To the person not happy with the credit investigation, they do one for everyone wanting to reside there. This way they can assure the place is kept up to standards. You made it sound like they singled you out. They did not. Im glad they do a thorough check...its keeps the riffraff out.

We have been traveling across the country for the last year and this is the only place we’ve been disqualified from staying. They did a full credit investigation on me and my partner. My credit rating is excellent and my income is over 10k perMonth. My partners rating was not good at all. We also had to pay $40 each for this credit investigation rather than them finding out on the phone before having to fillOut their thorough application. I would never consider staying here. No refund for our rejected application. Please feel free to use your own judgment on choosing this park

Great place to retire!

Loved the park! One gentleman selling his home was nice enough to let us inside to take a look. Im hearing you have to have good credit, even if youre ready to pay in full? Is that so? We would also pay lot rent in advance. Park is the best kept secret in Tucson. Would love to live here.

The park itself is well maintained and clean with a clubhouse and 2 pool areas. Residents are friendly and good neighbors. Management is pretty thorny. Very intrusive and rude. Its their way or they can make your life miserable.

Got a friend who lives there seems like a nice place. Other than that, I D K!! THIS JUST IN..... New Owners have purchased the park and that is a great thing according to my friend who lives there!! Also since the road rebuilding along Ajo Road is completed it easy to get to now!! Thanks for listening. Tommy!!

When we were thinking about moving into a mobile home we started looking at Desert Pueblo. This is one of the cleanest, most well maintained, quietest mobile home parks I have ever seen. In the end we made the decision to move back to Phoenix, but would have definitely moved to Desert Pueblo if we had stayed.

Well maintained park with several double wide homes for sales under $25,000. No dogs over 20 pounds permitted. BUMMER.

I was riding my bike up to casino del Sol and I spited this desert gem. Long tree lind drive leading to a funky 70 clubhouse . Really awesome and people are friendly . My friend and I where looking at a Mobil home to purchasemake sure you go out of your way to buy a newer and we took the tour and cool very cool and exceptional cool. Prices at this park being so close to downtown tucson and Irvington and Valencia shopping . Units are price to sell but remember it’s a mobile home and if not balanced or leveled water damage will occurand whit that come bugs so an older Mobil home May suite you needs and a newer unit will have the benifits of upgrades and no one has lived into the floors. Newer units have a high ceiling and over all spacetion.

I LIKE THIS PLACE. LOADED WITH BEAUTIFUL CITRUS TREES, ROSES EVERYWHERE. A NEW PLACE TO LIVE. HOPE WE CAN. DONT LET AJO SCARE YOU AWAY. I ONLY WANTED TO MOVE NORTH, I WAS LIMITING MYSELF.

For a lot of people to own their trailers this place sucks! Who puts locks on a kids park when you have families living in the community then on the 1st day of summer break you lock the pool wow!

Very, nice, quiet. Has a nice security system. Very lovely place too live or visit. The little yards aremaintainef by the landlords. So everything neat and tidy, and pleasant to look at.

Great Gated Property for our snowbirds.Space rentals must be rented weekly. No daily rentals anymore.Many permanent trailer homes for sale also.Very well kept grounds. Nice place.
