We just recently visited this park, the people who lived there waved and seemed friendly as we drove through the park. Management was very nice, courteous and went above and beyond with answering our questions.

It is a nice quiet place to live been here over 5 years it has its ups and downs just like any other place you would live its funny most of the bad comments are tenants that are either behind on rent or have been evicted for not paying or not going by the park rules thats all I have to say

Hate the road ...its absolutely horrible and trashy at some places but have to go because my sister lives there

Lived here for 2 years unfortunately, its not a good place to live at all. Rednecks, drugs, racism, typical crappy trailer park.

Very run down. Many sex offenders live there. Drug activity.
