A nice clean maintained community

Very nice, clean family park. Love the new management and the manager is always available and tries to help you out as much as she can, very sweet young lady. The maintenance guy does a great job by keeping the pool nice and clean.

Do so great place to live in to get your granddaughter and Grandson to grow up theres a pool and its real, and nice clean and also theres a hospital across the street Safeway Dollar Tree and all that so urgent care to so this is a great place to live did you grow up and theres a lot of schools around the area extra clean extra nice

This a great place to live and there is pool big room parties and theyre near Bryant theres a hospital you got a shopping mall and you got the dollar store Dollar Tree mean and Safeway and you got plenty of stuff around that at Campbell Estates I think its a great place to have your the kids its a great place for anybody who wants to come and live here thank you

Management offers a great service, this mobile home has a great family atmosphere. It’s very safe and clean, also maintance serice is fast and efficient.

Very peaceful place to live

The property is not very nice. I think they want way to much money for the trailer spaces.

Though I dont live at this MH park, I live next to it, it appears to be well maintained and managed mobile home park.

Very nice neighborhood! I enjoy living here its Safe, Everyone is so friendly. The manager is very kind and is always free to any questions or problems you may have.

This place is hard to beat ! Family Central park, everything is close by, it is safe, schools, mall, restaurants, U of A, easy access to freeway, pool, clubhouse, all these and more but still in a good price.. lve been living here for almost 2 years and had no problems.

My son & father-in-law own a single wide right past the entrance. Bad mgmt so-so maintenance.

I just helped someone move in. It is a clean well kept place.
