The staff is outstanding! Their priority is the residents - which shows in their response time to questions & any issues that arise. I highly recommend this park to anyone looking for an affordable home.

Big complex for trailer homes. Like the area dispite the traffic in the morning and after 5pm. But overall not too shabby!

Ive lived here for around 12-13 years and I despise it. Its very irritating that the water is shut off without warning almost weekly. The power also shuts off and there are no prior notices. I 100% do not recommend living here.

THE LIGHT IS OUT AGAIN!!!!! Been out since 8:22AM 97 degrees out and will continue to get hotter!! What about the elderly or children that live here where it is essential for them to have electricity!!!!!!!!!!!!This place is horrible the light and water are often out and when you call to get some type of bill adjustment for inconvenience for food that goes bad. The office ladies are rude say it out of the control when it is not if the place was kept maintained the equipment would not fail. This place needs to use the money that is not being adjusted for the inconvenience, to purchase new equipment. This is a break of the contract that is signed when you enter to live here because as a resident here you sign a contract that you will pay your bill on time, and they sign a contract to provide what we pay for and in this case it is not!!! TEP who has outages are with you and adjust your bill and have updates on when you can expect your light to come back. When you call Plaza even if its during business hours they do not pick up they dont want to deal with the residents here!!! If there is anyway that corporate is reading this PLEASE leave a number so we can call!!! This needs to be resolved quickly!!! This cannot be happening every week!!

This place is horrible the people in the front office are always so rude the water always goes out without a previous notice and so does the light at a 100 degree Tucson weather it is ridiculous. you should definitely believe the other reviews i have only lived here for 2 years and this place sucks.

The light and water go out often. The light went out for almost 24 hours and everyone in my street had to leave elsewhere. This is totally unacceptable, my neighbor has a newborn and can not be going out often during these times. All our food went bad and we had to throw it out. We called the 24 hour number and they never answer. You can’t even leave a voicemail because they have too many already.

The electricity goes out every other day and they dont take responsibility for hotel bills or food that goes bad because just this weekend the light went out for over a day. Its awful here with this management!!!

This is bad place to live all time the security only respect the acquaintances after 10 ama to 2-4am there are fried and music and old the time the car past to fast . And never never answer and they cut the water without warning

I have lived here my entire adult life and I love it. My children feel safe here and use the gated playground every evening. My children are able to get picked up from school inside the park with security there for their safety. I love the pool because its always super clean. I enjoy having free cable. I have never seen a family mobile home park with so many amenities like Plaza.

They steal your money! Electricity is $450+ Very suspicious.

This visit has made me very happy with where I live and the rules I live with! You miss understand my review. My community is Tucson Estates. It it clear why your park is the way it is. You expect to little and live with the low expectations of your community!!!

I have been living here for two years and its been terrible, but this month is the straw that broke the camels back. Im not always exactly on time with rent, but it gets paid regardless, EVERY TIME late fees and all. I have a toddler and a wife that is pregnant. My wife and I have both not been working due to covid-19, especially because we are both high risk (her being pregnant and me being immunocompromised) for almsot the entire month of March. and whatever money we had before we stopped working was to buy food and medical supplies so that we can obey the GOVERNMENT MANDATE to stay home and stop the spread. Nobody has a job right now, nobody is getting paid, but somehow the management at plaza del Sol still gets to keep their job and demand rent be paid regardless. Ive had multiple late notices and evictions put on my door even though they know of my familys situation, but surprisingly nobody is ever at the office or there to take phone calls regarding the situation. I guess they get to enjoy the stay at home order and the tenants either have to pay up or get out .This is a national emergency and these people are wanting to put families on the street just to make a buck, when this is a time where people should be working together until this outbreak has passed. Everything else you read in these reviews are true, but this issue has yet to be posted here. Renting here is pointless because you have to pay rent on your house AND to the park for your space. And if you own your house outright, management will constantly treat you like garbage just to get you to move out so they can take your home and rent it out for their own profit. Many of my neighbors are out of work as well due to the outbreak and many have been given eviction notices as well. This place is a sinking ship. AVOID LIVING HERE AT ALL COSTS. Management here are disgusting human beings and care more about the money in their own pocket rather than the saftey and well being of the families that live here. Cant wait to see how all these tenants are supposed to be evicted when we physically CANNOT PAY RENT AT THIS TIME. The second that me and my family have the means, we will be leaving this Hell hole and I hope it burns to the ground. I would give negative stars if I could

Theres parties all weekend long all night long..... Im house sitting for my uncle and havent gotten an ounce of sleep in two days..... 10/10 wouldnt recommend moving here

This place used to be resort like but has since gone to hell! They are way too overpriced for what they offer! Solar panels were put up to help costs, but residents did not see a decrease in electricity costs. The security consists of an empty booth at the entrance that only has security there 1/50 visits. Also, they shut water off to residents once per month without warning and leave it off for days sometimes which is inexcusable in the middle of a summer Tucson day with a swamp cooler! Used to be a wonderful place, but the owner has stopped caring about the upkeep of this facility and it shows! Would consider other facilities if you need a place to live!

Most unprofessional staff Ive ever met. Such tasteless attitude from both ladies in the office that quickly changed my mind to rent elsewhere. The way they handle the tenants and tenants to be is disgusting. Management should look into it.

After reading these reviews left either by current tenants or previous ones, I believe it is safe to say my family and I will DEFINITELY not be attempting to live here. I am so grateful for honest reviews, saves some of us the time and energy potentially wasted.

