Been living here for many years I believe its been 6 years.. Nice and quiet place to live,very respectful owner and managers ...Lucy as always thank you so much for everything and Frank is one of the best security guards I we have ever had ... He gets a 5 star rating from our family for making sure all of our familys and neighbors stay safe 24/7 and Ive locked my keys in my car he got out of bed to help me retrieve them.. I was calling my family and there phones were not on I called and ask and he went to deliver a important message anything suspicious he calls me or kindley knocks on my door to make sure everything is okay .. My battery in my car not working he gives me a helping hand ... Thank you Frank and Lucy and family for all that you do...

Great place to live, quiet and very good rates. Located very close to a gas station/market and close to town for shopping and short drive to Tyler State Park for swimming, camping, nature walks and fishing. They have canoes, paddle boats, skiffs and plenty of places to shower. Country-feel, the mobile home park is just outside the city limits and surrounded by lots of beautiful acreage and homesteads.

Pretty old single wide s and rent to own plan. Worth looking at if you want to rent to own $20000 on dilapidated single wide from the 1990s, and you pay and arrange all maintenance. However, seemed fairly quiet with mix of people.has 24 hour security.

Pretty decent place. I have a buddy that lives there. I think the trailers are too close together, but Im a country girl so Im used to no neighbors

Very nice clean and quiet with good neighbors and management that cares about the tenants. U could do a heck of a lot worse than northgate. I absolutely love living here
