Monthly rents are low. Everyone is really friendly. Im happy living here. I hope when covid passes. Hope Jones more activities.

This is a wonderful park and Im so glad my mother moved there. My father, her husband passed 6 days ago. We had a wonderful couple that will be checking on her, which comforted me. Thank you Allen and Denise.

Good place to be

Moved from there a year ago. Heard from friends its gotten worse. Owners dont listen to complaints or do anything about keeping things up.

I go down to Carefree Village every other month and spend a week or two down there with my friends that live there in the park. The park is always clean it is a nice quiet place to live.

I love this place because it is very very clean and my friend lives there she loves it the people are wonderful and the prices are great if I did not live in Apache Junction I would live in Tucson at Carefree Village

Quiet park for 55+. They have a heated pool and bingo. I only know this cause my dad lives here.

People are friendly. It has a lovely park. We have a lovely pool. There are lots of activities. We have good food at our potlucks.

If you are a cat lover this is the place for you. Cat dropping every where stinks.Really bad in summer.Management doesent seem to care about the Ferral cats in here and tentants feeding them.

New owner. Rvers now must pay multiple fees to stay. Too bad, as it was our go to place for the last 10 yrs.
