Lived there for like four year the manager is caring and understanding! Even though when we had our baby we needed to move I miss living there nice but not nosey neighbors and it felt like home!

Better when the first owner had it. No longer live there. It was much quiet place. And you could keep stuff out with out getting stolen. Before i left had to chain things so they could not take them. No security..

Love it great place to live safe for my grandchildren

Daughter had rv here last year. RV parking is separate from the mobile home park. It was quiet and she felt safe walking around both areas for exercise. No grass where they parked.

It has full hook ups and was easy to get in and out of. The laundry room was very dirty and the restrooms were unusable (assuming your sense of smell is in tact). The neighbors had loud music at midnight on Monday. Overall, not the worst place but certainly could have been better.

Free Wi-Fi! Cable! Unfortunately the spaces are very tight....parking not so great..but you cant beat the monthly prices :-) if youre looking for amenities, go elsewhere...but there is a small laundry mat in site and 4 large dumpsters...did I mention FREE WI-FI!