Horrible!! Im sitting here with no water again..I have been told they have breaks in lines.. I have documented in the last couple of months when I have not had water and its been a total of over 40 hours without water. This is ridiculous!!! You cant go to the bathroom, take a shower, laundry or cook..things you take for granted..Im on a fixed income and cant afford to move..Im stuck!!! Question to management.. If the water lines are always breaking why not replace them and tell residents when to EXPECT the water off then we could plan. And dont get me started on other issues that I have..list is too long..no help or answers from office or management. Ml

Water is turned off 3 to 4 times per week, no notice, just turned off. Management does NOT work with residents, and refuse to answer any questions concerning problems in the park. To bad, was a good place to live.

I have a lot of hate for this place. My Mom and Dad are both disabled. They payed the rent on time every month for 15 years living here in a trailer that we own. Because my son walked around a home that was abandoned. Ron and Lisa and Troy and his daughter wrongfully evicted us. Why because when Troys daughters boy friend tryed to swing on my under age son for walking around the house the cops got called and started asking questions about the trailer and why he had cameras on that home. The cop himself told us that was fishy and took that guy to jail for attempting assault on my son. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH YOUR MONEY MATTER WHAT THEY TELL YOU. I HAVE PROOF OF WHAT IM SAYING TO BE TRUE. THEY HAVE NOTHING BUT LIES

Tried to purchases a home in this park and the staff was very very rude and disrespectful. The office lady did not seem to want to sell the homes and was very cocky and snobby. I dont know how a professional place of business would still have her working there. This park lost good business for its unporfessonalisum and I would not recommend trying to get a place here.

Drove by the community at nite this past weekend and yesterday during the day and I noticed the park is somewhat dirty, dirtier than others, trailers are a little old but some are in ok condition. Over the weekend I noticed their are alot of people selling food and that causes alot of traffic. I called swveral times and no amswer when i finally got an answer and she was a little rude, might of been too busy. What really turned me away was that a resident said I was better off goimg somewhere else.

The staff here is the most horrific i have ever encountered! I was trying to make a purchase for a trailer and from day one we were discriminated by Elizabeth, Sandra and Ron. The first day I was there not only did Elizabeth ignore me but was completely unprofessional, my husband and I went to see a trailer we thought was the one... we saw some maintenance workers and asked if by chance they had the keys to take a look inside and they said no, so on their own accord they radioed in a call to the Main Manager and he said that the trailer was not ready so it could not be seen from inside. We were fine with just a peek from outside, but in the process of us looking from outside the manager asked Elizabeth if she had sent us??. Again the maintenance asked on their own accord. She then radioed in saying she had not sent anybody that we were liars and they needed to keep us out!! Keep in mind we overheard this she did not know we had heard her!! The maintenance guys saw we had overheard so they said she gets like this when she is on her days!! Lol so me and my husband took it as she was having a bad day (that was just the first encounter!!!). Second time i went back because both my husband and I really liked the trailer so I asked for two applications and what info they needed from me. At this time her higher ups are both there, Sandra and Ron, she is acting as peachy as she could possibly be. Even Sandra and Ron are somewhat nice but the comments made in the office about the tenants after they were done paying or asking questions were horrible I mean this people seriously need a check up with a mental doctor!! This Sandra person was dealing with a new tenant that had just bought her trailer and was making a complaint about too many cars in the trailer area she was going to move into. Sandras response was that she had no right to make a complain until she moved her trailer in!! Really??? and how in the world do you plan to get more people to move in if cant take a constructive complaint, something that might make your place better!! But I guess just like your appearance the park dont matter to you!! Anyways I left after I got the information I needed. I turned in my app and got denied. Which in all honesty we thought might happen, so what happens next is what people call the straw that broke the camels back! We asked if they knew why we were denied to see if we could somehow fix it so that next year we could re-apply ( huh-uh hell no not any more). Sandra arrogantly told my husband that she was unable to so we then asked to speak to someone that can, she then said that it would be with corporate, so we asked can we have a contact name and number and she said again arrogantly that she could not give that info out. We then asked to speak to a general manager, so we got connected to Ron. This Ron person picked up the phone and did not ever bother to be understanding or try to help with the situation instead he said we will not give you anything and hung up. We called back several times and they would pick up and hang up until Ron answered and said that if we called again they would call the cops! Again really in what position do they think they are they just ran my personal information I have the right to know what was said and about not being able to give me the Corps. office number or a contact number is a bunch of bull. They have to be braking some kind of law and I will find out which one and make sure they pay for all their wrong doing to me and my husband. To top it off we gave them a deposit to hold the trailer we wanted, now this deposit is refundable!! I called at 12pm to say that I was going to pick it up, they had 4:30 hrs to get it ready I showed up at 4:30pm to pick it up and they did not have my money and Elizabeth had the nerve to tell me that she didnt have it and I had to come back when they did and if I didnt like it to call the cops!! First of all I dont have her time to be going back and forth whenever she pleases I gave her more than enough time!!! SO DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!

Crime infested place. Full of drug dealers gang members and noisy neighbors. Home invasions almost every day. Call the police trust me they wont show up.

This is a lovely place for retirement homes they have a pool, library,pokeroom and more!

I dont really like the place because the pool has to much bleach theres alot of graffiti the play ground breaks and theres lots of people dieing So Im sorry if you dont like my review but it is horrible
