once in a while or talk to you or make you feel like your appreciated! We are the ones that give you business! So sad

We were just interested in getting some port. They had one made from concord grapes and it was wonderful. Enjoyed the atmosphere and the conversation!

I was sceptical at first, but this place is great! Staff, very friendly & helpful. Relaxing, laid back atmosphere. Go on a beautiful day & take your wine out to the gazebo to enjoy. The rhubarb wine is my favorite!

The website should be more specific with hours. We drove 30 miles out of our way because it said open 10-6 Tuesday through Saturday. When we arrived the winery was closed. They had a sign on the door saying they are closed Mondays Tuesdays and Wednesdays. This was a big disappointment for my girlfriend and I. Hopefully they will update the website with the correct hours of operation.
