Mathew Loe was really nice and fair when it came to our move out inspection he went above and beyond to help us and made sure we knew every process. He is very informative and was really helpful with all of our questions. We love the property and the neighbors all get along like a family community. A great place to live in a great location. Ive lived here now for 5 months and the place is very nice, the trailers are very kept up, playground in the pool are all so well maintained, so much for the kids to do in such a nice neighborhood

Very nice. And VERY well kept.

Staff and management seem to always be preoccupied and cannot answer your calls. Voicemail is always full. Maintenance is slow at resolving issues you inquire about or completely ignore them and are generally unknowledgable. Neighbors can be loud at times especially after staff leave for the day. Lots of solicitors including religious or electric companies. Other then that overall good community to live in with improvements being made.

I just moved here and I absolutely love it here. Staff is very nice and courteous. They made sure our first night was great. Its more like a community I just love it. Its quiet and peaceful.

Trailers are to close to each other.

So far its ok. Its not too easy to get work orders completed but it does eventually get done. The people are super sweet. Nice quiet community.

Nice but looks like not the place for old white women. Many kids and teenager s.only drove through once tho so....worth checking out

Nice trailer park but some of the trailers are not built well

Estates... Well anyway. Its usually quiet and clean place. Trailers are a bit crowded together in places.
