The place is a run down mobile home park. From what I understand you could get a house for the price you would pay for a mobile home and lot rent.

Rude manager. Horrible roads with huge speed bumps.

There good homes ...to live

It seems like theres never any bad things(cops ant what not) going in there no fences inbetween lits just around park its self one way in one way out
