My husband and I have lived in Mountainside Village for over 20 yrs & have enjoyed every day of or lives here. It is a wondeful place to retire!

Its a great place to live. Were hoping to move there. Everyone there is so friendly and its very clean area.

I spent over a year researching places to live in Tucson.I feel you are wasting your money if you are paying rent on a lot in any of these mobile home parks in Tucson. MSV is 171 units and allows you to purchase the home and the lot together.The monthly assessment fee is only $90 which includes a fabulous Clubhouse, 2 parks, swimming pool, workout room, pool pool.tables, card tables, two kitchens, shuffleboard and lots and lots of activities.Prove to me there is a better deal for someone 55 or older, and I will buy you lunch!!

Retirement village with community center and pool. All manufactured homes. Very well up kept.

Mountainside Village is a 55+ community where you own the land.Clubhouse is large and has a pool, hot tub, shuffleboard, indoor community room. HOA $90 per month includes water and garbage pick up, etc. Small pocket parks can be found throughout, I believe one has firepits.Friendly and active residents, clubhouse pot lucks, gatherings, social activities.Located 6ish miles from the airport, 3 miles from Casino del Sol (on a bus line), 12 miles from the wonderful Arizona-Sonora Desert Museum,10 miles from Old Tucson Studios, 10 miles from downtown Tucson, 8 miles from closest hospital. Walmart, Walmart Grocery, Frys, Safeway, Loews and several chain restaurants within 2 miles.

I love this quiet & beautiful elderly community.
