Taken on your of the grounds. They are clean and looked well maintained.Looked a couple of homes that were for sale. . Kent showed us around. Very nice gentleman.

This post is regarding Trails West 8401 S Kolb Road Tucson AZ. 55+ community. Kudos for all the volunteers that make this community a functional senior active community. Though, the activities are geared towards the 70 -80 age range the volunteers make this place rock. A younger age group is arriving and has not stepped up to integrate the age span. The management and owners are not involved in any of the activities nor do they coordinate or provide activities in any way. No room for change. The library is nice, outdated and needs some considering for printers/ fax and computers. The swimming pool is small and frequently kept free of debris by residents throughout the day during spring snd summer. The spa and pool are not handicap accessible. The participation in activities is low at best. Rent has risen. The home value has increased. It’s affordable living with good possibility of change. Owners step up to fill in the gaps and keep up your reputation .! A quiet and safe place to live.

The management are very crabby and argumentative. They do not wear masks.

Nice senior park off Kolb Rd in Tucson. Perfect location. Park well-maintained and orderly. Not much available, but told inventory dynamic. Definitely recommend if senior park your desire. Close to interstate, but not noisy.

This community is almost a resort, the people are traffic with many past experiences that are pasted around. Good facilities that are continually upgraded. A maintenance/ grounds crew that keep it clean and up to date. My second time buying here

Lived there. Not many friendly people there and management did nothing but gossip. My husband was dying and all i got was neighbors complaining if you touched their grass.I couldnt wait to get out and very happy i did.My husband was able to die peacefully with all his family with him.Neighbors at trailswest would have complained there were too many cars outside.

Brother has a nice pad here, made lots of friends who like to get together. Lots of community atmosphere here. Labor day almost deserted most snow birds not here yet. Nice extra parking for his motorhome too. Were headed to Sonora Desert today then Grand Canyon before hitting Vegas.

My aunt lives here and when I go to visit people are always waving at me. Not because they know me, but because they are friendly. When I am a senior citizen, this is where I would like to live!!

Owned a home for six years. Trails West is a very safe environment for over 55s, with great facilities.

Going down hill with new management. Grounds crew down to three permanent and not able to keep up the park as before. Rose walk is rarely trimmed and some residents are trying to take on some responsibility themselves

A great place to live as a 55+ active adult. Many activities, safe streets, pet friendly, loaning library, activity center for family gatherings, interest groups abound.

This is a lovely clean friendly community. The dog park is widely used, and residents show pride of ownership. Beautiful pond with new parklike setting.

Excelente Servicios. Our cousin has decided to lease a space year round. She is extremely impressed with the wood working tools and shop area that she has already completed several projects and they are as good as if not better than alot of the wood finished products that you can buy elsewhere for retail prices. Disclaimer: I did not camp here. I drove through, walked around the activity center, and talked to staff.The park is well-maintained and attractive. Activities and amenities are good, but a bit dated and perhaps more suited for less active seniors. Overall, its a very nice facility.

Live here, best community for retirees and those that still work.

I have always felt blessed and privileged to live here. Management is really great and there are some very nice people and I really enjoy the dog park for my dog. A lot of activities going on as well.

I have been visiting here for 20 years. This place is for 55+ seniors to live. I visited my grandmother in the past and now my parents live here. Hot in the summer, but great in the winter. Lots of things to do!

Wonderful place. Was in AZ visiting and we went there to here a band. Everyone was so friendly. Band was great, and community was great.

Front office seems a bit fussy but the park is pretty nice. This is a 55 plus community for year around residents. They dont allow you to rent it out when youre not using it like the community next door.

Really good place, super clean . We have some costumers there Our company Lerma’s Cleaning Llc. The staff in the office are really nice and helpful. If you are retired think abut this place is really nice my costumers love trails west.

A quiet lovely community. Safe feeling and very clean!

Nice clubhouse with library, exercise rooms, billiard room and outdoor pool with shade.

My in laws live there got very sick from black mold. Had to have it removed. Still suffering from loss memory. Was told to take them to court, for selling a house to people knowing they would get sick. Nice place right?

This is a nice and safe place to live. I would give it a 5 for amenities and overall condition of the place. The management is another story. Madeline and Ken are the worst managers you would ever want to meet. They are rude(especially Madeline). When you try and speak to them they interrupt and are overall two horrible people. Ugly personalities. Teresa who works in the office is nice and if you can manage to work with her instead of those other two, you are better off.

Love the sense of community. Coming to visit my parents theyre always so happy here.

Easy on / off the freeway. Great curb appeal when entering the community grounds are very well-kept.

Management does nothing to keep residents and their guest in compliance with rules and regulations of the community. if you complain about some one not following rules then you have to watch out for retaliation from management. management will not drive around the community to see issues that need addressed. the only time you see them out and about is if the are showing perspective buyer. conditions of the community have declined, are out dated, and are not maintained

I wouldnt recommend this community to anyone. There is a lot of favoritism among the management of the park. So glad we moved out.
