The park has been newly paved and is in the process of being completely rehabbed. If you havent been by lately stop in and check out the transformation The apartments have been remodeled, new kitchens, granite counter tops, new appliances, new AC/Heat, new bathrooms and new flooring.The new owners have replaced several homes and removed several of the older homes. There are homes available to rent to own.

When you pay your Bills you expect to have your services but not here a one hour turns into 5+ hours with no electricity and management tells you to go ask them yourself because they are right next to me!! Yeah that works great still no electricity

My wife and I are in negotiations, ready to move into, GREEN ACRES, ITS THE PLACE FOR ME. The owners are fair and appreciate our Veterans (as one), more businesses, could learn by the examples of the owners of The Palms Mobile Park. Like our homes, a little DIY, reflects our personality. Broken down leaky trailers and apartments 475 to 550 a month. not worth the price. would not reccommend. soon under new management in september 2019.

Been here just about a year and half and love being here. For the most part its quiet( except for construction to make places nicer). The owners are awesome and they treat you like family.

Owners are nice. They work with you and their cleaning lady is awesome!

This place is old and run down. With proper investment by the owner it could be a nice place eventually.
