I visit family here and it’s a really sweet place with great activities, clean, safe, nice pools and clubhouses, gated, and beautifully lit at Christmas!

A 55 plus gated trailer community. Not my thing but nicely groomed and quiet.

Very clean well kept neighborhood. Someone should probably fix the front gate so it works though.

Not a friendly place at all. We stopped in to check out the community. Had GREAT reviews. But when we decided to eat our Lunch in the lil Park with large Pond. We suddenly had several people watching us off a couple yards then confronted with an unfriendly I guess Management, being told to leave

This community is by far the best 55+ community that I have ever seen. The Owner John Esquivel is an amazing person who treats his employees and residents with a lot of respect and supports them.The site managers Jim and Tanya are amazing, and they have done so much improvements during my visits to this place and its always changing and improving to make this even better than it is a month ago. One of the biggest i.improvements is that they invested in installing solar all over the community to reduce the cost of electricity.I would proudly recommend Swan Lakes Estates in Tucson AZ to anyone looking for a place to retire.

Have a friend that lives there. Senior living, pretty nice.

Nice little community. Gated and well-kept. Local maintenance man, Mr. Daniels, is a consummate professional: polite, courteous and efficient.

I like this park so much because of more of a neighborhood feeling plus the lake is very tranquil the neighbors are super friendly and helpful along with the quality homes here andthe management this is one of the better parks around here in Tucson

Very nice park for over 50. They have had a lot of people who have lived there for more than 30 years.
