Trashy management. Water &electricity shut off without notice MULTIPLE times a month. They tell you theyll remodel your home before you move in but all they do is minor little patch work. Once I moved in, my whole roof started leaking which they told me they had fixed. Paint peeled of in less than a month. They do nothing about the horrendous animal odor in tenants yard but they will fine you $100 for having the wrong thing in your yard. Neighbors harass you. Dont waste your time.

Since the manager has been recently let go. Seems like none of the upper management cares about the residences. Would not recommend this place. They let go the best property manager this place has ever had who knows what our future looks like now. You have been warmed DO NOT TAKE A CHANCE WITH THIS PLACE!

Do not buy rent here I drove thru entire park found dog tied up outside of fence area of mobile home yard and another German Shepard came running up to me and had a tail that had been chopped off ( I called animal control) I drove around asked neighbors about them and the reply I got was thats been going on for months and that theres no on site manager and no one can get a hold of the ppl who own park the park was very trashy and in bad need of repairs on several mobiles !!

To all these little parks that run ..background for one mistake..millionYears ago...my son turned his life aroundThought it was 7 years go back..thinkIts from day your born...system is failing...

They hired me to do some work but when it came time to pay, Grace the manager/jahovahs witness acted as if she had no deal with me and refused to pay me, and then told people there I was a criminal and to call the cops if I was seen around the property
