This is an awesome lake to visit. While the park is a bit of a maze it makes each little cul-de-sac seem like a more private picnic spot. There are many small numbered pavilions with picnic tables. Several restrooms are available throughout the park. The views simply cant be beat anywhere in Arizona. I highly recommend this wonderful park.

We have lived in 2 different homes in Castle Rock and have enjoyed the experience for the most part. The grounds crew does a good job of maintaining the communal areas. The green space and areas around the lakes are good for kids and pets to run and play. I agree completely with one of the previous reviews about the speed bumps being WAY too big. My car is not even that low and it scrapes every time. Overall, we have enjoyed our experience.

So i have lived here for about four years and last week while i was biking i got harassed by a lady on a bike who kept asking me questions saying I don’t live here when i told her my street name etc. She kept saying she was with the neighborhood watch team or idk something like that stating she worked there. Than she followed me until i went home. Watch out for her she is grumpy for no reason.

Close to multiple hospitals, eateries, grocery stores, outdoor activities and a safe neighborhood
