We have lived here for about 7 months and we really like it. Quiet and comfortable

The management is horrible. If you have visitor that check up on you, they will accuse you of having someone live with you. They will fine you for being late one rent, but wont give you a legal receipt. The staff has no respect for women who live here.

Nice clean quiet, and friendly staff always around to help you. They are doing a new side to the park to make room. For more great tenants!!

Moved in today, The park is quiet and clean. Great for families.

Is a good place for my family

Be sure and read your contract. I was in a hurry and there are lots of stupid rules that I think is illegal so I guess I will see them in Court. It was a great place to live until the new management took over but NOW THEY LET ANY TRASHY HOMES INTO THE PARK. DONT MOVE HERE!

It is quite nice! It’s quiet and a good family environment.

Great place to live, they only rent lots not trailers. Friendly neighborhood and school bus picks up kids. Everyone obeys the speed limit and the lots are all kept up nice.

New management is in the process of cleaning up and this park is taking off! Water trash sewer and lawn maintenance is now included in the lot rent!

Well kept & quiet for the most part.
