I live here and the current manager Sheila is very shady. With the confusion if the pandimic she had an elderly couple evicted. Because they didnt know how to use video court they missed their hearing. They are not handicap friendly having blocked the only access anyone in a wheelchair has access to use cross walk to safely cross the street and go to convince store 2 blocks away!! As of now she says she was told not to accept rent from me. When I went to complain about high electric bill I was told I needed to have my appliances checked. The very next month my bill was lower. While staying at my dads house because I needed my dad to give me my antibiotics they were charging me for utilities when none were being used, because my power cord had been stolen and my house robbed. New ownership is trying to make this a better place to live but with people running the place that are shady its just a big money pit so stay away dont come live here, yet. I approve this review

This will be a nice place after they finish with renovations. Good location for mobile homes and RV parking.

I thought it was not good enough to stay in. A lot of construction going on...maybe that is whay.

Brother lives here sucks he is always without water or electricity everyday

Ive lived here for 3 years. It was a bad place to live. Last year we got new owners and they have pulled out old trailers and set up newer ones. New owners are noted for talking big noise about fixing a place they are!! Been living in this neighborhood for years and I hope to one day see this place looking good again!!

Newly renovated with large sites.

Did not stay! No RV hookups! Old mobile home park! We had to wait an extra 30 minutes for Hector just to find out nothing works!

Friendly staff very attune to your needs hope to call this place home soon. New owners are wonderful.

This place is a skeleton of what it once was. I real dump Im not even kidding. I didnt want to waist my time taking pictures. So dont waist yours.
