I give this community 5 Stars because of Teresa the Community Manager. Once you meet Teresa everything else is just icing on the cake. She has done so much for the community that I could go on for days about the upgrades we have seen under her management. Sure, we love being the only gated mobile home park in Tyler, we love the new sign, we love how the pool looks and the playground is charming. But The most valuable and greatest improvement we have received so far is Teresa as our Manager. She adds so much value to our community and we wouldn’t have the community we have today if it wasn’t for Teresa.

Its a very nice place to live it you are into mobile homes. Its a gated community with large yard so you dont have to see your neighbor if you dont want to . Lol

My husband and son moved here about 5 years ago and this place has turned around so much in the past 3 years. There is constant improvements being done to the property. We have the best manager in all of Tyler i truly believe that. She is fair and consistent and isn’t afraid to be firm when she has to be. She’s golden and we love where we live.

We moved here about 5 years ago and msn this park has completely turned around since the change of management. Teresa is an amazing Property Manager. She truly cares about our community and I feel she cares about the residents too. She is constantly doing things to improve the community for us. I’m so glad our gate is fixed again. We live here because Teresa is our manager.

This community is the best community in Tyler and one of the few with a security gate at the entrance. We love Teresa she’s the best manager we have had anywhere we have ever lived.

This is a very well kept neighborhood, comprised of a cordial community of residents. Maintenance and management are superb.

This is a nice well kept mobile home park. All of the yards are managed and the neighborhood is very quite. I always get compliments about how peaceful the neighborhood is when I have company over. I have been a resident at Glascow for 10 years now. Everything has always gone smoothly until the local owners sold Glascow to a company called RVHorizions 3 years ago. It has been a disaster ever since. They have gone up on the lot fee 2 times and Im predicting the company to come up with another excuse to raise the fee again. They will ride around in a golf cart to check out yards and if it doesnt meet their expectations they will have a yard crew come and work on your yard while you are not home. Then you will have a big yard fee slapped onto your rent at the end of the month. They just find any excuse to make more money. So many people have been moving out because they are fed up with the excuses. This place has went from comfortable living to crazy expensive and we all know they are not done. Ive talked to a few of my neighbors at Glascow and we are getting the heck out of there!

This is another MHpark I also love. This place I would advice anybody who is looking for a place to move in, to move in into this place. Families with kids will enjoy the swimming pool. Trails to walk your dogs. Wild hares are normally found during summer. in some property corners. This park is very attractive just pay a visit and confirm this truth.

Its a quiet park but you have to watch your belongings outside.

It is a beautiful, family-oriented community. Me and my husband loved it so much that we have decided to live here. It is a safe community that offers so much more then just a house, it also becomes your home. The area that it is in is approximately 7 minutes out of the big city. There are children of all ages, and this is a major plus for families. The houses are all in beautiful condition,the carports are organized and all the lawns are well maintained.

Only visited a resident. Seems like a nice area.

The houses in this community are beautiful. You get the sense of a peaceful east Texas country community. The roads need work though. There are a lot of pot holes. You have to drive slow, around 20 mph. But, hey why would you drive fast and miss the beautiful scenery.
