Wish I would not have bought a MH that was in this park. the communication with the onsite mgr is terrible. she will not return emails. and likes to put letters on doors. i have tried to communicate in writing and she will not respond. constant harassment. i think i can have the MH moved for a few grand. will be looking into that. sick of this property management. way overpriced for the BS they dish out..

The new landlord likes to harrass the tenants, wants us to pay these outrageous prices for the lot and keeps upping the price to pay for her golf cart to drive around in and make these concrete driveways, but not for everyone. She needs to go, Lisa needs to come back. Everyone has bout had it with this new lady.

Lived here a while now and the new manager is a constant harasser of the tenants. Notices all the time complaining about leaves raked or yard work wanted in the middle of rainy winter weather. One day late eviction notices. Roads getting rough, no repairs. Constant complaints from neighbors about the manager and her riding around picking on people...wish we could move our home...we would. Again constant harassment.

I have lived here once before and it was pretty rough but now it is great! Office staff is VERY attentive to our needs and request and very polite. Lisa is the manager and will go above and beyond to help. She has made the whole park feel like one family. Xavier is also very nice and helpful and always has a smile as well. Thank you guys for all the hard work

Again water shut off no warning so people could draw up water for ther kids to have something to drink how rude it happens all the time here

Its a quiet neighbor hood . i own a mobile home there that i dont mind renting out.. 3br/2b

Low rent and its clean just a lil crowded

The management behaves childish. And a big trash pile near the entrance. And the owners are not accessible to the residents.

In near future this place will be like a loyalty palace entrance.

Bed bugs were infesting the area. had to help a friend move because it had gotten so bad. they had terminex out there but even he said it was horrible

Worthless and childish staff. Not to mention OVERPRICED lots for the quality. I would much rather just be homeless than have to deal with the pettiness and total debauchery of this place. I opted to move my home which I own out of the park. As a homeowner I dont think that I should have to pay $400 a month simply for a nasty unkept lot. I would not recommend this to my worst enemy.

There were lots of children that your children could play with. Very friendly. Neighborhood!
